I visited Corner Dentistry shortly after the office opened. My fiancé and I moved to the neighborhood over the summer and I was in the market for a new dentist. All of the other dentists I called were not available until October! I was due for a check up and cleaning. I happened to be walking by Corner Dentistry with my 5 month old lab puppy and Bryan was sitting outside. He gave me a magnet with the office information and about a week later I called to set up an appointment. Dr. Concepcion helped me schedule my appointment. She was extremely friendly, accommodating and helpful. As a new patient, they give you the option of completing forms online ahead of your appointment, which saved time on the day of my appointment. Their office hours are also convenient for those who work a 9-5 job. They have early morning and evening hours. The office is clean and modern. My appointment went smoothly and they answered all of my questions about follow up visits and insurance. I will definitely be returning and I would recommend this dental office to anyone!

Drs. Concepcion and Katz are a very nice welcome to the neighborhood. They made me feel very comfortable in their office, doing the paperwork was a breeze as they let me fill it out ahead of time over the internet (and I did not have to fill any additional forms when I arrive at their office), and most importantly they were very professional and answered all my questions. 10/10 would go there again. 5 stars

I was in between dentists and had a dental emergency; I called this practice, and he was able to get me in that day! Since then, I’ve been incredibly happy with the dental practice. Appointments are kept, work is done well and quickly, office is clean, and the staff is courteous and helpful. I saw Dr. Katz today and had a great experience. He, Dr.Concepcion, and their staff, were friendly, on time, and professional. They explained all of my questions and provided a comfortable cozy atmosphere. The practice is way ahead with technology compared to other offices in regards to scheduling and also with the dental work. Everything is available for you to see on a large monitor. No more large awkward x-ray machine. Dr. Katz actually did my cleaning. Thats a 100% improvement from the staff doing everything and the dentist popping in for 10 seconds to check on you that I’m used to. Overall, it is a welcoming family practice environment that we need more of in this time of mass production medicine.

Got my teeth cleaned here for the very first time recently. The staff was extremely friendly and everyone was very helpful with checking me in. The appointment was also great, they have very new technology and you can see the results of your xrays instantly while you are being walked through the state of your teeth which I thought was very informative. The teeth cleaning part was very thorough as well. I think I found my new dentist!

Wow! I live in the neighborhood and saw this place moving in as the salon that was there was closing. It got my wheels turning but I am that type of person who is SCARED of THE DENTIST! So I thought I would check out the website but probably go Jo further. I was wrong, they offer affordable alternatives to traditional Dental Insurance, which was attractive….so I sent an email just to see what it was all about…. They were timely in their responses, and after I explained my fears and they took the time to talk with me and made me feel comfortable to make an appointment. So I just finished about an hour ago and here’s THE BOTTOM LINE……. A young couple who were both very welcoming, not judgmental in anyway, the office is a mix of classic South Philly with a modern twist. They had high tech gear and are willing to walk you step by step through the process and both are VERY easy to talk to regarding concerns. The appointment was PAINLESS! I felt so comfortable and at ease in the office, it wasn’t stuffy or uptight. The work they did was AMAZING! They are very very thorough… Loved how they themselves are down to earth and they love the neighborhood as well. I would HIGHLY recommend hem for anyone who is looking for a dentist in the area! It’s low stress and relaxed atmosphere will put anyone at ease. These two Docs have SOLID training and know their stuff. Couldn’t have been more pleased…..I am going to be a repeat customer……. GO TO CORNER DENSITY EVEN IF ITS JUST TO CHECK IT OUT!

If you’re looking for a new dentist, definitely look into Corner Dentistry. They’re very professional, friendly, and overall helpful. They explained all of the work while they did it (X-rays and cleaning) and made a plan of action to treat a few small cavities. They’re very upfront with you about your insurance coverage and out of pocket costs, and they offer a neighborhood dental plan as an insurance alternative. They didn’t lecture me about not flossing, but tactfully encouraged me to floss consistently. Really glad to have them in the neighborhood!

