I love Chad Johnson Orthodontics! The entire team is so pleasant and personable! The staff is efficient and empathetic on “adjustment” days. I love that they thoroughly answer all of my questions and have tons of availability when scheduling an appointment to accommodate a busy schedule. I had a great experience with Chad Johnson Orthodontics. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. I just recently got my invisalign taken off after a couple years of treatment. They were very patient with me despite me being bad with wearing my retainers, haha! Now I have straight teeth just in time for my 21st 🙂 I highly recommend CJO, thank you all for all of your help!!

My daughter has had her braces since January and one night while I was at work she called and said a bracket had fallen off and was hanging in her mouth. I had no idea what to do so I logged onto Chad Johnson’s website hoping to find a section that said “if this happens do this”. But much to my surprise I got to speak via instant message to A REAL PERSON!!! She helped me feel better about what i needed to do to help my child be comfortable and said that she would send a message to the Concord office so that they would see it first thing the next morning. The Concord office opens at 7:30am so at 7:29 the next morning I picked up my phone and as I scrolled through to find the number, Dr. Johnson’s office called me!! Saying I was pleased doesn’t even touch the surface!!! They got us in first thing and she is doing great! What an amazing group of people they have a what incredible service! Thank you Dr. Johnson and staff! We recommend you to everyone!

Today I get my braces off. I am so thankful for all Dr. Chad Johnson has done to bring me confidence I have today. He has completely transformed my smile and has allowed me to smile more without being embarrassed. He is always cheerful and kind with his patients, and no matter how hard the situation would get with my treatment he always made me feel at ease. The girls at the office are amazing and I love the all. This was the best 4 and a half years for me. I recommend Dr. Johnson with a million stars. He is wonderful. Thank you Dr. Johnson. Our daughter originally had braces put on by a different provider. To say that experience was a disaster would be an understatement. Chad Johnson and his staff performed a miracle. My wife and daughter showed up one day desperate and looking for help. Chad Johnson immediately went the “extra mile” to not only help us determine our next steps, but turn a disaster into a wonderful experience. His expertise is obvious and he has the friendliest staff around. We would recommend his practice to anyone. There is not a single thing they could have done better. The experience was top notch for us as parents and equally as such for our daughter. She loves it there. The best orthodontist in Charlotte by far!
