I went on Saturday and was greeted by a Phenomenal staff. Valerie the floor supervisor made me feel like I mattered. She spoke about my treatment and she was very knowledgeable. Dr. Black Jr, had very good bedside manner. He introduced himself to me, EXPLAINED EVERYTHING ABOUT MY PROCEDURE THOROUGHLY AND PATIENTLY. I didn’t have to wait for an appointment they did it the following Wednesday. Not even a week (wow)! I was in so much pain I didn’t sleep for a couple of nights and was crying when I entered the office. Valerie immediately took me to the back and got started.  Dr.Cortez, the Dr who did my root canal, was gentle and professional. Thank u so much

It was my first time coming to this Dental Office, they are very professional , honest, and they have  very friendly staff. Dr. Marshall was great, and with the help of Griselda my experience was amazing. I truly recommend them.

Dr. Black saved my life….My wisdom teeth have been bothering me on and off for 4 years, and by bother I mean killing me . For some reason my dentist could not figure out that my wisdom teeth were IMPACTED. I finally, went to Dr. Black and with one simple x-ray he saw the problem. This was my first time having an oral surgery preformed ,so I opted to only have one removed. Since this was my first one I can’t compare it to any thing else, but as far as I could tell it was quick and painless. I got out of the chair and started laughing, because I felt so silly for being scared.

I want to say that Dr. Black is a honest man with integrity. I unfortunately went to another dentist due to Dr. Black not being available for Saturday appointments, I know now to just take the time off from work. I went to see another dentist and they were trying to tell me that I needed almost $6,000 worth of work done, removing previous dental work that was done in the past some before Dr. Black’s office and work that was done in his office. I felt this to be very suspicious because the doctors and staff and Dr. Black’s office never wanted to do all this extra stuff so why is this new person criticizing everything and trying to rake me over the coals along with trying to sell me stuff that I haven’t asked for in all these years. I felt bad telling Dr. Black that I went somewhere else but I came back because he is a healthcare professional that can be trusted. Please be careful and do not be gullible when it comes to dentist visits. Thank you Dr. Black and Staff for being honest, friendly, reliable, and devoted to your patients. P.S. I learned 2 valuable lessons, patience and flexibility.

I’m terrified of dentists and I’m so thankful I found Dr. Black. Other dentists wanted to give up and just extract my problem teeth but to my surprise Dr. Black was able to save a few. I’ve always felt comfortable and well taken care of. Good and fair prices for procedures not covered by insurance.

Great service employees are very lovely atmosphere marvelous cleanliness I will recommend this dentist to everyone I’ve been gone here for a long time first started when dr. Black senior was there and now his son is there a great place to get your mouth fix and smile

I have been using this dental service for over 20 years with great satisfaction. Originally, Dr. Black Sr. was my primary dentist. Over the years I have been served by other dentists in the office. Although they were excellent, my preference is Dr. Black Jr. whom I find to be exceptionally gifted and caring. Whatever procedures I’ve needed (and they have been many) have been fully discussed with me, and sometimes with other outside specialists. With my HMO I have choices and I choose to remain with this office. I have a busy professional schedule, therefore, wait time is very important to me. I’ve found long waits to be the exception, not the rule. Whenever they did occur, the office and professional staff expressed concern and gave explanations for the delay. I’ve always been happy with the attitudes and services of the dental hygienists and other technicians, who often extend themselves “beyond the call of duty”.
