(…)Most people I know hate going to the dentist.  They talk about it grudgingly both before and after they visit.  Not even the free toothbrush seems to make the experience pleasant!  Because of Dr. Nguyen and his amazing staff, I am not one of those people!

I like going to the dentist.  Michelle at the front desk greets me each time as though I am an old friend just coming over for a visit.  All of the ladies that have worked on my teeth have been so sweet and kind.  Dr. Nguyen always welcomes me as though he is welcoming me into his own home.  He remembers who I am and what important things are happening in my life, which is impressive, because all he really needs to worry about are my teeth!  I trust his knowledge and judgment completely.  He corrected a few fillings that another dentist had done, because they had left my bite screwed up and I had some headaches.  In about 10 seconds everything was fixed (I had gone back to visit the other dentist twice, and he wasn’t able to fix it!).  

I recruited my husband years ago, and would recommend Dr. Nguyen to absolutely anyone.

I found Dr Nguyen out of convenience and I am SO glad that I did.  The staff that I was working with recommended the doctor and so I went in with a certain amount of confidence.  I cannot give Dr. Nguyen and his staff enough praise.  Dr. Nguyen is a Nearly Painless Perfectionist.  His diagnosis is always thorough and sound.  He would not let me take a short cut on an Oral Surgeon visit because he knew to get the best results ALL of the right things needed to be in place.  And…he is a perfectionist!
Being a former dental assistant I have worked for all types of doctors in all types of practices.  Dr. Nguyen and his staff, Cristy and Michelle, are truly top notch.  Very professional and when all is said and done I have my oral health and a beautiful, strong smile.  I can’t thank them enough and would recommend the team to anyone and everyone!

Dr. Nguyen and his staff are so caring, sweet, and professional. They make you feel completely at ease and everyone is very thorough and efficient. What a great experience I had. Also, the office was nice and clean. My favorite part was I didn’t feel a thing during the numbing process. I’ll definitely recommend going to them and I will be back! 🙂

(…)The staff, is genuinely nice, helpful and caring. Dr. Nguyen is amazingly kind with a gentle dental touch.  He explains as he goes along what to anticipate, and made the process of getting a new crown “easy pizy.”  Seriously, this dentist is the best I have ever been to!  And that’s saying a lot, considering I went to the same dentist for over 25 years and when I lost my insurance and had to pay out of pocket, his idea a cash rate discount and Dr. Nguyen’s wasn’t even in the same ball park! I came as a referral from a retired dentist so thought he was worth trying out.  Second visit in I am confident I’ve made the right decision.  I experienced no pain from the numbing shots before the procedure, Doctor was working both sides of my mouth alternately but giving small breaks to rest. Claudia and Dr. worked efficiently and spoke politely to each other while tending to procedures.  A big thumbs up to their skill, technology, and overall a happy experience for me.

We have been patients of Dr. Nguyen for more than 7 years. He greets with a smile and his reassuring manner puts you at ease. If you have a dental emergency he returns the call quickly and deals with the situation in a timely manner. He is consistently on top of the newest technology. His staff is top-notch, Michelle being GREAT when you walk in the door. If you have any trepidation dealing with dental issues – Dr. Nguyen is the dentist who will help ease any procedure with a positive attitude.

I absolutely detest going to the dentist. So much so that I hadn’t gone in over five years. However, we were recommended Dr. Nguyen by our orthodontist, so we went, and I am so glad we did. Dr. Nguyen is gentle and put me at ease from the very beginning. He is thorough and filled all my cavities with no pain whatsoever. The staff is friendly and the family atmosphere made me feel at home right away. This place is great!

(…)I have been nothing less than impressed by the entire staff here.  Dr. Nguyen and Claudia his dental assistant just finished my procedures and I am very happy with the way my mouth feels.  I can bight down smoothly without feeling an uneven bight plain as I’ve always experienced in the past with other dentists.  He also did a little bit more for me by polishing a chip for me before he finished and the whole experience was wonderful.  

I would only recommend Crown Valley Dental and I sincerely appreciate all that has been done for me.  The price was more than fair and the treatment was beyond good, this was truly a great experience.  His team is fantastic, I am not an employee or spokesperson and this review Is completely voluntary again, as all of mine are, and 100% true. (…)I  am so glad I got Dr. Nguyen as my new dentist. He listens, gives options and does not pressure you into anything. I broke my front tooth off at the gum line and I’m a phone operator. I called him and got in immediately and he did an amazing job in making a stem then put a crown on. I don’t bite with my front teeth because I’m afraid to. Better safe than sorry. My husband now goes to him too. Michelle, I just love her. So warm and friendly. All the staff there are fantastic caring people. I do like the fact they put sunglasses on you when they work it helps keep out the bright light overhead. Lots of parking and easy to get in and out of the lot.

Can’t be more pleased with my experience. Got some work done here everything went super smooth absolutely no pain. I’ve been to a lot of dentist office and I could definitely say all the people here truly care about the patients and go out of their way to show that I am so happy that I found a dentist that not only I like but you can truly trust. He did something I never seen before he actually suggested something that would save me money and the procedure worked perfectly. Not only did he save me money but he is super knowledgeable and his experience definitely shows… I also got a teeth cleaning and they use. The most modern technology possible which I absolutely love a special thanks to Dr Alan, Claudia and Michelle.

