When I first went to my initial appointment to see what they were like and what I needed two years ago, I almost didn’t make it. We had called before and for some reason the call wouldn’t go through. It was the first day of eighth grade and my mom called me at lunch to tell me that she called earlier that day and they were happy to slide me in to take my X-rays, etc after school. I was impressed because usually you have to schedule weeks in advance, and for the most part you do. I was so greatful they made an exception. When I got there, they were very welcoming and kind. Most places give more attention to the parents that are paying then the actual patients themselves, but The Chenin team payed just as much attention to the patients, if not more. (it’s a good thing) two years later and I’m extremely happy with my smile. They told me everything they were going to do to my teeth when I got them on and when I got them off and were extremely careful and precise throughout all my appointments. They would sing and dance along to the music playing through the speakers in the Ceiling throughout my appointments and it made me calmer knowing that they could be so comfortable around their patients. They always ask questions to catch up on your life and genually care about you and have the best interest in you. The area where they do the actual appointment was wide open and bright and there were always several orthodontists in the room. I love the idea of their Chenin change and I love the weekly contests/art submissions/ picture submissions they do. There were of course, downsides but that’s expected. What wasn’t expected was that there wasn’t a lot of them. For one thing: the price of my braces . They were around 4000 dollars, but I also had an expander for around six months so I don’t know how much that was. I really do think that for the majority, the price was worth it, but again I didn’t pay for them so I couldn’t say. There was a problem with one part of our insurance where it wasn’t accepted there, so make sure when discussing insurance and their policies that you pay close attention to which ones they will take. The only other downside I would say was that when I’d have an emergency appointment (ex bracket broke or My jaw started popping, etc) they would change things that they didn’t do at the regular scheduled appointment. When they’d do this I’d always feel like they could’ve done more at the regular scheduled appointment because if I didn’t make emergency appointments, I wouldn’t have made extra progress with my teeth. Of course, I understand that they can’t predict everything that happens to my teeth and when, so they were only helping me and giving me an extra boost to help get my braces off quicker and my teeth straighter quicker . So in a way this was an upside and a downside. Now, I could have easily left and found someplace cheaper, but I had read a lot of positive reviews and I had my heart set out on this place. I couldn’t have seen myself at any other orthodontist that would give me the same gorgeous smile I have now. In conclusion: Chenin Orthodontics is a very welcoming place to be with little to no downsides and state of the art orthodontic technology (that not every place has) so if you’re struggling between picking orthodontics, give this place a shot. Make an appointment so you can see just what they’re about and how wonderful this place is compared to others. (and I’ve looked around, trust me) I really hope that once you see this place for yourself, you’ll be writing a review two years later just like I am about how glad you are you picked this place over everywhere else.

About 6 years ago I was referred to Chenin by a friend I trusted dearly! I went in for my consultation and was impressed from the beginning. It took me a couple months to take the plunge to finally decide to move forward because it was going to be a long road! I was already in my 30’s and wondered if it was worth it at that point in my life. It took almost two years to position my teeth to a place where I would be ready for double jaw surgery, just over two months of recovery from jaw surgery and then almost 8 months more to make the finishing adjustments to my teeth. I was amazed at the patience the doctors had thru the whole process. As you can imagine, I wanted the process to move faster but they didn’t let my impatience rush them. They showed genuine care for what the end product would look like. Each time I went into the office I was also amazed at the care their techs and office staff showed. It seemed that EVERYONE truly cared and were excited to see the progress. It’s now been over 3 years since the work was finished and I couldn’t be happier. I still get compliments to this day about my smile from those that knew me before. The more compliments I receive, now years later, has reminded me that I owe so much gratitude to Chenin Orthodontics’s! If you’re thinking of using them, I guarantee, you will not regret it! My smile is even better than I could have imagined, and they can do the same for you!

Dr. Steve and Dr. David are so amazing!! As a child and teenage, I had several consultations with various orthodontists – all of whom wanted to pull teeth or file them down drastically. I was told it would take several years of braces in order to correct my teeth. They weren’t even that bad!! I was very bothered by all… this and refused to get braces or invisilign during these years. Now that I am an “adult” (25, lol) and am out in the career world, I decided it was time and I better get the braces before I changed my mind again. I spent a lot of time reserching orthodontists and when I finally settled on Chenin, I realized all those others I had been to were full of BS!! I had my braces on 15 months and I just got them off today. I couldn’t be happier with the results!! My new smile has taken me a whole new level of confidence and I literally cried tears of joy when I looked in the mirror. Given that this is a family business, and the fact that both of these wonderful men have families themselves, you will not be treated as anything less than family. All of the wonderful women working in the office I can’t thank enough either. Every single person in that establishment is 100% dedicated to the comfort and care of their patients. I never once felt pressured, uncomfortable, or dissatisfied. When asked if I ever regreted getting braces (vs. nothing or invisilign), I would do it 100 times over again as long as it was with Dr. Steve and Dr. David. Love you all so much!! Thank you!!

Chenin did the braces for both of my boys, and they loved it there. The doctors are amazing, the office staff is friendly & makes you feel like family. The waiting room is fun and inviting for kids of all ages. And that’s not even counting the amazing work they did on their teeth! My youngest Josh started the process with a head gear, in 2009 I think it was, and just finished his Invisalign and his teeth look amazing! My oldest was 19 when he started his, it’s definitely a place for kids of all ages. So If you are looking for a place for braces for your kids or even for yourself definitely check out Chenin Orthodontics!

