Love this office!! So close to my work at kohl’s and they were AWESOME with my boys! Andrea is especially good with my middle son who has a bad gag reflex!! She knows the trick! And Dr. Hejazi was so awesome the kids LOVE his hair!!! Jenna is such a sweet young lady and is so knowledgeable about the insurance and what the cover and I didnt even have to pay for sealants, the cleanings or ANYTHING!!! DEFINITELY will be coming back ever 6 months! Just moved to the area and GLAD I found a GREAT dentist office!!!!

Well to tell the truth about college Grove i didn’t how there place was or if I felt ok with but then when I walk in the place and saw how everyone was so nice and how there was so many smiling face and then I felt great I felt that I can trust them that I wasn’t worried or sacred about going and seeing what a great family and friendly dentist place it is and that I would differently go back there and differently tell everyone i know that college Grove is great place and they have great DR there name HEJAZI he cares about everyone that he works with and differently cares about his patient and who he is working on and how he ask me questions about how mouth feels and what I should do to keep it clean and in good shape and makes sure I felt like I was at home and that I was taken care of so thank you a big thank you to Dr. HEJAZI and thank Abel for cleaning my teeth and also helping me find out what I should do to keep my my mouth clean and thank you for making me feel safe and welcome and happy and comfortable there and I will differently come back there if I have any more problems with my teeth

OMG, I can not say enough about this office, I mean the staff is so friendly, front & back office. Literally the least amount of pain I have ever experienced going to a dental office, and I had to get a temp for a tooth the had been bugging me for about a year on and of , they do Laser treatment, explains everything in great detail so that you can understand and there are no surprises. 2 financing companies if you are financially unable to pay for your services up front. They are very attentive to your needs, and handles every patient with great care I really did not expect to get all of the things I got done on my first visit but I am so happy I did. Office is very professional, clean and it is a fairly new office but it looks as though the have very up to date technology. We were able to get cleaning, extensive x-rays and a temp crown put on. With all the drilling there was literally no pain only a little inflammation. So Happy with my Decision to go to this dental office.

I was in search of a new dentist and this location was closest to home. On my way to Sam’s club I noticed a big blue sign next to Rubio’s. I drove over and walked inside, met the ladies in the front and began asking a few questions. It is a new office and I was very hesitant to schedule but they made me feel so comfortable. They even took me on a tour around the office which was something that I have never experienced before. I was looking forward to coming back for my actual appointment date. Fast forward to my first initial dental visit. Walked inside and was greeted by the two amazing ladies in the front. Jamie, who is in charge of treatment coordinating and Jeanette, the office manager. They were as kind as ever. I was then greeted by the lead assistant, Andrea who took me back to take x-rays. She was also informative and thoroughly explained all of my questions. I then met with Dr Hejazi who was extremely nice and caring. He wasn’t pushy at all or was not trying to upsell me treatment that I didn’t need, like my previous dentist. Overall, from my first impression into this office, I knew that this would be permanent. I can 100% say that this has been the best experience I have had in a long time, from the ladies in the front, to the assistants in the back, the Dentist, the location, and the modern equipment that is used. I don’t think I will be in search of a new dentist in a VERY LONG TIME!

So I had an appointment but my tooth was killing me so I called to get an earlier appointment. They were able to move me forward which I really appreciated. I went here for having an infected tooth. I was in a lot of pain but the staff was friendly (receptionist could have been a bit nicer) and took care of me as best they could. They take my insurance and they helped me figure out my options. They gave me a bridge and over all was a really good experience. I recommended this place to my coworkers and to anyone who needs a good dentist.

“As good as it gets” is the perfect way to describe a dental office. I’ve been blessed with terrible teeth, and until now, even worse dentists. I have been to Tijuana and back, around San Diego from La Jolla to City Heights, and College Grove is the first dentist I have ever found that provides fantastic service, amazing payment options, and friendly, caring staff. I almost cried after finding them because I was so happy to have finally found a dentist who really cares about patients and the work they do is top notch. I never feel rushed or pressured into any treatment. They have helped me devise a plan of action that works with my schedule and finances, and they have let me come in on several occasions at a moment’s notice to replace a lost cap or temporary that fell off. They glued it on, same day, and free of charge. They are fast and sensitive to the needs of a huge chicken (me) when it comes to sitting in the chair. And they play rockin’ good music, so a root canal is much less painful than when listening to elevator music. I can’t thank them enough, so I figured i would give them this review that they so deserve. My only suggestion would be that they start giving out bamboo tooth brushes instead of plastic, so we can all be more eco-friendly. That is all. Thank you Dr. H and team!!!

