I used to have a great dentist in another city whom I had a great relationship with, and since I have moved to Boston I had visited a couple of dental office but could not reach my previous standard, so I had not been to the dentists for the last couple of years, not even cleaning. And that resulted in cavity (the price to pay for being picky), which I was not aware of before my visit to Chestnut Hill Dental Associates. I visited for dental clean and check up, and found out about the light cavity, so came back for the filling. Dr. A is very informational and helpful. He answered all the questions I had in mind (he guessed them even before I asked him), and was able to give me detailed solutions on the spot. The setup is very cosy and friendly, and front desk Carla is very nice to talk to. It’s in a convenient location (right off of E line Reservoir stop). The name is a little misleading because it is in Brighton, and there’s another dental place with similar name.

I’ve had several fillings, a root canal, and gotten braces here. The staff is always very friendly and professional, willing to answer any questions I have or explain anything I don’t understand. I’ve recommended CHDA to friends that have dentist-phobias because I absolutely believe that the people here can help them.

As a new resident to Boston I was really hesitant on choosing a dentist. Coming from Atlanta I had the most awesome dentist and knew it’d be hard to find one that I’d feel comfortable with. Well, I lucked out here with Chestnut hill dental association. First off, the location is walking distance from my place so that’s cool for me personally. When I first arrived I was graciously greeted by a nice staff member who gave me a tour, introduced me to everyone. The entire staff was very polite and really put me at ease. Very cool. They have tv’s all over and on the ceiling so you can relax while they are doing their work. The equipment and facilities are modern and state of the art. The doctor is very personable and is very enthusiastic about his work and you can see he sincerely cares about patients. He did great work on my teeth and I’d recommend them to all of my fellow Yelp’rs!

I would definitely recommend this location to my friends and family! I was treated with lots of care and the receptionist Zully and Dr.A are so friendly they made me feel comfortable about my procedure (amazing customer service). Dr.A explained everything thoroughly and gave me a lot of insight to what would be done with my teeth (the end result was phenomenal!). They also did a great job with getting back to me whether it was phone calls or via e-mail before and after my appointment, it was quick and easy to get in contact with them. If you go to this location I promise you won’t regret it.

Enjoy visiting Chestnut Hill Dental Associates. The staff is very friendly and eager to assist. Every visit is great and i am always recommending them. I wanted to have a dentist appointment in my new city before my insurance expired. To my surprise, Chestnut Hill Dental Associates was able to get me in a couple days after I called so I could meet that deadline. They’re very informative with you throughout the visit and will call your insurance to verify what’s covered to give you a price estimate before you make decisions. An insurance issue did arise that meant a bill, but while that’s getting resolved they said they’d make sure no late fees got applied to my bill. A very professional and kind staff.

I was recently in for my first cleaning in a little while. Jessika made the experience so comfortable. Dr. Ahmed explains everything going on in detail and makes everything easy to understand. And if there is anything to worry about with insurance Zully has an answer. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist. They are a great team!

If you are looking for a superior level of dental and patient care, I’d suggest looking no further. This office, both the dentists and staff, have nothing but the highest levels of professionalism, medical knowledge, and patient care experience. They are highly responsive, friendly, answer all of your questions, and are able to adapt to a variety of different situations. They make the patient feel welcome and like you are the only patient that matters to them. I personally work in healthcare and given what I’ve experienced personally, I would give them 10 stars if possible. If you are new to Boston or just need a new dentist, Chestnut Hill Dental Associates is your must go to provider!

I’ve had great experiences here so far. All of the staff is extremely friendly and some remembered me by name already. I even had a few laughs during my visit which I really appreciated. I also want to add they are LGBT friendly. As a transgender man, it has been extremely hard to receive medical care while transitioning. They were very careful about using gender neutral language with me, which I really appreciate. I definitely will recommend this office to anyone!

I recently changed my dentist to Chestnut Hill Dental Associates , I went twice during last month , once for Cleaning & once for a filing for my teeth . First time was an amazing experience the hygienist and the Doctor were very friendly with me and to be honest they did a great job cleaning my teeth ( last time i did cleaning was 1.5 year ago 🙂 ) . I gave 5 starts because second time the doctor not only did a great job very smoothly but also he stayed more than his regular hours just for me ! ( I really like respect and expect such an attitude from my Dentist ) I felt i must do this review as i really respect everyone there , They are friendly , Honest , Professional .

Amazing staff!! All of the employees I met were kind and professional I had my two year old with me and they offered to entertain her while I was xrayed. The hygienist turned my daughter’s cleaning into a fun game and she giggling the whole time. I cannot stop smiling! I did both a cleaning and teeth whitening service at this location and they changed my life! Yes, the teeth whitening treatment was grueling for sure but well worth it! However, I was greatly pleased with the attentiveness, friendliness, and professionalism of the staff! They always checked to see how I was doing, answered any questions that I had, and just made me feel comfortable the entire time. I have been coming here for about two months now. I have my 6 month check up and cleaning done here and by far I have no complaints. This is a small family oriented office and they really seem to care about taking the best care of their patients. The doctors are very patient, kind and informative. They worked with me financially which was a bonus and they give the best of the best for a reasonable price. The hygienist is also a bonus she is very sweet and does an amazing job.

I can’t say enough good stuff about this team. I had major work that needed to be done. Doc A spent the time drafting a treatment plan, explaining various outcomes, and helping me understand the mechanics/science of what was happening in my mouth that was leading to the problems and what addressing them was going to do. I’ve been presented a wealth of information and not pushed to make specific choices but given very practical advice each step of the way. On a visit to visit note, the front desk staff (Q is awesome!) respects my preferences for contact – email and text. I am always greeted with a smile. I’ve never had a problem with pricing or billing. I always feel cared for (the Docs will take my late night call when I am worried about the healing related to a procedure I needed done). I may sometimes hate the fact that I need dental work, but I do not hate the dentists. If it weren’t for them, their caring manner, their expertise, and their clear dedication to their patients I’d still be in a world of hurt.
