My first time with Chalet Dental was about three weeks ago. My husband Doug plays tennis with Dr. Fredrickson and strongly suggested that we begin working with Brent. I loved the Chalet building appeal as I walked in the front door. The three receptionists were gracious, welcoming and talkative. My dental assistant was amazing as she verbalized what she was going to do for my teeth cleaning and x-rays. She did an excellent job, with patience and grace. Dr. Fredrickson was a honey with a calm and steady manner. He checked my overall teeth and we chatted about what my options were for straightening them. He is a very experienced dentist. I highly recommend Chalet Dental for dental care.

I have been a patient of Chalet Dental since I moved here to MN. It has been 8-9 years and I’m happy with the place. Bridget and Lori used to be in the front desk and they made you feel very welcomed and apart of the family. Now they have new staff in the front desk and are friendly. They know you by name as you walk in. That’s one of the reasons I have stayed with this place as a patient. My husband later joined me and now we both are going to Chalet Dental. My hygienist Amber is so friendly and always does a great job. Thank you all so much!!

I’ve been going to Chalet Dental for years. All the staff members are friendly, kind and welcoming. Dr. Fredrickson is one cool dude. Also, the text messages and email notifications are a great way to remind you of your upcoming appointments. Plus, the place is close to where I live.

I like the dentist again! I hadn’t been to the dentist in years. My husband went to this dentist and he loved them. So I made an appointment scared to death. I hate having my teeth cleaned. Don’t mind filling and such. I went in and when I left I was calm and pain free. No drugs involved. Now I can’t wait to go back! Every one was friendly and so accommodating! Love it! Wish I would of found them sooner!

I had a particularly horrible dental incident recently that included enough visits that I had my own parking space (kidding… sort of). Dr. Fredrickson was easy to get in touch with, he listened to me and reacted quickly when it was needed. I can’t recommend them highly enough. His staff was first class and very helpful. They made a horrible situation better. Five stars!

This is a great dental office! Having worked for a dental specialist for 8 years, I am a little picky about where I go. From the moment you walk in the door, the office staff is very friendly and helpful. The office is clean and has that ski chalet vibe- very cozy. The hygienists and dental assistants are smiling, friendly and gentle. The treatment rooms are very clean and equipment looks like it is very well taken care of and new. I have seen all of the dentists here and they are all superb. Going to the dentist is not something most people look forward to, but you are in great hands at Chalet! I highly recommend them.

I’ve been getting good quality care at Chalet Dental for many years from my hygienist Karen and Dr. Fredrickson. My quality care starts with them. The professional atmosphere at Chalet makes it possible for any of the staff to provide the same high standard of care should scheduling conflicts occur – – I’ve been treated by all the doctors and several of the hygienists at Chalet. I’m always greeted by name by the front office staff and am provided their undivided attention when I have questions. This is a great dental office.

I have been a patient of Chalet Dental for many years. If any place can make going to a dentist as close to pleasurable as it gets, this is the office. We really like Chalet Dental. We have tried others and were not satisfied. First of all the people who work there from the moment we walk in too the Dentist are the most friendly and knowledgeable. They have the newest and best equipment and feel they are up to date about dentistry. One of the best things for us as seniors is the Smile program. My entire family loves going to Chalet Dental, and that includes my 10-year old son and 7-year old daughter. People think I’m crazy when I say my kids look forward to going to the dentist and even pout that they only get to go two times a year. The entire staff is welcoming, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable before, during and after the appointment. When dental offices were shut down in early 2020 due to the pandemic, Chalet Dental researched and attained the equipment, supplies and plans necessary to keep their patients and staff safe once they reopened. I’ve been to their office twice during the pandemic and felt very safe during each visit. While there are plenty of dental offices near our home, we choose to drive the 30-minute commute because we cannot imagine better dental care for our family than Chalet Dental.

I found Chalet Dental when I returned to MN from another state and knew I wanted a new dentist. Chalet came up on several “best” lists as noted by Twin City publications. I’ve been positively delighted with my experience. I need regular cleanings, so I go to Chalet 4x/yr. I have no dental insurance, and pay for this out-of-pocket. What I’ve found is a caring, pro-active staff in a lovely, modern office, with good parking. They have multiple payment options and simply great to work with. I’ve since referred them to friends who have needed significant work done, and they too, have been delighted. I’ve moved from St Paul, but Chalet is worth the drive from Bloomington. Having good dental and health care adds to the quality of life.