I love the dentist and always have (maybe a little weird, I know), but I really, REALLY love Corner Dentistry. They have great hours that work with my schedule, an easily accessible office and a kick-ass tin ceiling. Honestly, the last thing I want to stare at for 20-30 minutes while having my teeth cleaned is harsh fluorescent lighting and a cracked, decrepit ceiling, but the tin ceiling they have in their office is so nice. So nice. In addition to their office aesthetics being what dreams are made of, Dr. Concepcion provided me the best, most comprehensive dental exam/cleaning I’ve ever had. She was thorough and went over everything in detail and answered all of my questions. And they’re so nice, too. So nice.

Dr. Katz and Dr. Concepion have been our family’s dentists for about a year. They and their staff are friendly, sensitive to patients’ concerns and professional. Their online scheduling makes it easy to confirm appointments and get reminders. Their app also solicits feedback about each visit experience. We’ve not only had dental check-ups and cleanings done . Our family has had more complicated dental work handled expertly. I had to have a botched root canal from a previous dentist fixed, and a new crown made. Note: because they are a small practice, you may not be able to get in for routine work on short notice. Plan ahead.

The Doctor took the time to explain the Invisalign process, tips/tricks in wearing the Invisalign product and checked in regularly throughout my case to ensure I was in track. An assistant took my x-rays first. Unfortunately, I don’t remember her name, but she was great. After the x-rays, Dr. Concepcion she provided me a comprehensive dental exam/cleaning and filling replacement. She was thorough and went over everything in detail. It was calming because she explained everything she was doing. The visit was the most painless dentist appointment I’ve ever had and it included getting a filling replaced. Modern office with state of the art equipment, they even have flat screen TVs in each room to watch while they are working on your teeth. I arrived 10 min early, and they took me back for my appt immediately. Dr Concepcion really put me at ease by explaining each part of the procedure before she started. Great place to go if you get a little nervous about going to the dentist like I do. I felt very relaxed the entire time. I just moved to Queen Village and needed a new dentist. Thanks to Yelp reviewers, I went to Corner Dentistry. The young couple that opened the business have only been at the office since August, 2015. They are a wonderful young couple and I can’t say enough good things about their personalities and their professional skills. Their office is lovely and their equipment is modern. They were very reassuring and kind to a new and nervous patient. They have a neighborhood special for those who live nearby. They also have a good rate for the uninsured. I was very lucky to find this excellent dental practice. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

As a local resident I walked by the office many times as it was being remodeled. After seeing all the good reviews I figured I would give it a shot (No pun intended). I am very happy I did! First of all this is the most unique looking dental office I have ever been to. It has all the high tech modern dental equipment in a restored old style office/ storefront. The tin finished ceiling combined with an authentic brick wall and polished wood floor is just perfect Each treatment room is airy and spacious. You don’t get that claustrophobic feeling you have in traditional dental offices.with enclosing walls. As great as the office space is Dr. Concepcion is even better. Since they are just starting up she is doing all the cleanings personally.I don’t want to belittle all the other hygienists I have ever been to but this was the most gentle, thorough cleaning I have ever had.She also has a great personality and really made the visit fun. If you look at my past reviews I take great pride in discovering local restaurants that are exceptional. I believe I have found a truly exceptional dental office and strongly urge anyone and everyone to call them for an appointment.

Having an up-front review of X-rays – such that you’re seeing what they’re seeing – helps assure the quality of their analysis and work. After the cleaning, my teeth FEEL clean. Just got back from my first appointment and I am so glad they opened up so close to where I live. I have always been highly anxious about any dental appointment and have actually avoided going in a very long time. I read great reviews about Corner Dentistry and was not disappointed! I had to wait a few weeks for my appointment so be sure to plan ahead. However, once the day came I called to see if they could squeeze me in a bit sooner in the day and they did (3p instead of 5p). I was greeted right away and was assured that I would be seen on time – which I was. The office itself is small but very clean and modern feeling. The music playing was pop but I didn’t mind that because it helped distract me. My appointment was with Dr. Concepcion who was beyond amazing. She was patient and very understanding of my anxiety. She took her time explaining everything that was going to happen in the appointment and made sure to check-in with me every step of the way. She kept a cool and calm demeanor throughout the appointment which I really appreciated. I left so happy and relieved. I will be making sure to attend my six month check-up! Thank you!
