When I was preteen I got my braces here. Everyone was professional and nice and they didn’t blame me when the occasional bracket would break loose. I had pretty messed up teeth. It’s been 5 years since I got the braces off and my teeth are still perfect. My permanant bottom retainer is also still in. My crossbite and overbite havent returned either. I genuinely enjoyed the appointments and would reccomend them to anyone.

The entire team at Bull Mountain Orthodontics is fabulous! I was not thrilled about having to get braces as an adult but my teeth shifted significantly so I consulted with three orthodontists. Aside from Dr Wilcox being a phenomenal orthodontist, the staff is exceptional. Everyone who works there is attentive and considerate. I have never waited long for my appointment and the one time I waited for 10 minutes, I was given a coffee gift card, which was totally unnecessary but I appreciated it. Dr. Wilcox is knowledgeable and gives plenty of options for treatment. He also completed his master’s in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics at OHSU. During his educational career, he was selected for numerous awards and academic scholarships. He is a Certified and Premier Invisalign® Provider and a member of many prestigious professional organizations, including the American Dental Association, American Association of Orthodontists, Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists, Oregon State Society of Orthodontists, and Washington County Dental Society. Dr Willcox is the founder of the Advanced Orthodontic Education Study Club. Dr. Willcox’s wife, Sarah, is a local veterinarian at Sherwood Family Pet Clinic (sherwoodfamilypetclinic.com). She grew up in Scholls and attended Oregon State University for her bachelor’s degree and her veterinary degree. Together, the couple volunteers to benefit animals and have made several trips to Wildlife Safari in Winston, OR, to provide dental care to lions, tigers, and bears — oh my! On Thanksgiving 2007, the Willcoxes were excited to add their first child, Caden, to the family. The exact same day three years later, they welcomed their second son, Byron. They round out their family with their cats Oreo and Stitch. Together they volunteer their time at local schools, through scouting and support of community activities throughout the year. They enjoy skiing, camping, hiking, and mountain biking, and rarely miss an OSU football game. And yes, Dr. Willcox did wear braces as a teenager.
