Dr. John is the best Dentist in all Orange County! He listens to your concerns and does amazing work. I just got finished with my Invisalign treatment here at Coastal Family Dental not too long ago and I get so many compliments on how beautiful my teeth are. 😀 The Hygienist Halyna also does an amazing job in cleaning my teeth. She also educates me and leaves my teeth looking really white! (: Halyna always puts on my favorite music during my cleanings which definitely take the ease off. The staff definitely treats you like family and are really helpful with any questions you have. I used to hate going to the dentist but now I’m always looking forward in coming to my appointments! (: If you are looking for a new dentist definitely make an appointment. The staff and Dr. John will really make your dental visits more comfortable. My whole family and friends come here now.

Amazing staff, clean and warm facility. I can’t say enough about Dr John and the team. They play awesome music and you forget your even at the dentist office. My kids go here and I refer any that is looking for a honest, caring Dentist and hygienist.

I had chipped a tooth. We had heard good things about Dr. Nguyen, so I called Coastal Family Dental the next morning, and Elizabeth scheduled me to see Dr. Nguyen that same day!
Dr. Nguyen took me in immediately after I arrived. The work he did on my tooth was outstanding, and the whole staff was very friendly and efficient. Also, the cost was very fair.
My wife and I will be using Dr. Nguyen from now on.

(…)No wait time at all! They were ready for me on the dot! I forgot the assistant’s name who took my X-ray, but thank you! You were funny and sweet!
Dr. John explained thoroughly the condition of my teeth and procedures that he may be doing, but, of course, he wanted to as little as possible to save me time and money! (baby teeth & wisdom teeth present and options for them). He was very genuine, honest, and transparent!

Halyna (hygienist) took her time cleaning my teeth and explaining what and why she was doing it. She made me feel more knowledgeable about dental care. Of course I couldn’t talk, but she kept entertaining me with funny patient stories. Thank you for that!

I have came here twice and I can honestly say I love it! They make you feel comfortable and make sure to explain the procedure step by step.  I like to ask questions about everything just so I can get a better understanding about what’s going on in my mouth and Halyna answered every single one in detail and made sure I understood. She and Dr. John are so nice and always made sure I was ok.  The whole staff from the office manager to the dentist assistant were friendly and go out of their way to make this experience a great one.
Will definitely be coming back and I highly recommend this plac

Dr. John was super personable too! He also took his time to make sure I understood the treatment and was comfortable with it. He also didn’t upsell me on anything and was very honest and conservative!

Overall, this is an amazing, friendly office with quality service! I felt like I was here to hangout with friends while getting my oral health taken care of. They genuinely care about their patients! I have already referred them to my friends and family. Love them!

Not going to lie not my favorite place to visit (the dentist)…the staff and service they have has changed my mind. The staff is very attentive and  friendly they get to know you by name which means a lot working in the hospitality industry.  The treatments I’ve had done have been 100% to my standards. I definitely will recommend to my family and friends which I have .

Dr. John and Halyna are one of the best and the receptionist is amazing as well.

(…)I am a teacher in this area and I broke one of my back teeth early in the morning. My normal dentist was closed and my tooth was throbbing. I was just calling anyone near me. This office had me in and out in no time! (…)my insurance didn’t cover the services, but they gave me a more than fair bill. I’m scared to death of going to the dentist but the staff and I laughed the whole time. The Dr. was very patient and caring. I can’t wait to get my whole family in here. I was so happy and satisfied that one of my co-workers are now going to change to this dentist. (She has a phobia of dentists.) So happy that I stumbled across this wonderful practice!!!! I went for a teeth cleaning and check up since it had been years since I had been to a dentist. Elizabeth at the front desk is so awesome and friendly, Marissa the hygienist was so sweet and light handed and made sure I was ok throughout my cleaning and Dr. John Nguyen is so easy to talk to and explained everything. He really cares about his patients and understood money is tight. He didn’t try to upsell and just really wanted to help. I voiced my interest in Invisalign and they gave me a free consultation. The whole office is awesome. I would definitely recommend.

P.s. I don’t have dental insurance and their rates are more on the affordable side with great service!
