I had the pleasure of meeting both Dr. Lee and Dr. Yip over two honest, thorough, and welcoming visits.  Like many others, I’ve had terrible experiences with dentists in SF, so naturally I was skeptical to even think about searching for another. I came across ConfiDental through my insurance which was about to end, and was impressed with the reviews. Truly a testament of their professionalism. Nicole and Carolyn at the front desk did an amazing job getting back to me considering my circumstance and squeezed me into Dr. Lee’s schedule for a cleaning the same day! A couple days following that appointment Dr. Yip stayed after hours for a filling and did a great job. She and her assistance are so sweet! Highly recommend ConfiDental if you’re in SF / Bay Area – Dentists you can trust.

ConfiDental Smile has been the most thorough and best dental care I have ever received. I have experienced dentist who have seem pushy, but Dr. Yip is not one of them. She took the time to explain why treatment was recommended and showed photos of cavities and broken fillings. She even decided to monitor a few areas in my mouth instead of doing fillings right away. I really appreciate that! I have been told by other dentists they will be watching cavities, but that was it. Not Dr. Yip. She reviewed with me why I was high risk for having cavities and made recommendations to prevent the current ones from getting worse and prevent new ones from starting (modify my diet, floss and use a prescription fluoride paste). I now understand why it’s important to floss and that carbonated water can really damage my teeth. I used to be frustrated about getting cavities all the time, but Dr. Yip has made me feel a lot better about my future outlook and more in control of my oral health. Thanks Dr. Yip! From Dr. Yip to her staff and now the new dentist, Dr. Lee, everyone is friendly and caring and makes me feel comfortable here. The office is newly and beautifully designed with the newest technology- from tvs on the ceiling to cameras in the mouth, they’ve got it all. Outstanding providers, cozy environment, honest care and full clarity in the treatment I am recommended ( reviews possible outcomes good and bad and cost too so I’m not surprised.) I’ve been to a few dental offices and can safely say this place is a gem. I would highly recommend ConfiDental Smile.

As my gums are receding and my teeth are getting more sensitive (aging sucks!), going to the dentist for a cleaning kind of makes me anxious. I decided to try Dr. Yip 3 years ago when she was practicing elsewhere and was really surprised by how attentive and caring she was. I told her I had sensitive teeth so she took extra care to make sure I was comfortable. During the cleaning, Dr. Yip would explain to me what she see’s going on with my enamel, gums, bite, etc…I appreciate this a lot because often times doctors are vague and obscure with patient findings. Dr. Yip also noticed that a couple of my fillings were old and needed replacing. Again, I was nervous because of teeth sensitivity, but Dr. Yip made the whole process comfortable. I’m so happy I found Dr. Yip and will continue to see her in her new location.

Professional, knowledgeable and passionate Doctors and staff.  They are honest with you and not just there to get money from you as we know Dentistry can be expensive.  They sit down with you and inform you of your options.  They are truly there to help you get your teeth in better shape, or for some to keep them in good shape.  Also, no matter what condition your teeth may be in at the time of your visit, you don’t feel ashamed, they care, truly.  I am so happy they are around.  I literally just happened to be walking down the street and I saw their office.

Dr. Yip is AMAZING!!! I felt like I have become more educated about my teeth in my very first visit with Dr. Yip than I have had from my previous family Dentist during my whole childhood. In the past, a dentist appointment seemed like a chore and burden to me. I didn’t want to make the time to go because I just felt like I had more important priorities to take care of. However, Dr. Yip was very sincere and nice and exceptionally knowledgable about everything! She makes me actually want to go to the dentist! Dr. Yip thoroughly explained healthier habits to prevent buildup and maintain clean teeth. Before almost everything she did she would explain the tool and what she was trying to do with it so there were no surprises during the examination. Dr. Yip would also check up on me and ask how I was doing every so often. Also, there are TVs on the ceilings. Dr. Yip does her best to make yourself feel as comfortable as possible for examinations. Overall, Dr.Yip and her team were very time efficient and provided excellent service for me and my teeth! Carolyn, her assistant was also very welcoming and nice as if I had known her for years! She helped set up and follow through on future reservations and made my visit very easy for me. I would definitely be coming back for future dental related problems and would definitely recommend Dr. Yip to anyone seeking a spectacular dentist who will give you that ConfiDent smile.