We recently took our 14 yr old daughter in for her braces. We did not need a referral to Dr. Chenin’s office as her father had gone to him when he was younger. We knew he had a great reputation already. However, We did not expect it to precede him!! OMG!!!! (as my daughter would say, and did) What an amazing experience!! First, we received all the needed paperwork in the mail prior to the appointment. Brilliant!!! That meant less waiting time. The office staff was ready and prompt. There was fresh coffee, pc’s for public use, video games for kids and a very comfortable lobby. The techs were very polite and “cool” says our daughter. They made her feel very comfortable and explained what they were doing and why it was needed. They were quick and efficient. After meeting with Dr. Chenin and getting the course of treatment we were confident that we chose the right person for her care. We received a full treatment plan with all the options, her appointment for the next week, a electric toothbrush, t-shirt and met his son (and his parents who happen to drop by the office). B Day came – braces on!! We went right in to the appointment. NO WAITING!!! It was crazy sock day! How fun is that?! The techs were great!! Again explaining every move they made and giving very clear instructions on braces care and a backpack with all the needed tools to do so.They even have an incentive program for the kids to take proper care. All went great! The topper….. at approx 7:30 pm that evening, Dr. Chenin himself (not a staff member) called to check on our daughter!!! Who does that anymore? He does!! It was wonderful to know that they take a genuine interest in their patients treatment. Dr.Chenin and his office are all amazing and I will recommend them to everyone!

These people are so good, my teeth want to come back! When you first walk into the building, you are greeted with a friendly receptionist who offers you coffee, tea, and even ice cream! There are also iPads everywhere to pass the time while you wait for your appointment. The atmosphere was nice and inviting. It was also encouraging to see HUGE photos of past patients smiling with their straight teeth. The consultation was quick and easy. They really knew what they were doing. I also appreciated the want to get to know me. I wish I remembered names but everyone there was amazingly friendly! Thank you for making me feel welcomed. Once I get my finances in order, I will be back for the Invisilign. That may sound like they are way too expensive for me but they are really flexible with you on payments and deposits if you need to get your teeth straight right away! I would just rather save up the money and have a big chunk of it paid off. 10/10 would recommend

We have been coming here for the last 3 years and have been so happy with the service here! From the iPads, computers, and arcade games for the kids to play while they wait, to the cooler full of free ice cream they have for the kids when they leave, to the free drinks for ththe adults, TVs at all the patient chairs, fun themes every month, patient appreciation parties, Chenin change where the can buy prizes, to the amazing staff and doctors. You really can’t ask for a better orthodontist office. My kids can’t wait to come for their visits.

Beautiful office and wonderful staff! The front desk staff, dental assistant, treatment coordinator, and doctors were very energetic and friendly. I absolutely love visiting offices where you feel welcomed and treated like you’re important! The lobby was interactive for both children and adults with a brushing station, video Game Center, free wifi and computer use, and my favorite.. The keurig coffee machine with different choices of coffee and tea flavors! The overall visit was well organized and informative. The treatment plan for my daughter was discussed in detail by the doctor and treatment coordinator. They were able to work with me on payment plans and start treatment immediately. Look forward to my daughter receiving care by this team for the next few years!!

From the front desk staff to the orthodontists, Chenin Orthodonics has earned my family’s SUPERIOR RATING. I have had the pleasure of getting to know many of the staff members such as Dee and Debbie and both Dr. David and Dr. Stephen throughout the years due to having two teenage daughters in need of orthodontic care. I couldn’t be happier with the treatment and results that we received. My family and I were treated with the utmost care and sincere concern while going through the process. After almost every appt there was some type of follow through, a call made BY THE DOCTORS or a HAND WRITTEN card sent by an assistant, to ensure that my daughters were doing well. We now consider many of the staff members and both Dr. David and Dr. Stephen to be friends of the Turnbeaugh family, THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!

I recently completed my invisalign treatment at Chenin Orthodontics. I began my treatment mid 2010 and now my final appointment to pick up my retainer is on 10/26/11. I never thought my teeth would look as good as they do now. I had huge gaps between my two front teeth as well as the bottom front. Although it required many trays…the gaps are no longer there! From my initial appointment up to now, I have had nothing but the BEST experience with this Orthodontist office. From the friendly staff to the careful treatment of my teeth with the ongoing incentives (Chenin change) as the cherry on top, this is by far the best place not only for children but for adults as well. The office presents such a calm inviting environment, from freshly brewed coffee, assortment of teas, to computer for public use and game areas for children not to mention the professional group of staff. The staff appears to enjoy what they do and also appear to love working there. Most dental/orthodontist offices have such a gloomy feeling with staff who watch that clock for the 5 O’clock bell, but this office is the complete opposite. The morale is so positive that it’s like one big party in the back which it is truly amazing! The owners (father son team), truly exemplify how businesses should be managed. They encourage and hold ongoing events to support community organizations, such as Child Haven for children in need in the Clark County area and more!!! What better place to refer someone than to Chenin Orthodontics for all your Ortho needs!!!!!!!!!!!

The best! The doctors & the entire team are so caring & passionate they made my son feel very comfortable with the entire process of getting braces. We went for the first consultation about 6 years ago, for about 4 years they just checked my son teeth annually waiting for the ideal time to put braces on.That annual visit had no cost to me! About a year and a half ago my son & I were explained very well the different options available. He choose Invisalign Teen. Now my son has a beautiful smile!