I went to Dr. Nguyen from a friends referral. I am glad I did. Great staff, Michelle was helpful in confirming insurance coverage and very hospitable. They took a lot of care in cleaning my  teeth and insuring I was comfortable the entire time while educating me on way to improve my oral health. Dr. Nguyen demeanor is very relaxed, informative and professional~ all setting you at ease that you have  definitely selected  the right place!

It’s been our pleasure – and privilege – to have Dr. Nguyen as our family’s dentist for over 5 years.  He is skilled, efficient, pleasant – and yes, painless…. All his work has been of the highest quality.  We sincerely appreciate his genuine care and concern for his patients, as demonstrated both in the office and in his follow-up calls.  We want to also acknowledge the lovely staff whom we have had the good fortune to work with over the years – Michelle in the front office, Claudia the dental assistant, and Maykou the hygienist.  Dr. Nguyen’s competence is truly matched by his kindness – that says it all!

My husband and I were visiting my mom in Laguna Niguel, and during our stay my husband’s molar broke. Dr Nguyen’s office was able to get him in that morning to take a look at the damage. He was able to schedule him in the next day for the initial crown procedure, took our insurance, and was so close.  My husband went back to have the rest of the crown process done and has had no pain or issues since. My husband can’t stop raving about how wonderful an experience this was for a not-so-wonderful tooth issue! Dr. Nguyen even called to follow up the next day…now that’s customer service!Excellent dentist and office staff!

I can’t tell you how blessed I am to have met Dr. Alan Nguyen, and his staff. They are all a true blessing from God, and in my life. They made me feel so good about myself during and after having my procedure done, and have made my life forever changed. I can’t thank them all enough from the bottom of my heart, for being the BEST dentist office out there as well as staff! God Bless!

Dr Nguyen is by far and away the best dentist I have ever been to in my half century of going to dentists.  He and his staff are very professional and caring.  The office is streamlined, modern and immaculate.  My entire family goes to Dr Nguyen and I hope to go there for the rest of my life.  I can’t think of any reason why anyone would not go to him.  Unlike most in the medical profession, he actually takes the time to tell you what is going on and explain the procedure, issues, etc., and in general cares about you, the patient.  He seems like a great person too!  Well done!!(…)

Have visited this doctor a number of times and happy to say he is now my permanent dentist. He does not disappoint. Their Staff is incredible as well. A lot of times you have a great doctor and the staff is disappointing. Not with this office.

Okay, I hate to admit it but I haven’t been to the dentist in quite a long time because I’ve been scared. Believe it or not, my ex-wife recommended Dr. Nguyen because he is thorough, patient, understanding and has a great demeanor and I couldn’t agree more! The entire staff including Michelle, Mako and Dr. Nguyen have been a pleasure to work with and I can’t wait to get past the routine cleaning and onto the whitening and veneers!

Don’t be a scaredy-cat like me cuz there’s absolutely nothing to worry about and you’re in good hands with Dr. Nguyen!

(…)I have been twice now- once for a cleaning and today I went to get 2 cavities filled. You know those pesky stinging shots they give you prior to getting a cavity filled? Ya – no they didn’t exist at my appointment today. Dr. Nguyen’s work every time I’ve been in, has been professional, thorough, friendly, pain-free, and he keeps you informed on what’s happening every step of the way. He also has a fabulous and friendly support staff which always greet me with a smile.

I know how hard it is to find a dentist you enjoy and can trust, hence the review. I plan on recommending Dr. Nguyen to all of my closest friends and family(…). Happy clean teeth days to you!

Dr. Nguyen and his staff assistant (Michelle) provides excellent service and patient care for our family of five.  We have a disable child who loves going to Dr. Nguyen’s office.  Dr. Nguyen is not only personable and caring, but also provides high quality dental care.  He and his staff are true professionals.  I would highly recommend his services to anyone in our area or moving to the Laguna Niguel area.  He makes going to the “dentist” a pleasurable experience.  Thank you Dr Nguyen and Michelle.

Dr. Nguyen has been my dentist for years and he books his time to give every patient quality care, and he runs on schedule so you don’t spend all your time in the waiting. The office is AMAZING, it’s a small staff and they treat you like family, always clean and very accommodating to make my visit smooth, easy and always painless. I highly recommend Dr. Nguyen not only for my comments but because he’s a brilliant and gentle dentist, and his staff is great. All my co-workers and family see him too, and tell me what an amazing dentist he is and thank me for the referral….

Dr. Nguyen has been our family dentist for more than 6 years. He’s professional, precise, gentle, and has a great sense of humor. Dr. Nguyen’s friendly, and efficient Crown Valley Dental “team” includes office manager Michelle, dental assistant Claudia,and hygienist MayKou. And as crazy as it may sound … we enjoy our regular trips to Crown Valley Dental.

My husband’s boss referred him to us, and it’s difficult to overstate how much I appreciate Dr. Nguyen and his assistants. In the past, I have had TERRIBLE luck with dentists. So bad, in fact, that I developed anxiety and aversion to even basic cleanings! Well, to my surprise, he has not only fixed my smile (…) but he has eased all anxiety related to all things dentistry.

The entire staff is knowledgeable, understanding and very personable. For example, Michelle, his receptionist, treats me like a family friend.  Also, I have met many dentists that push products and services that I don’t need, but Dr. Nguyen is most concerned with the patient, not how much he can make off you.

Best dentist I’ve been to in my life- I recommend him to anyone!

I was so happy with my experience, Dr Alan and his staff are very friendly and professional when it comes to having your teeth worked on, can’t believe I was in a dentist chair for three hours and felt no pain …