First impression, the office is clean and door lock most of time but open for appointment customer. So no one can just go in which great. The staffs are friendly and cautious. Me and my wife had our first service and Dr Yip sat with each us explained what need to be done with proof of picture that was taken while we were there. How many Dentist would sit and explain to you in details. I experienced with past dental office who would take your exam and x-ray and after your 10 minutes cleaning is done without siting down to explain to you wether you need service for your cavity. In stead, you go out to the front desk and ask by the receptionist if you want to pay to fix your cavity without!!! Since then, we have been coming back for routine cleaning.

Dr. Yip is the reason why I visit the dentist twice a year. If my insurance can cover my dentist visits up to four times a year, I would schedule it with Dr. Yip. I really like how Dr. Yip takes her time with my teeth cleaning appointments (1 hour). She doesn’t rush through it like how my previous dentist did (20 minutes). Dr. Yip’s approach to dentistry is unique and special. She is extremely smart, well educated and she is always up to date with her dental skills. Her careful and painless technique is why I always go back! When it comes to scheduling Dr. Yip is very accommodating. Dr. Yip is very professional, compassionate, and immensely knowledgeable. She always have the best intentions and provides excellent care for her patients. Dropped by her new office and it was in specular condition! Her new office space has a zen/spa vibe to it (very relaxing). I am currently not living in San Francisco, but I make that 3 hour drive just to come see Dr. Yip because I wouldn’t want anyone touch my teeth!.

Although it’s tucked away in the Tenderloin district of SF, this is a top-notch dental clinic. There is a buzzer that you have to ring to enter. I arrived 15 mins before my first appointment to fill out some paperwork and the dental assistant walked me in immediately after–I didn’t have to wait long at all. Dr. Michael Lee gave my teeth a deep clean and was extremely professional and thorough. I got to see scans of my teeth and Dr. Lee explained that I had areas of buildup. After the deep clean, Dr. Lee gave me some tips to prevent the buildup. I usually don’t like visiting the dentist, but I had a very good experience here and learned a lot about how to maintain the health of my teeth.

I found Dr.Yip through my insurance and am very glad I did. She didn’t make me feel guilty about how I had treated my teeth in the past, instead explaining what could happen and why, and leaving it to me on whether I want to act on that info. That is surprisingly rare in a dentist. She first gave me a cleaning then said I should come back for a deep cleaning with anesthesia. As we were wrapping up I asked if it would be possible to just get the cleaning out of the way now and forgo the anesthesia — at first she was hesitant, but found time to squeeze in the extra cleaning. That saved me another appt. which I was grateful for. She was also very transparent throughout the process, explaining that I would have to pay a little out of pocket for the deep cleaning, and stopping what she was doing to answer all of my questions and concerns.

Dr. Yip is super nice and great at her job. I’ll be returning as a patient. Felt super comfortable getting a filling and she answered all of my questions patient. 1/26 Update: had some dental pain, got seen by Dr. Lee with a couple hours notice. He investigated all possible causes, helped put my mind at ease. Many dentists would suggest unnecessary work, not here. The staff goes above and beyond to give great care. Don’t sleep on this place!

I am so so grateful to have met Dr. Yip and her staff, Carolyn! Both are personable, kind, and professional. At every visit, Dr. Yip will talk with you about your oral care and certain foods/diets that may affect your teeth and gums. But don’t worry if you haven’t been great at oral hygiene, she is understanding and will give you suggestions/information to be better. She has a steady hand when doing cleanings/fillings and checks in if she sees any discomfort. The TVs on the ceiling are great for distraction from the dental equipment too. Treatment plans and costs are straightforward. I was avoiding dentists for years because of dental fear and since coming to Dr. Yip, I feel more at ease because I know I’ll be in good hands.

Dr. Yip’s care is genuine, enlightening, caring, honest, and really trustworthy…. It really stood out to me that Dr. Yip made it a point that it was important for me to understand what was going on. I never realized I never knew what all that counting meant when other dentists rattled off numbers, until she explained it to me! Each step of the way, she would tell me what she’s doing. And, after the exam, she took the time to take pictures of the inside of my mouth and showed me on the computer screen each tooth that had a problem and explained it. I got to see all the cavities, large and small, where the build up was she was mentioning, where crowded teeth made cleaning difficult. She speaks in a very calming and genuine way. I never saw the inside of my teeth like that before! And I find myself thinking about my teeth differently. Brushing isn’t a chore, I am thinking about how she re-taught me to floss. Aside from her gentle care, on a more pragmatic note… I saw another dentist in December and he recommended the full works for me, $6K worth of stuff…! That’s so expensive, and I wasn’t sure it was necessary – my teeth felt fine! Go in for an exam, then slapped with a bill for $6 grand?! I wanted, NEEDED, a second opinion, hence my visit to Dr. Yip… and thank goodness I did. Dr. Yip thought the treatment plan recommended was a little aggressive. She recommended that instead of a crown, a filling and monitoring will work; instead of a full mouth deep cleaning, 2 regular cleanings within 6 months should do it; and she agreed with removal the molars – which I now understand after seeing what they look like. I really, really appreciate this. She is just simply honest. I’m really happy I was able to get a second opinion from Dr. Yip! It feels so good to trust your dentist! Also, her assistant, Carolyn, was really personable and professional. I felt assured that she was on top of everything.

