I’ve been a patient of Dr. Singal’s for a year, and I’ve never been to a better dentist. The staff at Charming Smile is very helpful and accommodating. Scheduling has always been easy and they send reminder texts a couple days before every appointment, with an option to reschedule if you can’t make it (I’ve forgotten a couple of my appointments, so this is really helpful!). As far as procedures, Dr. Singal and the hygienists I’ve seen are careful and quick to respond if I show any discomfort during a cleaning. From the conversations I’ve had (teeth-related and otherwise) I can tell they care about their patients beyond the business we bring. I’ve had both cleanings & fillings done here and all were done carefully and quickly. The explanations of after effects & instructions were always clear and well explained. They also have TVs with Netflix in the exam rooms so you can watch something (Friends is the classic, but it’s Netflix so there are plenty of options) rather than just stare at the ceiling. Once, I mistakenly thought a filling had fallen out and made an appointment to make sure. After a short check (and some X-rays) Dr. Singal found that everything was fine, commented that I did the right thing to come in and check, and let me go with no co-pay or insurance involved! That kind of experience keeps me coming back to Charming Smile. I couldn’t recommend this place more!

Charming Smile is the BEST! Not only is the staff friendly but so accommodating! Dr. Singal is fantastic and she makes you feel so comfortable. She explains everything so well and spends so much time with you before and after the visit to answer your questions. My two sons ages 6 & 14 have no fears at all about going to the dentist. I know its scary sometimes for small children but they know they are safe and there is nothing to worry about. They get their cleanings and exams and leave with a smile. I am so happy we finally found a dentist that we feel good about!!! One more thing….. The hygienist is amazing! I literally feel asleep during the cleaning!

Everyone here is always super friendly and nice every-time I come here! They really care about not only your teeth but making sure you have a comfortable experience. They also care about your financial situation and will work with you and find you ways to save money. I was in extreme tooth pain and they were able to schedule me the same day I called. All of the staff is extremely nice especially the sweet girl who did my x-rays. She explained everything step by step as we went through the whole X-ray process!

This is the only dentist that I am looking forward to come back to! The office staffs are very nice and welcoming, and Dr. Singal is the nicest person I have ever met. This is overall very excellent experience. And the location is super convenient, just off the grove street path train station. They have very high end technology and the work is always done perfectly.

I’ve been visiting this practice for my dental cleanings the past couple of years and I’ve always had a wonderful experience at Charming Smile Dental. Setting up appointments are easy and the front desk staff are polite & courteous. Dr. Singal is exuberant and has a caring attitude towards her patients. The hygienist is very thorough, professional and friendly. Their diagnosis/treatment plans have always worked for me. Many thanks to Dr. Singal and the entire team @ Charming Smile Dental!

When I lost my insurance last year, I had a decision to make… By choosing to go for an insurance in which Dr. Singal was still my primary dental care, I felt I made the right choice. She and her crew of dental hygienists and assistants (and of course other staff) have been incredible from my first visit. I can always be sure I’m getting the best care, with Dr. Singal always looking out for my teeth’s needs. Recently, she saved two previous fillings and helped me with fixing my teeth grinding problem!

Wow what an incredible place. The staff, the dental hygienists and the dentist herself are incredible. They were very straight forward, kind, understanding and reasonable. I was previously hustled by my last dentist so I was a bit wary of a new one but Dr. Singal made me so comfortable. I have terrible teeth with stains all over and she didn’t judge! I was inspired by her to take better care of my teeth for sure.

Super convenient and flexible! When it comes to scheduling, the doctor’s office and staff are always accommodating and friendly. I’ve never found them anything but helpful. And the doctor is great! Willing to explain things, review options and alternatives, and with a great “bedside manner.” I chipped a tooth once and the doctor repaired it after we reviewed options. Unfortunately it didn’t hold so she redid it for free with a stronger solution which has held for over a year. Really love coming here!

Charming Smile is easily the best dental practice I’ve visited. In addition to being extremely professional and friendly, Dr. Singal and her technicians are brilliant and truly follow up thoroughly on your treatment. I had my invisalign installed with Dr. Singal and the amount of support and customized care I’ve received has been incredible. Their practice is technologically impressive as well, they have many useful devices I’ve never seen at other practices and you can tell they’ve went the extra mile to ensure your comfort. You are in good hands at Charming Smile, I highly recommend them.

Everything you want in a dental office. Super fast, easy to get to, and great staff. Came here for a cleaning and then a small filling. Appointments were kept on time and I was in and out of there pain free. The hygienist did a efficient job cleaning and Dr Singal did my small filling repair within a few minutes. It was faster then getting a cup of coffee at Starbucks! Well run office! Great job

I’ve been to a lot of dentists in my life time but none like this. They are truly a team and each one of them brings something different to their patients. Dr. Singal is a very experienced dentist and took the time to listen to all my concerns. The sweet girl at the front welcomes you in open arms and is a pleasure to talk to. May the assistant is great and also takes time to listen and is patient. Overall I had a great experience and I can’t imagine anyone not loving them.

