We started going to Dr. Clayton when we lived in New Market probably 15 years ago. The hygienists are great here – super gentle and calming. She uses the latest and greatest dental procedures & tools. Dr. Clayton is very personable and has always done a good job for my wife and I. I’ve had fillings and a crown replaced by her with no trouble and my wife has had a filling or two as well. The office admins are really nice and helpful. We now live in Lawrence County TN (over 1.5 hours away), but I still go to Dr. Clayton because she and her team are that good.

Alway a great experience at Chase Family Dentistry. All the staff is very professional and friendly, Dr. Clayton is wonderful and they all do a very thorough job with cleanings. Any other dental work I have had done has always gone well with no issues. I would recommend them for sure to anyone looking for a new dentist and will continue to use them in the future! Place is always clean and with Covid I feel comfortable with the precautions they are taking to keep everyone safe!

I value my teeth and my overall health a lot. Health is even more important than time to me because what can you do with your time if you’re not healthy, right? And I’ve learned that the mouth is a particularly important part of the body for overall health. Plus I like to eat. Plus I like to smile and be happy. So I floss. I brush. I get preventive care. But now that I’m getting older, my mouth is getting drier, and I got a couple of cavities. They’re the first I’ve had in 20 years. (And btw I’m deathly afraid of getting dental work done. That’s one reason I take such good care of my teeth.) Dr. Lindalee Clayton is my dentist. She is friendly, thorough, and gentle. She’s knowledgeable. And she communicated with me excellently. I’ve always thought she was great. But then I needed work. Ugh! Dr Clayton reviewed the treatment alternatives, and I decided to get the cavities restored with gold inlays because they last longer than the white fillings and they don’t have any safety controversy like the mercury fillings do. They cost more, but it was worth it to me. The staff was so kind before, during and after the procedure! They were professional and efficient without ever seeming rushed or hurried. Dr Clayton gave THE BEST injections. Yea! I’m not embarrassed to admit I was somewhat terrified of the shots. But Dr Clayton really did a wonderful job. That’s the best part – no pain! When the inlays went in they were beautiful, and fit like a glove. Dr Clayton uses digital scanning to make impressions for crowns and inlays and things like that. I had an impression years ago and it was a mess. This was really cool. She has a laser too though she didn’t use that with me. Apparently she keeps up with new technology. Anyway, I had a great experience! The staff was wonderful. Dr Clayton was wonderful. They get 10 stars from me!

My new and only Dentist. Chase family Dentistry is a Pain Free office. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The Assistants and Hygienist walked you through everything that is about to happen ahead of time so there are no surprises. They have tons of information and educate the clients on proper procedures and actions to keep your teeth and gums in tip top shape. I love this place. After only 3 visits in the last 6 months, I would say they are the best. It was probably 7 years since I had been to a dentist because of previous experiences. I only wish I would have found this place sooner!

My visits are always efficient and the personnel are very nice. Teresa has been my hygienist for quite a while. If she will keeps me, I will keep her. I drive from Madison to Chase for my dental appointments. Until 7/2015, I lived very close to Chase Family Dentistry. Normally, with only two appointments per year, the distance is not a problem. I plan to continue, LindaLee knows me and my expectations and vice-versa.

Dr. Clayton and her staff are absolutely amazing! They did everything possible to accommodate the severe dental-phobe that I am. Dr. Clayton took care of issues I had neglected for far too long by easing my fears and making my extractions as comfortable as possible. My mouth has healed without the use of medication and I’ve had very little, if any, pain. You will never convince me there is any better dental office than Chase Family Dentistry. The entire staff is an absolute gem. Dr. Clayton is, hands down, the best dentist among the several regulars our family has seen over the years. My whole family (including 4 kids who previously tried feigning many a malady to weasel out of appointments) now actually all enjoy going…to the dentist! That shrug we tend to work up whenever we have to drag ourselves to the doctor? You can save it for another day. (Maybe the day on the calendar marked proctologist?) Walk into Chase Family, and check whatever worries you have at the door. You will be in good, compassionate hands. It is like stopping by to visit with friends…friends who just so happen to also tend to your dental needs. We are new to the area, and feel so blessed to have hit the jackpot in retaining a wonderful dental team, one who is genuinely interested in seeing to it that our family receives the best, affordable care. I LOVE this Dentist, ALL of the employees and the environment. The ladies at this office are always kind, respectful and very, very great at their job! I am a pretty hard dental patient. I get extremely nervous and feel like freaking out at the thought of going to the dentist. However, going to Dr. Clayton has changed my whole outlook on it. They make sure you are pain free during procedures. If, at ANY time I start to feel uncomfortable or upset, they will stop and let me get relaxed before continuing. After having a bad experience with my previous dentist. I Called Chase and they took me in right away. My first visit was not as expected cause I had an infection and they sent me home to heal from that before pulling. I went back a week later and all was smooth. We’ve used them for cleanings which has been good, but today my daughter had a tooth pulled and a filling and I was very impressed with how calm they were able to keep her by explaining everything and going slowly to make sure she was ready and comfortable. We were both nervous beforehand, but they did a fantastic job and showed us there was nothing to be nervous about!
A WORD FROM YOUR DOCTOR
Dr. Clayton’s family moved to Huntsville when she was a teen and when she was finally ready to go into private practice she could not think of a better place to live and work than right here in Huntsville. She graduated from Auburn University before attending dental school at the University of Alabama School of Dentistry. Dr. Clayton spent an additional year of training at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi, receiving a certificate of Advanced Education in General Dentistry. She has been known to call herself a continuing education junkie. In 2009, Dr. Clayton received the prestigious Fellowship Award in the Academy of General Dentistry and then received Mastership in the Academy of General Dentistry in 2016, becoming only the third woman in Alabama to receive the award. In addition to the Academy of General Dentistry, Dr. Clayton is also a member of the Huntsville-Madison County Dental Society, the Alabama Dental Association, and the American Dental Association. She regularly volunteers at the Community Free Dental Clinic, a not for profit urgent dental care clinic for poverty-level adult residents of Madison County. Her favorite phrase in talking about the Free Dental Clinic is “We are simply broken people helping broken people.” Giving back and public health is part of her history; After completing her schooling, Dr. Clayton spent three years working for a not-for-profit corporation in northern Florida, providing much needed dental services to the poor and underserved before returning to north Alabama. Aside from dentistry, Dr. Clayton enjoys flower gardening, traveling, day-hiking and dancing, from ballroom style to country line dancing.