If you’re a student don’t worry, Dr. Yip accepts UCShip! Dr. Yip and her staff are some of the best I’ve had the pleasure of working with. Dr. Yip and staff go above and beyond to assist with any questions or concerns you may have. Dr. Yip takes the time to go over your dental health and provides genuine recommendations. The recommendations are genuine because Dr. Yip presents pros and cons, without pushing one side over the other. The office is very transparent. The office is upfront about what is covered by your insurance and how much a procedure will cost. I strongly recommend Dr. Yip!

Dr. Yip’s practice is truly special. Dr. Yip works with you to make sure that you can get appropriate dental care, regardless of circumstances, because everyone deserves good dental care. She takes great care to give thorough cleaning and analysis. Plus, she keeps fastidious records of x-rays and images of your mouth. She’s re-done work for me from a prior dentist, and she’s also always guaranteed her own work. I am very happy as a client! I also love her practice manager, Carolyn as well who is fastidious on scheduling and billing. As a bonus, Dr. Yip remembers things about me personally, which really makes me feel taken care of because she understands both my mouth and my person.

I was fortunate to have met Dr. Linda Yip 4 years ago at her previous office in San Mateo. At my first visit I was so impressed with her devotion to her patients ultimate care, her compassion to her patients needs and her kind and gentle demeanor. I needed a lot of old fillings and crowns replaced. She created a treatment plan in phases that worked for my schedule and financial needs. She thoroughly explained all the procedures she was performing and why it was necessary. Dr.Linda Yip is meticulous and attentive in her dentistry. I finished all my treatment needed quickly and painlessly. I couldn’t be happier with her treatment. She is a truly amazing dentist. She is intelligent, up to date on all the latest dental care and an impeccable and honest person. She has now moved to a brand new, beautiful, modern office in San Francisco. I can’t wait to be a patient in her new office. Dr. Linda Yip is the dentist you will tell all your friends about!

Confidental is my favorite dental office in the city. Dr. Yip and the rest of the team there really know what they’re doing and how to treat patients with care and respect. I particularly appreciate how the front desk staff are warm, friendly, and super communicative about treatment plans and costs. When I was having horrible tooth pain, Dr. Yip went above and beyond to both assess the problem and explain it to me in accessible terms. The office itself is clean, modern, and pleasant, even though Larkin Street can be hectic and dirty right outside. This place is a gem. I don’t dread going to the dentist anymore.

Dr. Yip is the bomb-diggity. There isn’t quite a better way to explain the awesome practice that she runs. From the very start, you’ll notice that Dr. Yip takes the extra effort to go through the details. My first visit to her office was the most informative and educational trip to the dentist I’ve had in a WHILE. After going through the x-ray procedure with her exceptional assistant Carolyn, Dr. Yip dug deep into the recesses of my midnight-munching, coffee-fiending, non-flossing soul. It was an intervention. I walked out of her centrally-located office that fateful day — a new man with a new lease on life. My next visit to her was to get that deep cleaning. Unfortunately, my new lease on life did not include the being-on-time option — still working on that! Regardless, Dr. Yip and team took me in and in no time I was strapped in, numbed up and ready to not eat for a few hours. One thing I’m somewhat particular with is how ‘heavy-handed’ a dentist is. If you’re anything like me, this isn’t something you’d need to worry about with Dr. Yip. I’m scheduled to show up at her office in a few weeks to continue my treatment plan. Since my last visit, she’s followed up with me and provided guidance on the foods that cause decay, what mouthwash is most effective (and friendlier to the environment), as well as convinced me to invest in an electric tooth brush. And some floss.. definitely gotta put the floss part in here. So yeah.. if you’re looking for a cool dentist who knows her stuff and oozes with professionalism, then look no further!

