If you are looking to have any cosmetic work done or are on the fence and would like to explore options— look no further! The entire office staff, especially Julie and Laney go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and receiving white glove treatment the entire process. Julie is quick to respond to any questions and Laney took care of me the whole time from start to follow through. Dr. Broome is the most talented cosmetic dentist! He has an eye for detail and noticing things I didn’t notice. He is generous with his time and is thorough in all of his work. Not to mention the patient chairs have built in massagers in them!!You will not regret coming here!

I was so pampered during my treatment session that I texted my friends afterward to tell them I felt like I’d just come from the spa! For starters, the facility, while immaculate and completely sterile from a safety perspective, was warm and inviting, with fountains, ambient lighting, and high-end decor. I was brought into a private room and settled into the chair, which was warm, soft leather that featured a full-body massage! The technician offered me a super soft, cozy blanket to wrap over me (which of course I accepted) and there was a lavender diffuser running throughout the visit. With the peaceful, zen music playing in the background, the dark out shades placed over my eyes to block out the bright procedure lights, and the deluxe neck pillow I was resting on, I literally dozed off! I thought the procedure I was there for (thanks periodontal disease) would be painful and difficult, but it was the absolute opposite. Especially after being at home with family all year during COVID, I found it an absolute treat to be there and I’m sincerely looking forward to my next dentist “spa day”!

Charlotte Center for Cosmetic Dentistry is an amazing place. From the moment you make your appointment you know they are interested in you becoming like family. The moment you walk into their office you know you are at a very professional place. Whether you are there to see Dr. Broome or there to see a hygienist you will be impressed. I have been a customer for almost five years and return every four months for check ups. This is a Five Star place. Highly recommend it.

The only cause for concern at Charlotte Center for Cosmetic Dentistry is when can I get my next appointment and what more can I do to improve my smile. I have been to several dentists in the Charlotte area and they only wanted to do what insurance would pay for. Dr. Broome recommends what is best for you and your health. If it costs more well you get what you pay for. Here you get service and knowledge that is far superior than any other office in town. I have since used their zoom whitening and no prep veneers. Thanks to Dr. Broome and his staff my smile looks amazing. Now I want my whole mouth done!! From general dentistry to cosmetic they have it all!!!

Very friendly staff and quality work. It’s not cheap but if you are already considering cosmetic dentistry, you’re probably aware that it’s a pricey endeavor. If you’re to the point that you are prepared to spend the money then I recommend this place wholeheartedly. I’m so happy with the outcome of my work! I had veneers put on, after having braces. My biggest concern when this was recommended to me was that I would end up with obviously fake teeth, a’la George Hamilton. The staff here completely understood and took this into consideration when building out my plan. The result is a beautiful smile, with teeth that look good but natural (kudos to Burrow Orthodontics for getting my teeth positioned ahead of the work I had done here). Everyone is really friendly and glad to answer a million questions (because that’s about how many I asked). The environment is comfy, even as someone who hates the dentist office this experience was pretty pleasant for me. Like I said, if you’ve swallowed the pill of what work like this costs, and are now trying to find someone to do the work right — come here!

I’ve considered cosmetic dentistry for a long time.  I recently relocated to this area and saw an ad for this  office and Dr. Broome.  I was honest in my communication with the dental assistant and Dr. Broome about my goals.  In return, I felt that everyone was honest with me in recommending a treatment plan that would help me achieve the results I am looking for.  I was super anxious when I first arrived; however, by the end of my appointment I felt at ease with my decision and looking forward to the next steps.

Took my Mom who is handicapped to have some emergency dental work here. First I’d like to say that she just came off a 12 hour flight from Hawaii, her tooth actually chipped in half just before she boarded the plane to Charlotte, with that being said Dr. Broome worked her in at lightening speed. My Mom suffers from anxiety and she found this to be the most pleasant dental visit in her life. She is a little slower due to another medical condition and has severe mobility problems. The office was very patient and made her feel at ease when helping her into the chair. Not only was the dental work superb, but my Mom felt she was treated special. Excellent service, and if you are shopping for a provider look no further! Thank you Dr. Broome you are truly the best!

I have had many visits to see Dr. Broom & his staff, over the past 15 years. They are so kind & patient & I’m SO nervous at the dentist office!! Dr. Broom & his staff always manage to calm me down & keep me calm, for my visits. I went into today with a broken cap, only to find other problems. Let’s just say I was a train wreck. As usual , Dr Broom and Heather, knew just what to do & say to calm me down. Heather is the best, she’s the icing on the cake!! Both knew how to deliver, what the future holds to get me back in order. They are the best, if there were 10 stars I would rate them with a 10!!!

Dr Broome, Heather and Julie took great care of me today. Before putting in a new crown, Heather notice that I had another tooth that was missing a filling. She checked my photos from last December and noticed that the filling was not missing then. So after Dr Broome put in the new crown, he immediately fixed my other tooth. Now I don’t have to come back in to have that done. This is the practice I want looking out for my smile! Mike J.

I myself am a dentist in need of some more comprehensive dentistry. I was concerned that I would not be able to find a dentist who was as particular and meticulous as myself. I was very fortunate to have the opportunity to meet Dr. Broome and felt that we were on the same page. Although I live many states away I felt Dr. Broome was the dentist I wanted to restore my mouth. I scheduled an initial appointment and was thoroughly impressed with his staff and with the time an attention Dr. Broome was able to provide me. I feel very comfortable with the directions we have chosen and am extremely confident of Dr. Broome’s care and capabilities.
