The receptionists are incredibly friendly and have helped me with my insurance issues. I believe her name is Vanessa, she was patient and kind, and helped me make the switch from a primary care dentist over to Bruce Parker. The dental hygienist was gentle on my mouth and accommodating to the fact that I had a TMJ surgery that prevented me from keeping my mouth open for longer periods of time. She also provided information about porcelain veneers and took the time to listen to my concerns about braces. Doctor Bruce Parker is also friendly, and he has a great sense of humor! He also was accommodating and helped me with a finance plan for the veneers. After we had finished the X-Rays, he took me to view the scans and discussed any issues I had. If I had not moved away from Pittsburgh, I would be coming back! Everyone is kind, and helpful, and I would recommend this business.

Found Dr. Parker on my insurance’s website. Went in for my first appointment and everyone was so friendly – from the front desk staff, to the hygienists, to Dr. Parker himself, everyone was super friendly. I really appreciated that they explained everything they were doing before they did it so I knew what was going on. Oleg, my hygienist, was awesome taking the time to explain to me what he was looking for in the x-rays. Overall I highly recommend this office!

Very friendly and knowledgeable assistants/hygienists. Great with kids and grown ups. My 5 year old daughter has visited once and she keeps begging to go back to the dentist. I went this morning for my first check up in a long time and the hygienist was friendly and explained things in detail and spent a lot of time with me helping to make things clear, etc. I had a cavity and they were able to fill it during the same appointment! Excellent group of people. They seem like they enjoy their work. Highly recommend.

After anxious years away from the dentist, I surprisingly find myself looking forward to my next visit with Dr. Parker. The staff were so welcoming, warm, and casual that it immediately set me at ease. Despite my having some dental issues, they were never judgemental or harsh, but instead encouraging and supportive. Dr. Parker himself was friendly, straight-forward, and seemed thoroughly competent. I really got a good feeling knowing that my oral health is in their hands. On top of that, 90% of my costs were covered because of Dr. Parker’s participation in DeltaCare USA. The staff took care of confirming the coverage as well as getting me follow up appointments scheduled with zero hassle. I can’t recommend them enough!

When looking for a Dental care provider for myself and my family, it was important to me to find an experienced professional with a great team with access to the latest in dental imaging technologies and treatments. I have been very appreciative of Dr. Parker’s expertise, thorough explanations, patience and care for the whole family. This is a busy office with a fast pace, so it helps to have your questions ready! Our family has received consistent, high quality care for several years, including emergency services, pediatric dentistry, amalgam replacement, youth extraction, regular hygiene and exams. I value and appreciate fact sheet handouts about at-home care and recovery following a procedure, as they act as a quick reference guide that saves time at home. Modern text and/or email appointment reminders are also very helpful!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Parker for four years now, and I can’t recommend him enough. He’s a sweet guy with super friendly staff. I only visit twice a year (usually!), but they always remember me and make me feel at home. Today, I went in for a cleaning, and in just over an hour I I had clean teeth and a brand new filling, so I don’t have to make a second trip! I honestly couldn’t ask for more from a dentist.

Dr Parker and his staff always take the best care of me from the receptionist/office manager, Dental Hygenist, Dental Techanician, to Dr Parker himself. I appreciate his practice’s nonsense approach to my care and their ability to get me in and out within a reasonable time period while providing excellent oral care. I recommend him to anyone that wants a Dentist who will not waste your time

I hated going to the dentist. I had never had a good experience until today. From the moment I walked in to reception, everyone was so nice and friendly, and my appointment actually started on time! Every step of the way whoever I was with explained what they were doing and why, and what the different options were. The biggest plus was that they didn’t scrape the heck out of my teeth to get the stains off, they used a special kind of spray, and Bobbie was very gentle flossing. This is the first time I’ve left the dentist (ever!) without having a sore mouth.

A friend recently recommended Dr. Parker. I have had nothing but great experiences with him and the entire staff. Unlike many places these days that feel impersonal and all business, Dr. Parker and his staff are personable and kind. I feel like I am being treated like a human being! That makes all the difference at the dentist! In addition, I trust Dr. Parker’s skills as a dentist completely. Thank you!

First visit. All of the staff was very friendly and attentive. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a dentist office. I look forward to coming back for many years. THIS IS THE BEST DENTIST IN AMERICA!!! After the crown procedure, one of the awesome hygienists cleaned my tooth and I was able to get my braces right on time. If you are in Pittsburgh or wherever else you may be, look no more for another Dentist, just pay a visit to this awesome Dentist and you will never look back.

Just got a filling there. Assuming the filling is ok, it is a really great dentist. He was knowledgable, fast and fun, and charged me actually little less than he could have. Besides that, his staff spent like half an hour with me describing what’s better in my case. Oh almost forgot, the manager understands everything fast on the phone and gave me a fast good estimate (others usually wouldn’t do that on the phone). Great office.