I love Dr. Yip and Dr. Lee! I’ve been going here for two years and it sounds silly but I truly look forward to coming to the dentist–which is not something I’d ever thought I’d say, and I’ve been in and out of dental offices since I was a kid. I first came to the office with a bit of dental PTSD after a couple bad filling experiences and a cracked crown and general reservations as my teeth have always been sensitive and rife with challenges–thanks, genetics. Dr. Yip and Dr. Lee have completely cured me of those initial fears, and have changed how I think about dentistry; I’ve had fillings, cleanings, a crown, and a root canal (the last with an endodontist they recommended), and every experience has been downright pleasant. The entire staff in this office is helpful, funny, and kind. I actually floss every day (with new floss that I love–Coco Floss if you’re curious) and take excellent care of my teeth now–Dr. Yip and Dr. Lee managed to convince me to invest in a good night guard and it’s the best decision I’ve made. I could easily go on and on (and I don’t tend to leave reviews in general!), and I recommend this office to everyone–as in literally post about it on instagram, hah. They’ve also helped me sort through insurance challenges on a couple occasions, which is appreciated, and they are so great about explaining everything and patiently answering my multitude of questions about every possible aspect of my teeth–I actually understand what’s being done, why, and what to look out for in the future, etc. Dr. Yip and Dr. Lee are generally brilliant and wonderful humans, and I really appreciate having such nice relationships with the people responsible for a big part of my healthcare needs. Needless to say, highly recommend them forever and for everything.

Long overdue review for Dr. Yip, Carolyn, and the rest of the folks at ConfiDental Smile.  First, I was always satisfied with the dental work I received here:  I’ve had some negative (read: painful) experiences at dentists before, and I always felt like I received professional and skilled care from Dr. Yip and her staff.  But the best thing about this place is how genuinely warm and kind everyone was. Unfortunately, I no longer live in SF, and my new dentist’s office just has a rotating cast of dentists who don’t show the same care that Dr. Yip and her staff did, which makes me appreciate ConfiDental that much more.  If you live or work in the Tenderloin/Civic Center/Downtown area like I did and are in search for a dentist, definitely give Dr. Yip a shot.

I’ve been going to ConfiDental Smile for over a year now. They took care of me very well and has always been very transparent. After switching from a different office, ConfiDental definitely has more tools and more tech to keep up with their patient’s history and make sure that they are taken care of with each visit. They’ve been giving me small tips every time I come in for a cleaning, and I’ve been able to slowly develop better dental hygiene habits. My teeth feels cleaner and healthier than ever. They are also very gentle when cleaning my teeth. I always hated getting my teeth cleaned because it would hurt so much, but after my first visit and realizing that teeth cleaning does not need to hurt, I’m not dreading my next visit anymore. They’ve also changed up their process during COVID. Patients will need to sanitize their hands when they come in, temperature is checked, PPE is worn and no aerosol during cleaning. If they do need to do anything that may require equipment that produce aerosol, a negative COVID test is required. These process changes makes me feel safe when seeing the dentist. They are also asking patients to donate $15 if they can since they have less business and have to invest in the process changes. Please donate if you can! 😀

Dr. Yipp was great. I came in for a dental emergency (my face was swollen and I was in a lot of pain) while on vacation in San Fran and Dr. Yipp was very sweet and made me feel so comfortable. She did an exam and came to the conclusion that I needed my tooth extracted. The tooth was too fragile for her to do it herself so she recommended and even made the appointment for me with an oral surgeon. I couldn’t get into the oral surgeon for two days, so she gave me her personal cell phone to text her if I was in too much pain or had questions. Amazing customer service. I would definitely recommend her to anyone in the SF area.

