I was more than a bit surprised at how well my dental visit went with Dr. Grady. Let’s face it… going to the dentist ranks tops of my phobias. Well, I don’t want to get that carried away, but it is neck and neck with my fear of heights. I am very careful to avoid both unless faced with the necessity to do so. Unfortunately, I had a tooth that caused me excruciating pain. I had to seek a dentist immediately. After having avoided dental care for several years, I didn’t know which way to turn plus I was a little embarrassed by the neglect of my teeth. I took a chance on Dr. Grady because I felt I could be seen without delay as that the tooth pain was so severe, I could not see straight. From the moment, I called and scheduled a visit I was somewhat impressed. The receptionist was cordial and cheerfully advised that she would let Dr. Grady know of the urgency of the situation. Within minutes, she gave me a call and scheduled me for an appointment ASAP. I thought GREAT! I must admit, there was a lingering thought that the reason I could get in so quickly could lead to a disappointing visit. Based on previous negative dental experiences, I still had much anxiety when Dr. Grady entered the examining room. The apprehension quickly melted away when I noticed that Dr. Grady prioritized the elimination of my pain. She also did not chastise me for the fact that I had not seen a dentist in years! A few x-rays later, Dr. Grady re-entered the room with comforting news that the source of the pain was a minor deterioration of an old filling. She told me to relax and that she would quickly take care of it and I would be pain free. She was thorough in reviewing each of my x-rays and going over my plan of treatment. My treatment was truly gentle and nearly pain free aside from the shot to numb me up. She said I had some other issues that she would like to address at a later appointment however not once did I feel pressured nor did I feel she was trying to gouge me for money. Having exceeded my wildest expectation, it is safe to say that I now consider myself to be an ongoing patient even though she now practices at Cresta Bell Dental in San Antonio and I am in Indianapolis! I will definitely get my dental checkups from her when I visit relatives in San Antonio. I totally trust her with my dental care!

DR. GRADY IS INCREDIBLE! When you walk in the door, you feel so welcomed by Angela and the hospitality is stupendous. I’m beyond blessed to have chosen Dr. Grady as my primary dentist since moving to San Antonio. She truly makes her patients needs a number one priority. There is no rush in procedures and makes sure that the patient is 100% satisfied when leaving the appointment! Juana, the dental assistant, is so benevolent and does a wonderful job while working with Dr. Grady. If you’re looking for a dentist that fits this criteria of what I just stated, then this is the right dentist for you!

I enthusiastically recommend Dr. Grady and the ENTIRE staff at Cresta Bella Dentist! The office is immaculate and very relaxing. The design and amenities (face towels and sparkling water! Yes please!) As well as the welcoming atmosphere immediately impressed upon me the intentional care that Dr. Grady offers. I came to Cresta Bella after visiting a franchise dentist office and receiving a plan of care that was ridiculously expensive. I was suspicious and sought a second opinion- and I’m so glad I did! My plan of care with Dr. Grady is less than half the other! It was easy to schedule appointments, I’m never left waiting to be seen, and I feel VALUED as a patient. Thank you Dr. Grady!!!

Dr. Grady originally wasn’t in my insurance plan, but they went above and beyond to get credentialed quickly so I could use their office. They were friendly and kept in contact letting me know their progress. When I was finally able to visit, the office was clean and comfy. Dr. Grady provided the most thorough cleaning I’ve ever had and ensures I was happy with the results. I can’t wait to return.

I just moved to San Antonio and needed a family dentist. I’m so glad we found Dr Grady at CBD. I have never had an initial consultation scheduled for 2 hours. I’m so glad I did!  She asked me great questions and was so informative. I especially appreciated that she wasn’t in a hurry to fix concerns rather monitor them by giving me advice and direction I how to work on them first. My previous Dr’a wanted to drill and poke around. If you are looking for a true professional with great bedside care and personal interest in you go see Dr Grady!  She’s terrific!

I’m new to this office and am very pleased with my experience. The whole staff is friendly, helpful and efficient. Dr. Grady spent quality time with me in first appointment and made me feel very comfortable. She went over my xrays in detail and her recommended treatment plan. I went back 2 days later for a minor filling and again everything was great. I’m generally nervous about ant type of dental work beyond a cleaning so appreciated the comforting staff and atmosphere. This is my second try at finding a new dentist in the area but my search has ended. I was a patient at my previous office for years but I felt like they got to big/ busy for me. Reschedules (even with several weeks notice) were 4-5 months out and the dentist barely spent any time with me. I feel like this won’t happen here!

I had a dental emergency and was reading reviews on Dentist in my area. Cresta Bella came up and had amazing reviews.I called and Dr Grady had them call me back to come in later that day. She saw me on a day that they were technically closed! Not only is Dr Grady just as her reviews stated but her staff is just as great. They truly live up to their reviews, I highly recommend Cresta Bella!

This was an excellent experience!!!! I am/was terrified of dentists after a few bad experiences, but this doctor was remarkable at putting me at ease! I plan on going back next week for a full check up, this was an emergency procedure. I have to add that this was the cleanest facility (or house) I’ve ever been in! It is such a relief to finally find a dentist and not be afraid of going.