I’ve been coming here for the past 5 months for my Invisalign process. Dr. Singal has been amazing with me, she’s addressed every single one of my concerns and walked me through the whole process using models of my teeth of what they look to how they will look in the future. Needless to say, the process was also relatively inexpensive compare to other places!

Visited with Dr Singal several times over the past couple years and have always been very satisfied with my experience.  My first visit was when i was in excruciating pain and needed to see dentist who was open Saturday.  Dr Singal’s office  not only took my insuarnce but was also able to schedule me to come in that morning itself.  She performed a very thorough exam and after revieiwing my X-rays determined the source of the problem to be a cavity on my wisdom tooth.  I scheduled a appointment for extraction the following week.  Having had a wisdom tooth removed in the past at another dentist office, i was apprehensive.  However, to my pleasant surprise and relief, the extraction process was uneventful and the tooth was out in a few minutes.  The subsequent recovery was also relatively quick.  The contrast between my experience at my former dentist and with Dr Singal could not be more stark!  I became a fan and have since then returned for several other procedures including fillings and deep cleaning and have also recommended several of my  friends and family members.

This was my second visit to Charming Smile Dental. I was referred here by a close friend whom I trust with these things and boy what a good decision I made! The first time was more of an emergency because of the accidental chipping of the crown of my front incisors. The crowns were more than 10 years old and being my front teeth, I had to get the disaster fixed quick. When I called to check if I could get an early appointment I got it right the next day. The facility was very clean and well maintained and the staff were very polite. Then I met with Dr Singhal who I must say is a great professional no doubt but also a very sweet person. She was genuinely concerned, thoroughly examined my oral cavity, took relevant xrays and took a mould impression for veneers which was the best option available. She also gave me a temporary veneer so I could be more presentable (all in the first visit!). In the next ten days I got the best set of veneers for my incisors. This time I went for a routine check up and to check on my veneers. I got the appointment right away and was seen by Dr Singhal. She examined and took xrays and confirmed that everything was fine. She answered all my questions and I was completely satisfied. Once again I had a great experience from the hygienist, all the staff and I will come back for sure. I highly recommend Charming Smile Dental and Dr Singhal.

Charming smile is one of the best dental clinics in Jersey city. I’ve been coming here since when they first opened. They have state of art equipment. Staff is very friendly and helpful. It is clean and have great atmosphere. Their x-ray machine is my favorite. It reminds me of U.S.S Enterprise from Star Trek. Lol! Everytime I get an x-ray I say “beam me up Scotty!” in my mind. Haha! My wife comes here as well. I highly recommend it.

The dentist at Charming Smile dental was extremely professional and I never felt uncomfortable for one moment during my exam. I genuinely feel like she is a cut above many of the dentists I have previously visited. My wait time was minimal and I was in the exam room soon after I filled all the paperwork ( I must admit, my visit was during non-peak hours in the afternoon..). Always satisfying when your doctor is able to get you in on time. The staff was thorough, patient and kind. I will gladly recommend this office to anyone looking for high quality dental care.

Charming Smiles Dental was so nice and gentle. I have gone for a couple cleanings and to get a crown. I have a fear of needles (to the point where I will faint)-they guided me through my fear by voicing breathing techniques and put extra numbing topical on my gums (before the actual needle). They truly care about their patients and understand the gravity of a fear. I would highly recommend coming to this practice.

I was so lucky I found Charming Smile Dental. I came here with a big swelling in my gum and on the verge of losing that tooth. Dr. Meetu took great care of it and was able to save my tooth in the end! I have now moved to New York but I still keep coming back. Charming Smile is the only place I trust to take care of my oral health these days! On top of the highly skillful doctor, the office is ultra clean, the equipment is top-notch and the staffs are so pleasant.

I have not gone to a dentist for 8 years due to a general fear, as most people do. I decided it was time for a check up since I was having teeth sensitivity. At my appointment, I was seen by Dr. Singal and a dental hygienist for preliminary scanning since I was a new patient. I was told I needed to come back for a deep cleaning and have a cavity filled. I was terrified when I came in for the procedures but the staff was sure to make me comfortable and assure me that I would not experience any pain during the procedure. They were right and I was completely pain free afterwards when the numbing gel wore off. I’m SO glad I found Charming Smile and I look forward to my next appointment!

I have seen Dr. Singal for over two years and have always had a great experience. Never a wait, even when I’m early for my appointment. She always considers my questions/concerns thoughtfully and gives great tips on keeping my dental health in check. The front office staff is also excellent. Each time I needed services beyond routine cleaning, someone explained my expected financial responsibility in detail, which I really really appreciate. Highly recommended!