I had a great experience here. I needed to get a few cavities filled and I’m usually pretty anxious at the dentist. Dr. Yip was very patient with me, and helped ease my anxieties about things. I had been living in San Francisco for about a year, when I started feeling a little bit of tooth pain.  I checked my inbox, and it had been a little over three years since my last visit to a dentist. I was pretty nervous to go to the dentist.  I asked myself why I’d let it go so long and figured it was a combination of me being a little irresponsible before dentist appointments, and previous dentists being judgmental or getting frustrated with me (and to be fair, rightfully so). I was nervous I would need a root canal, or maybe even dental implants because of how irresponsible I was this time around, waiting over 3 years. Since I moved from Boston, I was going to need to find a new dentist closer to me to look into my teeth.  I did a ton of research for who the best dentist in San Francisco for me would be and decided to make an appointment with Dr Yip.  I had my x-rays taken, a cleaning and dental evaluation two days ago. It turns out I didn’t have too many problems.  Overall, I had 3 cavities, which Dr Yip filled today.  I also have the beginnings of what could be a cavity, but with prescription tooth paste and a couple small changes to my diet it hopefully will be avoided. Overall, I was nervous to go to the dentist, but everyone in the office treated me really great and I feel confident in my future dental health. PROS: * I didn’t have dental insurance, but there was a pretty great new patient promotion. * The online platform they use is convenient.  It automatically sends text message reminders before the appointment, and also allows you to fill out some paperwork online from home instead of having to fill out paper copies. * Dr. Yip & Carolyn always treated me patiently, with respect, and I never felt guilty about waiting so long to go to the dentist or not adequately flossing (unlike previous dentists). * I feel a lot more informed about what’s actually happening to me now.  Previous dentists would just tell me I had a cavity, fix it, and leave me in the dark about what was going on.  There’s information about the different types of filings, and I found it interesting to learn about the pros and cons of different treatment options (like composite fillings, amalgam fillings, porcelain, etc).  After the procedure is done, I not only know what happened in my mouth, but why these decisions are the best ones for me. CONS: * I’m sure I could’ve found a dentist closer to my office, but it’s worth it to me to have a place where I can feel good, while improving my dental health (otherwise I’d probably go back to my old routine of canceling / postponing and avoiding my dental health). For the first time in my life, I feel like going to the dentist can be a good experience.  I’m really glad I made the decision to book an appointment!.

Doctor Yip is a great dentist who is very patient and truly cares for her patient! I started visiting her last year and had 10 teeth fixed at her place. The service is always great, and I especially appreciate how I can get early morning appointments(~8am) and finish before work starts. What pushed me to write this review, however, is how helpful she is at this time of pandemic. Recently, her office has been closed for non-urgent appointments due to stay-at-home order, but when I called her and mentioned that the filling for one of my teeth had fallen off and caused some pain, she let me keep the appointment for this Thursday. She followed a very strict protocol for seeing patients at this time: I came in with masks, while she wore a complete PPE set covering her whole body and took my temperature as soon as I got in. There is a waiting period between patients for cleanup and each patient has to rinse their mouth with Hydrogen Peroxide for one minute. As a patient, I felt very secure after visiting her office.

O-M-G Dr. Yip is impeccable. Let’s start with the first impressions. Carolyn, the dental assistant, was so friendly and personable! She helped me get situated at Dr. Yip’s office by sorting out all my dental insurance and addressed any concerns I had with that. As a new patient, Dr. Yip took the time to discuss concerns that she had with my teeth. Dr. Yip works from both a treatment and prevention aspect. Not only does she treat your current condition(s), she also educates you on how to improve or prevent conditions. She was very thorough in explaining everything, and I mean everything! She even went into my eating/snacking habits and how that contributes to my teeth health. I found that super informational because I am now more aware of the things I eat. I was astonished because my previous dentist did not take the initiative to inform or educate me about my teeth (I always had to ask the questions — which sometimes the patient doesn’t know what to ask, if ya feel me). Dr. Yip also answered all my questions exceptionally — and at that point I had so many questions! During the oral evaluation and and teeth cleaning, Dr. Yip was very clear in what she was going to do every step of the way. Additionally, I appreciate the attention and amount of time she put into caring for my teeth. She was very meticulous and did not rush through any part of the visit. Prior to leaving, Carolyn worked with me to schedule my next appointment and explained the cost breakdown/insurance coverage. I would definitely recommend Dr. Yip to anyone!!! She really cares about the quality of care you receive, and I am SOOO happy to have been referred to her.

I’m a little ashamed to admit that I am normally not a fan of going to the dentist. I generally tried to go as little as possible in college which surprise surprise, led me to have some teeth issues a couple of years later. BUT this has all changed with Dr. Yip! Her and Carolyn have been so sweet and friendly, always taking time to make sure I’m comfortable and making sure to explain every step of the process to me. I’ve always gone in an out of all appointments on time, without any issue. They even follow up afterward to make sure I’m doing okay. I’ve honestly had such a great experience with Dr. YIp and her team, and plan on coming back as long as I can! I really can’t recommend a better dentist at all.

