Thank you Dr. Eric Moon, Arlene, and Vanessa. Your service is top notch. Although the practice is new, the team felt cohesive and my family felt like we were taken care of as family members. Dr. Moon is the new practice owner and I couldn’t be happier with his chairside manner. Learned a lot about my teeth during every visit, he is very thorough in his explanations. They have high tech cameras that Dr. Moon uses, he showed me my teeth, the conditions and during and after the treatment he continues to take pictures to show you what he is doing. Having trust issues with previous dentists, his explanations and demonstrations really helped alleviate any concerns, all while learning what is actually happening(…).

Haven’t found a dentist in socal til now. Came in and signed the paperwork and was seen right away. No waiting time! Dr Moon was very detailed on explaining how my teeth and gums are looking. After the whole 1st visit process(very thorough) they got ready for my cleaning. Cleaning went very smooth and Dr Moon made sure I was not feeling any discomfort the whole time. Dr Moon and his staff are very friendly and professional! Definitely recommend!! Scheduled my next visit already.

I took my 5 year old daughter for her first tooth extraction and I was really impressed with the service at Crossroads dental clinic. Dr.Moon is personable and very knowledgeable so are the staff. Staff here are wonderful! Dr. Moon is very warm-welcoming and is ready to get to know his clients! I had a lot of questions on my procedure as well as future procedures and he was ready with answers. He even had a little model to help me better understand what he was telling me. Strangely enough, I’m definitely looking forward to all my future check ups. Knowledgeable, friendly environment and great teamwork. Oh and they let you watch Netflix during your check up! Plus!

I’ve gotten two front cavities filled and two tooth cleanings here, and each time has been great. Dr. Moon and the team here make sure each visit is comfortable and quick, and my mother and I are very happy we came to Crossroads Dental as we both go here for our dental work. Everyone is extremely welcoming and understanding of any tooth sensitivity or worries. Front tooth fillings are especially good, my two teeth look fantastic and my family and friends have noticed the difference. Would definitely recommend going to Dr. Moon!

I am big on customer service working in the industry myself and I haven’t managed to find a dentist until Dr. Moon. He’s very compassionate and takes the time to make sure you’re okay through every process. He did a great job on my cleaning and filling and he also realigned the bracket on my permanent retainer that no one else bothered to point out before. Also, did I mention you can watch Netflix while he works?! Office marathon galore!! Even though he’s a Rockets fan, I highly recommend Dr. Moon!