I found out about College Grove Dentistry by referral from a good friend of mine. They were highly recommended and I must say they did not disappoint. Sad to say it’s been awhile since I’ve paid a trip to the Dental office, so I was a little scared. I’m so glad I found this Dental office because from the moment I stepped in I felt very welcomed! I was greeted with a big smile from Janette whom I believe is the manager. The scariest part I anticipated was discussing treatment options. The kind lady who assisted me was very thorough with her explanations. She gave me all my options and never pressured me when I had questions. I believe her name was Jamie. Everyone in that office was so kind and helpful, especially Jamie!! I highly recommend this office!

I am so glad that I decided to check this place out. I live less than a mile away and I goto the 24 hr fitness that’s in the same shopping center. I had recently started feeling some discomfort while chewing on one of my upper right molars. I decided to check this place out one morning. The first thing that caught my interest was how quickly they were able to see me. I called them and asked how soon I could come in and they said I could come in right away. I ended up scheduling an appointment for the next morning. The first person I encountered at College Grove Dentistry was the receptionist, Jamie. She was very pleasant and made my first time check in simple, quick, and easy. Since I hadn’t been to a dentist in quite some time I knew I was probably going to need a bit of work done. Next, I met Andria, the one who took my x-rays. She was also very pleasant and friendly and she helped take away any anxiety I had when I first walked in. I finally met Dr. Hejazi and as expected he was just like the rest of his staff pleasant and friendly. He thoroughly explained what my x-rays showed and explained the treatment options. I had a total of 4 visits to complete the treatments that were necessary and each visit was great. I was also able to meet Jeanette who was also very friendly. Overall, this is a great team of professionals who have it all. Customer service is always the most important and they all nailed it. This is now my new primary dental office thanks to their amazing staff, too notch equipment, pain-free treatment, and their professionalism and knowledge. Thank you guys so much for being so great. 100% recommend this dentistry to anyone. You will not be disappointed.

Let me start off like this. The dentist scares the blank out of me. I’ve had a fear of the dentist for years. This place right here… These people are amazing. The staff are simply top notch. They made me feel at ease and explained everything to me. All my questions concerns everything. Even when the price dropped on me they didn’t sit there and make me feel like an a hole. They took the time to explain each and everyone of my payment options to see what worked best for me. And that says alot. Its conveniently located off the freeway next to walmart and next door to a taco spot. I will recommend this dentist to everyone. They will make you feel at ease from the moment you walk in. OKAY!! So I’ve been to sooo many Dental Offices and I have found the following: 1. The front office workers are super nice but then the Dentist are terrible 2. The Dentist are super nice but then the front office works have terrible customer service skills I have left Dentist appointments filling unaccomplished and like I’ve wasted soo much money. Tooth pain is some of the worst pain on this planet and it is not to be taken lightly at all. So when I made the switch to College Grove dentistry I was a little skeptical. But that soon changed once I walked into the door and I was greeted by one of the nicest receptionist I have ever met, I regret not asking her for her name. The facility was super clean I don’t have children but I noticed that it is kid friendly. Check in was super easy. The staff at the facility were awesome.They kept me laughing and they made sure that I felt comfortable. I appreciated the Dentist that met with me in the beginning, he expressed to me that he knew how it felt to have dental issues, that meant more to me than I expressed. He ended up being the one who conducted my dental work that day!!! My dental work isn’t completed yet but I have no pain now, in fact I had very little pain after The numbing wore off I recommend this office to everyone!!! Check out was easy as pie, they don’t make you feel like you’ve wasted your time and money instead they make you feel as though you’ve made an extremely smart investment the whole office ROCKS!!! What an amazing experience! Do people even say that about Dental offices? If not, I definitely don’t mind saying that about College Grove Dentistry. This office gives the best quality care and professionalism. In regards to that ONE bad review below… I know that there are different types of cleanings offered as I’ve been to many different dental offices in San Diego. At this office I was recommended by Dr. Hejazi, a more extensive cleaning. Both the Dr. and his assistant explained thoroughly why I needed that type of cleaning. After going over what my insurance covers and what my co-pay would be, I chose to do the deep cleaning because that is what my dentist recommended. Yes, at first I did inquire about getting a regular cleaning where I wouldn’t have a copay but what would be the point of that??? A basic cleaning that would not take care of the problem + paying nothing out of pocket VS The deep cleaning and taking care of my health + paying my copay with insurance. That doesn’t seem like a hard decision to me. A basic cleaning is just exactly what it is called, A BASIC CLEANING GUYS! C’MON! Thank you College Grove Dentistry for taking care of me. This place is great… the staff is very helpful, dental assistants are very nice and attentive and Dr. Hejazi is wonderful! I walked into College Grove Dentistry a few months ago in terrible pain from a toothache… Dr. Hejazi got right to work and I was feeling better before I knew it. I had never had a root canal or a crown before and Dr. Hejazi walked me through the whole process of what to expect and did a great job on my teeth! He recommended some preventive work and a couple more crowns in the future which I will DEFINITELY be going back to him for. I feel like Dr. Hejazi would also be great with kids because of his gentle and calming mannerisms… overall I had an amazing experience and I would recommend Dr. Hejazi and College Grove Dentistry to anyone who needs dental work… I know I’ll be going back for many years to come!

