Dr. Derrick and his staff are fantastic !  You are greeted with a friendly smile as soon as you walk into the clean and warm office. They process you quickly and into the chair extremely quick. Dr. Derrick has an friendly personality and it permeates through out the office, I can see where the staff picks up this positive mood. Also, great at what he does.!The best in Philly and I should know, have dad teeth problems my whole life.

I’ve been going to Coleman and Turner for 10 years now and I absolutely love them. I’ve seen a few different hygienists and all have been great. I also see Dr. Turner who is WONDERFUL. His bedside manner is so soothing, he’s always ready with a thousand-watt smile, and his work is top-notch. I moved to NJ and still come to the city to go to Coleman and Turner. Five stars!

The best dentist practice I’ve been to! Everyone is so friendly, nice, and prompt. I’ve never had to wait more than 5 min before my appointment, and I’m always out in 30 min or less. I had everything from teeth cleaning, wisdom teeth, cavities, root canal, a cap and even chipped tooth ( I eat a lot =/)and they have handled everything great! I also love that they explain everything in detail as they are doing it so it’s never a surprise what happens. The most fun you will have at the dentist!

I was running late and the office still accepted me. The Service was exceptional, efficient and I was well informed about the procedure I was there for and next steps… Dr. Turner’s rapport with his Staff is truly notable. His exceptional Customer Service & Energy tranfers over to them. I Love This Office…

Moving back to Philly in 2010, I procrastinated hardcore on finding a local dentist. My husband went to Coleman and Turner as it was near his work, and promptly recommended them to me, for good reason. Coleman and Turner are prompt, super friendly and great at what they do. I have never had a bad experience here. Located right in Center City near Rittenhouse and the El, the convenience of this place is also a plus. My 1st cleaning took a little longer than usual but keep in mind I hadn’t been to the dentist in a couple years. The hygienist was very friendly, and even though he recommended that my labret piercing might be causing receding gum issues (after hearing this previously from a hygienist, I have since decided to take it out), he also apologized and told me he didn’t want to tell me what to do. I just liked that he wasn’t condescending about it. The dentist was friendly and courteous, and I was diagnosed with NO cavities. Always a plus! The only negative I would say is that for my full mouth X-rays, they had to take several individual x-rays with those plates they put in your mouth which can be very uncomfortable. I guess I was spoiled with my last dentist that had an outer x-ray machine that could do the whole procedure in less than a minute. If Coleman and Turner got one of these machines, they would definitely be THE BEST DENTIST OFFICE ever and worthy of 5 stars!

i have been going here about 7-8 years. Pat is awesome. Dr Turner is very easy to get along with, he explains what he’s doing, and he knows how to get stuff done.  The longest I have ever had to wait is 5 minutes. They don’t keep you waiting like other places I have been to in the past. When I had an emergency for a chipped tooth, they scheduled me in quickly. They take my insurance, and we don’t pay for all this extra stuff that you do at other places. i would recommend to anyone. Clean. professional. Speedy. Excellent

I absolutely love this dental office. From the front staff to the dental hygienist to the dentist, they are all extremely professional. I have been coming here for almost 10 years and I have not had 1 bad experience. I see Dr. Coleman and he makes you feel very comfortable with his wit and funny jokes. If you try this office you will not be disappointed.

I have been going to this office for at least 25 years. The service, personnel, and the over all ambience of the office has not changed. From the front desk to the dental chair is totally professional. I always get a laugh from the office manager to the dentist themselves. I do not give kudos lightly, but this office rightly deserves them all.

I have been going to this dentist office for almost 20 years now. I am always pleasantly greeted and my wait time has never been more than 5 mintues. I have been going here for 8 years and these guys are the best. I actually enjoy going to the dentist. Everyone is a delight and great at their jobs. It takes awhile to get an appointment if you are a first time patient, but it’s worth the wait. They also use a texting service to remind you of your appointments, which I truly appreciate.

I don’t have a fear of dentistry, but have many friends who do. I have recommended the practice to them, and they thanked me for it. They now go to the dentist regularly.

Jessica was an amazing hygienist who not only worked around my semi-sensitive teeth but she also gave a very complete clean! I walked out feeling like my mouth was fresh. Dr. Turner was very thorough in his exam and notified me of the details to look out for. All of my questions were addressed with expertise and I walked out feeling like I knew what steps to take to keep my mouth at its best. The front desk was friendly AND fast. What an amazing group of individuals! Going to the dentist isn’t always the most fun thing but Dr Turner and his associates sure make it a great experience. Everyone from the girls at the front desk to my appointment with Garry and seeing Dr Turner was really wonderful. Happy people who are happy to be in such a great spot and it shows. ❤️

From day one this has been a great place for dental care. The atmosphere is welcoming and staff is friendly and very helpful. The doctors and hygienists are great at minimizing fears and concerns … their sensitivity to patients anxieties are beyond reproach. They’re professional without being rigid. Sarcastically I always say the dental office is my favorite place to be … secretly I enjoy their infectious greeting and pain free care. It really is my favorite place to be!!!

Most amazing dental practice in the city! I have been a patient of this office for minor work and cleanings for 6 years and cannot say enough about them! Dr. Turner and his assistant Tai are the sweetest duo you can find, they always explain what they are doing in depth, and take complete care of you while in their hands. Dr.Turner is very aware of his patients and their comfort level, he can read the slightest tinge of pain in your face and will adjust himself to make you feel the most comfortable and the least amount of discomfort. Patricia is a hygienist that is always super pleasant to talk to while your having your teeth cleaned, I actually look forward to my appointments to catch up with her! The front desk staff is wonderful as well! Always sweet when talking to them, have NEVER, EVER been rude or unkind, always very helpful and patient with your needs. I also do not have dental healthcare and this practice is super affordable. To be honest, I would go to them regardless because of all the positive experiences and honesty they have given me through the years, I trust them wholeheartedly. They are fantastic at what they do! Obviously you get the point and can tell I’m a huge fan!

Coleman & Turner Dental Associates is hands down the best thing that has ever happened to my teeth. Mainly because I do not like dentists therefore when I was younger I never went. So now I am paying for it (literally) so I picked a great place. When you walk in you are greeted with a smile and despite all the magazines available you never get a chance to read them. lol … They are quick! I love Dr. Turner. He makes sure you are comfortable in all his procedures and he is quick and efficient. The staff always give me great service as well whether its routine cleanings or x-rays. I have come here for several cleaning with and without braces on and I never had any issues. I am never afraid to get a procedure done here. The staff is awesome. The office is clean and they are always on time. Claire gets 2 Thumbs up for her diligent work scheduling you a appointment and answering any questions concerning insurance co pays.

They are the best dentist ever! I’ve seen them for 8 years and took a year off bc my schedule didn’t bring me into the city much. The dentist I saw in the year break said I needed so much work done. Now I’m back to turner and I feel like I’m back home!! They’re super efficient, friendly and the best hygienists and dentists around!!

I have been going here for over 9 years now. Gary is off the hook with keeping my teeth clean and tidy. Dr. Turner comes in as the closer to make sure my teeth stay in top notch shape. That said we have had our problems where old fillings get loose and cavities form behind them and root canals happen. Turner and Gary has my back though and caught it early on which helped me time the insurance to get things paid for with as little out of pocket money as possible. I highly recommend them and have sent multiple colleagues and friends to them already. You cannot go wrong choosing Turner and Coleman!!
