If I could give 10 stars I would. I can’t say enough amazing things about this practice. So efficient, so friendly, my 12 year old felt so comfortable during his first visit, beautiful office, staff is so fun, professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Debbie was wonderful to talk to and work with. She was great with my son and I could tell she truly cared! She went above and beyond! We laughed most of the time we were there and we were in and out so quickly. I can’t wait to take my son back. Dr Burrow did my braces as a teenager so its neat that he can see my son as well and that his son is a part of the practice now. Amazing family! I’m 34 years old with braces, that I am paying for myself. It’s not the ideal spot to be in but I’m glad I found Burrow Orthodontics to see me through it. The plan for getting my teeth in good order was laid out very clearly from the get go, including the timeline and what all needed to be done. I appreciate the fact that they explained a few approaches to me, with the pros and cons of each made clear. I’m having additional work done (veneers and some work done on my gum line) and they’ve taken ownership in lining that up for me. To be clear, I picked the providers for those services, but they worked with them to build an overall plan that works for everyone. I like how they have a lot of seats so they can have multiple patients at once. It makes for flexible scheduling and it’s also nice meeting new faces each time I go in. The pricing was comparable to other orthodontists and they do offer payment plans if you need it. I’m fortunate to have dental insurance that covers part of the cost; they handled this professionally and got that part squared away quickly. I’m getting closer to being finished with my braces and other work and I’m really excited to see the results. Very satisfied with my experience here.

I seriously didn’t want to leave the orthodontist today- my son, however, was the one getting braces so me staying and hanging out with these awesome people wouldn’t have made much sense.. I love the folks at Burrow & Welchel Orthodontics. In your mid-30s you’re not really looking forward to going (back) to the orthodontist, but the staff and Drs here are amazing. They talked me through my options and I chose Invisalign. I am in my first refinement phase and hopefully done with treatment soon. It’s been easy and uncomplicated so far. I lost a couple of attachments in the beginning and I was able to make short notice appointments without issue. Everyone is extremely friendly and nice. They definitely make me feel welcome and comfortable whenever I go. Can’t wait to see my final result. It’s already been a huge transition from very crooked teeth to straight and almost perfectly aligned.

Blessed and highly favored On September 2013, my special need son, Joshua, was seen by Dr. Burrow and many other assigned Associates to care for him. Accommodating him was not an easy task, however, Dr. Burrow, Jr., and Dr. Bare took their time to care for Joshua. Joshua’s Dad took him to every appointment except during winter, spring, and summer breaks. On summer break I took Joshua to his orthodontist appointment and was perplexed where to enter the building. I met Dr. Burrow, Jr. who knew Joshua and showed me where to park as he escorted Joshua into the building. I ran in the building feeling like any mother who had just lost their child, asking “where is my son”?!…..only to find Joshua smiling and asking everyone “who ripped the paper?” (one of his favorite question/answer games to play). He was full of joy and I felt blessed and highly favored of God that he was so comfortable with the staff. Dr. Burrow and family were so kind to us. Joshua loved coming to see them and there was never a problem with them changing or adjusting his braces. They knew what to say and how much he could take. Dr. Burrow told me on my first visit with Joshua, “I am going to take this one step at a time, we are not going to rush this”. This wonderful team took care of my son as though he was family. Joshua was home and he was loved. I am so blessed to have had this experience which was an awesome one. My orthodontist is located in Texas as I was the victim of an assault and so I must travel there for my treatments because Crime Victims Texas is paying for my treatment. My wire was stabbing me in the cheek and even cut my finger. Normally, orthodontists can only accept patients who are in their care, but when I explained my situation they told me to come in so that they could make me comfortable until I had to go back to Houston (5 more weeks). I went in, they clipped the wire, then had the doctor look at it. The wire had shifted and so it was exposing more and getting longer and thus more painful. The doctor shifted the wire. Now I am at home enjoying meals with my family and pain free. The staff here is exceptional. Kind, warm, gentle, understanding and also very gorgeous. I would recommend Burrow & Welchel Orthodontics to anyone and at any time.

From the opening phone call I had a great experience… I was able to get an appointment asap and when I went in I talked to dr sam Burrow who gave me multiple options. He was very reasonable and did not push me into treatment …just let me know that I could hold the teeth where they were or get active treatment …I decided on treatment and dr Sam explained the whole process very well(I ask a lot of questions) …after the treatment started I got a phone call from the doctor just checking on how things were going …not needed but appreciated…the customer service was fantastic and I would recommend anyone in my family there (big deal bc I’m a hard critic!)

This office exceeded my expectations. So far i have had a consultation and prepping for my trearment to start. The atmosphere was so friendly and inviting. Every staff was knowledgable and on the same page. Communication has been consistent. Lily was my favorite! She was able to answer all my questions and the way she briefed Dr. Burrow on our conversation prior to his arrival really showed me how much she was paying attention and really understood my needs and wants. Wow, where do I start? We find ourselves finishing up the smiles of our two kids over the last five years at Burrow and Welchel. During this time it has felt like we’ve perhaps been part of a extended orthodontic “family” — maybe analogous to families in the same grade level at a beloved school — that is about to move on from that wonderful environment after so many years. We’re all beyond pleased with the results and know we’re going to miss everyone in the office. This is among the most friendly and professional medical or dental office staffs I have seen. Call the office: they know who you are, can often anticipate your needs, and are extremely easy to work with. During appointments, it’s a seamless, high quality orthodontic experience with all of the techs and all three doctors. I want to thank you again for the several times you opened your office just for us on Fridays or worked us in first thing Monday when our kids needed help with a power chain or another issue.