Very unhappy with the services here. I came in for a tooth that was bothering me and they told me I had an infected root canal. They showed me on the X-ray that I would need another root canal to be done and my insurance wouldn’t cover it again. I paid $1,900+ for the work to be done in the next appointment. I go back and not only waited over an hour but they did the root canal and are now telling me now the tooth can’t be saved and I need it removed with either an implant or bridge. They could have removed it in the first place. Now, the doctor haas rescheduled my appointments twice now and I can’t get a straight answer on the price or a refund from anyone in the office. I am very frustrated and feel like I wasted money on a disservice. I would NOT recommend going here. Now I am stuck with a half ass root canal, down $1,900 and still don’t have ano answers! Edit: Now correcting from 1 star to 5 stars. The dentists really made it a point to rectify the situation and made sure I understood the full process. I am now very happy coming here, and I hope they continue to operate they are now. I got the tooth pulled by a really great doctor who called me after to check on me. Dr.Hejazi has been very patient and understanding with me. I am still in the process of obtaining a bridge with Dr.H. So far so great!

There was no wait time, the place is clean and welcoming, and the staff are professional and friendly. This is definitely the best dental appointment I’ve ever had! I checked in as a new patient and within two minutes, Dr. Hejazi came out to introduce himself personally. He brought me into his office where we got to know one another and he was very attentive in taking down my history and why I had come in. His assistant Andrea came to grab me and took a full set of x-rays. The hygienist Abel then came in and he took measurements of my gums, indicating that I had the start of gum disease and that I needed to focus more on my brushing and be more consistent with flossing (unfortunately, no surprise). Dr. Hejazi then examined my x-rays and noted 2 large cavities, advising I get 2 new crowns. I wasn’t surprised because I knew about this problem from before when I had cracked my tooth several weeks ago. He was very thorough with his examination and reassured me that my problems could be fixed the very same day with their in office solution! The insurance lady Evangelina came to talk to me about my insurance and gave me several options of crowns to choose from but I wanted to get the best material (Cerec?) and I wanted to get it done that day. Within 2.5 hours, I had 2 brand new crowns that looked just like natural teeth! I’ve never had such thorough and professional service before and the entire staff made me feel like family. They’ve definitely won me over and I’ll be bringing in relatives and introducing all my friends. Dr. Hejazi has made this dental visit a truly extraordinary experience! You’ve got a patient for life.

We found them on Yelp and went because it was one of the few places that took our insurance that actually had decent reviews. Well I have to say that I was very impressed! My daughter needed to have her wisdom teeth removed before leaving to school in 3 weeks and although they couldn’t do it in their office because of my time constraint they went out of their way to find and transfer her to a very well qualified surgeon who could. On top of all that it was done at the quoted price with no hidden charges. For these reasons I highly recommend this office.
