I have been to many dentists and have had mixed reactions to many, but my experiences at Creve Coeur Dental have always been exceptional. They are kind, efficient, helpful, and have never once pushed or pressured me into unnecessary “add on” procedures (looking at you, edgy dentist chain in Austin, TX!). I actually look forward to my visits at this dentist. Love em! I do not have a car, and live in University City, which is a ~$20 Uber ride one way (20 min. trip) and I still happily go here.

I highly recommend this dentist! 4 years ago I was in the worst pain. I had a number of things that had to be done and was absolutely terrified of the dentist. When I reached my breaking point, I made an appointment with Dr. Rosinski. That appointment changed my life! She is so understanding and compassionate about dental anxiety. She made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of during my root canals and extractions. I don’t fear going to the dentist anymore because I know I am in great hands. Wonderful office!

I just want to say for someone that is deply afraid of needles and even more scared of dentist, from a history of bad dental practitioners. Dr. Rosinski and her entire staff did an incredible job at making me feel relaxed and knowledgeable the entire process. I did the sedation dentistry due to my anxiety and fear, and it couldn’t have gone any better. I have found the dentist i want to go to for the rest of my life! I posted an earlier review after having a bad encounter. I want to clarify that review. I am still a patient of Dr. R and will continue to go. Although the work needed is on the pricey side, it is well worth it in the end. All of the issues that i have with the office is resolved fast and friendly. I have had one issue with the office since then and I have since then made a comment about the experience to them directly. I love my dentist and will continue to have my entire family to come to this location. I think if you let her know of your issues or concerns personally, she will try her best to reassure you and get it handled. I love the front desk staff because they truly show that they care. Remember, there will always be problems wherever you go, it’s how those problems are resolved. This office RESOLVES them.

I have been going here for a couple of years now and absolutely love Dr. Rosinski. Unlike other reviewers, I’m very fortunate in that I have not had issues with my insurance coverage, and the dental hygienists that I have seen have all been great. One of the things that I love most about this place is that it is very close to my office, and they are really quick with cleanings and exams. I am usually in and out in about 20 minutes. I have never had to wait around.

I first went to this dentist as an emergency patient. I needed help on a Saturday and my regular dentist wasn’t open. I was able to get in the same day and I didn’t have to wait very long in the lobby; they said I might since I was an emergency / non-scheduled patient. I met with the doctor, after her exam, she determined and I agreed to get a pano. I was escorted downstairs by one of her staff to get the image and brought right back up. After being shown the x-ray and the other images they were able to give me a crown that day. One of the girls used some wand thing to scan my mouth and they actually made the crown and placed it that day. I don’t know how many of you have gone through getting a crown, but the multiple visits, time, molding junk and experience is something I was more than happy to condense to one trip. I also liked this about the office, I know this wouldn’t be an option for every one; I was given the choice to pay everything that day and receive the insurance payment directly for the service. They offered this to me because they couldn’t verify what my insurance company would pay, because it was the weekend, and they didn’t want to over or under collect from me in that regard. My experience was very pleasant and I actually scheduled my next cleaning with them as a result. I had my cleaning and the experience was very similar. I had a very short wait in the lobby, was seated quickly, seen quickly by the hygienist, who did a great job, the Dr. came in she, checked me over very thoroughly and I asked her about veneers, my previous dentist mentioned them frequently, and if those could be done in one visit as well. My biggest hang up on the veneers was the multiple impressions, time and discomfort that go into getting any work done. So, Dr. says, she can do the veneers with the same day machine, but and get this, she actually talked me out of the veneers, suggested I wait until the other issues in my mouth healed and recommended invisalign at a later date. How many people recommend less expensive treatments? All I can say, is Dr. Rosinski has become my dentist for life.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences here! I have severe dental anxiety and Dr. Rosinski has been beyond wonderful at helping me cope with having fillings and now preparing to have a root canal. She’s willing to go above and beyond what you’d think was imaginable to help patients feel calm and safe. I would trust her with any dental work I need. As far as price, yes dental work is expensive. Have you ever heard you get what you pay for? If you want good care and work done, you have to pay for it.

I’m not sure why the other reviews are so poor about this dentist. The doctor there is great and I have zero complaints about the staff. They have been treating both my wife and I for a few years now and everything was clearly explained to us about how much our insurance would cover and the expected costs and there were no surprises to us. The doctor has great bedside manner (my wife has never enjoyed going to the dentist previously). I’ve gotten more explanations from this dentist and her staff than any other dentist I’ve previously had. It’s a very nice, clean office. There are personal TVs while they work on your teeth which can help distract those that may not enjoy going to the dentist (especially kids possibly). I’m very happy to continue going here.

Dr. Rosinski is amazing. I have had so many issues with my teeth over the last ten years I didn’t think I would ever eat or smile comfortably again. I had major dental anxiety and waited until I literally couldn’t take the pain and embarrassment any longer. The entire office staff is so pleasant. I told them about my anxiety and they assured me I was in good hands, and would be well taken care of. They were absolutely right! Dr. Rosinski is so gentle and caring. She explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. She and Audrey work wonderfully together. I dreaded having teeth pulled, but experienced NO swelling and NO pain and was back at work the following morning like nothing had happened. I was also pleasantly surprised about how quick and easy the root canals were. I wish I hadn’t waited so long. I wish that I had known that choosing the right dentist was the biggest step. I could not be happier! thanks!

I’ve been going to Dr. R for about 5+ years now. The beat dentist I’ve ran into. They’re a one stop shop. They do dentist work, extractions, as well as orthodontal work. The staff are extremely friendly and I love the wide range of hours they are open. I’m beginning the process of braces now. I couldn’t see myself going to another dental office.

I want to start this review with a great big THANK YOU to Dr Rosinski and the rest of the Saturday 9/23 staff that took the time to see my son, a new patient, for a last minute, emergency procedure. My first conversation was with Pamela, who was so sweet and understanding. Knowing that she needed to check with others first but still assured me they would do everything they could to try to fit him in even knowing he was in college, 3 hours away! I received the 2nd call around 9:00 from another staff member, possibly the office manager, who was just as nice, but said clearly, we can see him, but he has to leave right now!! (My son hadn’t slept in days and was in severe wisdom tooth pain.) Her seriousness was what we needed to get that job done. He left immediately, met my husband 1/2 way, and followed him to the office. My son’s anxieties were through the roof. He was scared to death, but still they persisted and calmed him and took such great care of him. At the end of the appointment after finally extracting the tooth, he felt at ease and was very appreciative of the care he received. He told me after the fact that he actually wanted to hug Dr. Rosinski because she did such a great job and “didn’t hurt him”… As far as the fees, I thought they were very reasonable. My husband felt the same. We do have a follow up appointment scheduled and we are looking forward to continuing his care there.

I am very, very pleased with this place! I had my marilyn bridge fall out and randomly ended up seeing if they could help because I work close and was in a panic. They were able to get me right in and I was impressed from the get go. Everything from the waiting area atmosphere, to the ladies and gentleman behind the counter and then to the dentist and staff. I did have to go back again and met the dentist, who is extremely nice as well. I have a very expensive surgery coming up and Stephanie in the financing has walked me through it all and has been a huge help. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!
