I want to share my great recent experience at Charles Ashley Mann, DDS! Never expected to be this enthusiastic about going to the dentist. In one visit I had my teeth cleaned and got a crown (which was made same day) in the Cary office. The attention to cleanliness and COVID protocols was reassuring and the technology was amazing. It was the professionalism and kindness of everyone there that made my visit the best. This practice welcomes and accommodates so I hope you will visit!

Love Dr Mann’s office. Both Dentists are personable and friendly, and the staff is so lovely. They have all the latest technology so you are definitely in good hands! They are following strict Covid protocol which makes me feel so comfortable. My dental hygienist, Erin, is a total sweetheart, always so friendly and asking about my son. Can’t recommend them enough!

I just began coming to C Ashley Mann in 2016.  They provided a thorough analysis of my dental health (which had been missing with our former dentist) and we created an agreed-upon plan for the services that were needed.  Today I had 2 crowns replaced, with additional work being necessary on the existing teeth for putting on the new crowns. Both Dr. Mann and a very skilled dental assistant Carmen did the work.  I was consulted as to selection of the right shade, and they even corrected and uneven match in length of two other crowns. Very pleased with their professionalism and the results!

Our entire family has relied on Dr. Mann and Dr. Dolfi and their wonderful staff for 7 years!  Their expertise, flexibility and professionalism are a few of the reasons we recommend them to others. I just wrote a review on another site but will do so here as well. I could go on and on about how impressed I am with this wonderful Dental office and team! Though we have insurance at another office, I will come here. From the first visit you will feel welcomed and be greeted by a quality staff. Kim and Laura , Kelly and Liz light up the front office ! Any subsequent visits , you will feel you’re among good, trust worthy, friends ! The Dr.’s are very approachable , along with the amazing team of assistants and hygienists . Each and everyone gives , I believe, 100% to their areas of expertise ! Stacey , recently, provided my cleaning and x-rays. It was , hands down, the most comprehensive, thorough, care I’ve received for this service! Can I say, enjoyable? It did not cause any discomfort ! All my past cleanings, at other dental offices, left me with discomfort or pain. Everyone in this office has the most pleasant, caring, knowledgeable and trustworthy personalities. If you are looking for a Quality Team of Great people to meet your dental needs, don’t look any further. Please, try Dr. Mann and Dr. Dolfi’s office , meet their incredible staff. You’ll be hooked ! I called with an emergency dental issue on Monday morning to which I was told to make my way over there straight away. Sarah, Carmen and Shannon and Liz made me feel so much better that they would help. Dr Mann, got right to work and they took X rays and built a crown while I waited. 1 day and back to work with no pain. I am so so grateful and would recommend them 100%. Thanks so much! The whole team was lovely!

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Mann’s since 2017 and am still impressed by the care and attention I receive from the whole staff. The receptionist’s have great attitudes and are always helpful. My hygienist, Erin, is so good I hope she never leaves this practice. Dr. Mann clearly emphasizes customer service and creates a wonderful atmosphere. If you are looking for a new dentist, or have been putting off seeing a dentist, you should book an appointment here. I’ve gone to two cleanings during the COVID-19 pandemic and the office is perfectly spaced to keep patients social distanced. The staff all have visors and masks and limit the non-essential time spent in the office. During your cleaning when you are not wearing a mask, there is no one within 6 feet of you and the other patients are in their own separate areas. This shows a real commitment to the safety and well-being of their patients and employees that I admire and respect. Thank you.

Dr Mann and his staff have always provided amazing care for my family over the last 15 years. They are constantly updating to the latest technology and equipment to make any procedure quick and more comfortable. Recently, during the pandemic their safety/sanitization practices and protocols are exceptionally superior. Quality and friendliness is always a priority.

I had a wonderful experience at my dental cleaning today. I transferred from the Cary location as I moved to Fuquay. I am 37 weeks pregnant and was having some light headed issues with leaning back in the chair so they accommodated me sitting upright. The staff was so patient, kind, and caring during my visit! Will definitely be back!