ConfiDental is my absolute favorite dental office I’ve ever had, and I am someone who has been to many a dentist and orthodontics appointment  in my time (blame the genetics not JUST my erstwhile indifference to flossing). All of the staff are friendly, helpful and authentic (Carolyn is v patient w me bugging her about reschedules and insurance info), and Dr. Yip is phenomenal. Dr. Yip has essentially undone my PTSD from some past bad work with the impeccable work of her own while also making sure I’ve been comfortable every step of the way (my teeth are very sensitive, and I’m not good with epinephrine). I’ve also learned more about my teeth and why things happen than with any dentist I’ve had before. From the moment I walked in the door they asked me detailed questions–including what I’m looking to get out of my appointment and what’s important to me in a dentist–that kind of personal attention makes a world of difference. I’ve been taking much better care of my teeth because Dr. Yip and crew have changed how I feel about oral care in general, and I’m actually looking forward to my next cleaning. Thanks, all!.

ConfiDental is a world class dentistry. Dr. Yip and Carolyn are professional, attentive, and super friendly. From my past couple visits, I grew more knowledgeable of my oral care than I have in the past. From the first visit, Dr. Yip takes care to ask detailed questions about lifestyle habits and oral hygiene. She also checks muscles around your jaw and temples and explained that they have an impact on the teeth’s impact and pressure. My previous dentists didn’t do this. Dr. Yip, Carolyn, and the assistant are extremely detailed in their work. I was accidentally charged for something (i had a complicated secondary insurance I wanted to bill to), and both Dr. Yip and Carolyn notified me of the mistake right away. I highly, highly recommend coming here! 🙂.

Dr. Yip and her entire staff are amazing! Super clean facility, all staff are very personable and the service is impeccable. Dr. Yip is very understanding and adjusts all of your procedures to what works for you financially, physically & emotionally (we all know how tough dentist appointments can be!). I hadn’t been to a dentist in years and everyone in the office was very understanding and not condescending at all. I’ve definitely seen dentists that will reprimand you and basically make you feel like you’re the worst for not going regularly. For our first appointment we did a thorough check up with x-rays and Dr. Yip established a game plan on how to handle everything that I would have to get done. Carolyn went over the costs of everything and helped me set up my appointments super easily! I’ve had a few appointments now and have had to get several cavities filled. Everything look sand feels great and I haven’t had any issues with my teeth so far. Dr. Yip also gives very detailed aftercare instructions and even texted me a couple days after my appointments to check in on how I was doing. Honestly- do yourself a favor and pick up the phone to set up an appointment right now!

Found Dr Yip via yelp and I am so happy with her! After moving to SF from NYC, it was hard for me to finally switch over to local practitioners. Dr Yip was so friendly and really caring. She went through each of my x rays and took pictures of my teeth. She explained the work that I needed to have done and was super efficient. In fact, the 2nd time I went to her for fillings, she had me in and out in less than 45 min. Her staff are all wonderful too.  Carolyn was so helpful in planning all my appointments and taking down my personal information. I am going to be recommending Dr Yip to my friends whenever they need a dentist in SF.

Dr. Yip was incredibly thorough in this initial new-patient evaluation. She explained not only her rationale behind her methodology for the treatments I received during this visit, but also for future treatment plan. She was transparent, patient, kind, and professional. After having been a patient of my previous dentist for over a decade, I was hesitant to work with anyone new. However, I left this initial appt with Dr. Yip with marked confidence that she is an excellent dental practitioner. Extra bonus: her office staff were engaging and considerate. As a whole, this is a solid practice.

Doctor Yip is amazing! I had waited far too long to go back to a dentist and finally decided to bite the bullet with a doctor that was close to home and covered by my insurance. ConfiDental Smile is located in a super easy spot from my house, though it’s honestly not in the safest part of the neighborhood. Ultimately I didn’t feel unsafe on my way to or from the office so I don’t think it’s all that bad! As for the dental work itself, Dr. Yip was incredibly helpful, patient, and kind. She asked what I needed to have a smooth appointment and actually listened & followed my requests. Highly recommend this office!

It was afternoon and I had a loose tooth that I badly wanted removed. I did not know of any Dental office except one that was not far from where I live. I stopped in. Ms. Linda Kip,Dentist at Confidental Smile on 735 Larkin St., was so wonderful and kind. She knew my worry and concern and said so thus specifically tried to fit me in and did. Her assistant was so nice and pleasant as well. Their pay scale was lenient and nice too. Moreover, she was great with dental care and it was painless and done with my comfort in mind. Her Dental evaluation was great too. I was fortunate and quite lucky that Ms. Linda Kip and her assistant were so kind and efficient. Eva Hart,SF April 15,17.
