Went to Crystal Creek Dental for the first time. It was about 15 miles from my home but well worth it. The front desk employees, hygienist (Jadie Blewett), and Dr. Nguyen are some of the best. It is obvious they have customer satisfaction as their #1 goal. I highly recommend Crystal Creek Dental and I will definitely return

Crystal Creek Dental is one of the most wonderful experience you could ever experience if you haven’t been to the Dentist in awhile. The staff goes the extra mild to make you feel very comfortable as if you’ve been a patient for years. When it came down to explaining the process the Dentist gave me step by step instructions on what I was supposed to do and what he can do to improve and restore me with a Beautiful smile after years of severely damaged teeth. The staff also worked with me when it came to payment. I don’t have dental insurance and Phyllis came in understood what I was going through, the pain I was in, and a since of urgency to get my procedure done. Phyllis went the extra mile to give me a great deal on the overall price and explained my options to me and even gave me an additional drop in price.. Even with a jack-o-latern smile, I smiled so big (with my mask on). I thank her and the staff so much and I am very excited to get my procedure done now that I can afford it… This will not be the last you here from me PART TWO: After the procedure.. COMING SOON! I went yesterday for a cleaning. Jackie was my hygienist. Not only is she friendly and personable but she is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I have been going to Crystal Creek for quite a while now and have never been disappointed in the quality of service or the quality of care that I have received there. Everyone from the receptionist to the dentists and all those in between are friendly , kind, and knowledgeable

Truly fantastic, in every single way. The front desk is exceptional, the Doctors in the back, professional, knowledgable,genuine , efficient, polite, the list goes on and on. I recently came here with little money and a BIG problem and they worked with me and got me on a plan that’s affordable and that’s helping me and my teeth out tremendously. I can’t say enough good things about this place.

The entire staff here are welcoming & genuine! My Dental Hygienist is caring & kind. My Dentist is knowledgeable & understanding. Those at the Front Desk are friendly & respectful. It’s one of the best dental offices I have been to in over 20 years. So I believe I found the right place to take care of all of my dental & oral health needs. The Dental Plan offered here is excellent & I opted to use it. I highly recommend this Dental Office & the their Dental Plan!

My mother, Connie Willis, recently experienced immense pain from a broken tooth. She currently does not have any health insurance. Crystal Creek Dental not only helped resolve her issue but made the discussion about finances an easy one! It is nice to know that we have a great dentist who will always be there to help in any way they can!

Excellent Care.  I took my 4 year old daughter here because of issues with previous dentist and she absolutely LOVED this place.  The staff made her feel very comfortable during the  whole procedure and even let her wear her own sunglasses during her cleaning/exam because “the light was too bright”.   My experience was great (even thought I had a tooth extraction on the first visit).  I am glad to find a dentist who can service my needs, as well as my child’s needs with such a loving, caring nature.  Thanks!

My visit today was very much needed . My dental visit was long over due . Mainly due to my past dental experiences had i been putting off my own dental needs. I just want to say that everyone who spoke with me was very much comforting to my anxiety. Everyone took the time to explain my oral needs and the steps i could take when ready to get back on track. The office staff was cery much accommodating and professional. I felt very welcomed and would highly recommend this office to someone who is looking to get great quality service. I found this office via Google…liked that they had both dental and orthodontics within the same office 7 days a week. Thank you Crystal Creek Dental !

So New Years Eve 3pm and my molar starts hurting…  bad. Crystal Creek took me and they closed at 4pm. Set me up with a temp crown for a decent price considering i have no insurance. From beginning to end this place exceeded my expectation. What place would take a new patient an hour before they closed on NYE???  I go back in 3 weeks for my permanent crown. Did i mention zero pain? Even with needles they managed to make it not hurt. : )

I’m new to the Dallas area and a co-worker recommended this clinic and I was beyond impressed! From the minute I walked in the door every employee was friendly and courteous. I loved my hygienist Jeanie and Dr. Nguyen! They made me feel comfortable in a traditionally uneasy visit and I’m actually excited to return for additional services!

I recently had to find a new dentist. I decided to give Crystal Creek Dental a try due to the great reviews, location and convenient hours. I’m considered an “easy” patient simply needing a routine cleaning. Nonetheless, everyone was friendly (front desk, Dental Hygienist, Dentist) and took care of business quickly and painlessly. Additionally, they didn’t try to upsell me on products or services that I don’t need.

I bought a Groupon back in November for a dental cleaning, exam and x-rays. The front desk was very friendly, and my wait time was so very little (which is a nice change of pace for a dr’s office). The xrays and cleaning went flawlessly, I felt like I got more out of my visit than I ever expected. I needed a bit of work done and they were so professional in making an estimate for my needed procedures and going over it with me all while I was sitting in the chair. I felt like my visit was very personable. The flexible hours are a definite plus, so I never have to miss work! My visit was perfect, I was left talking about it for days afterward. I most certainly found my new home for all my dental needs and would recommend Crystal Creek Dental to anyone and everyone as their one stop shop for all their dental health needs.

Crystal Creek Dental, Hedgecox location doesn’t look impressive from the outside. I was happy to experience their on site state-of-the‐art equipment. Dr. Nguyen patiently answered all my questions. Office staff thouroughly explained charges prior to treatment,. I dont have dental insurance. Prices were less than I anticipated. They gave me a bonus for referring a friend. My friend was happy too. Thank you Crystal Creek Dental for good price AND good service.

My experience with Crystal Creek dental has been amazing. Dr. Nguyen has been great with my braces and my teeth they are looking amazing thanks to Dr. Nguyen, He is such a pleasant doctor to work with very caring and understanding and has a big heart. He makes you feel very comfortable and is not intimidating at all. Dr. Nguyen really shows that he cares for his patients. I’m so grateful to have such an amazing doctor taking care of my teeth. The front staff is also very welcoming. They are such an amazing team. Thank you for all you do.

As someone who has a decent amount of dentist anxiety, I was treated with such kindness and consideration that I will be a regular customer. I had a dental emergency and they fit me in the schedule on the next morning. Dr. Nguyen was very kind and reassuring, as well as efficient and skillful in the procedure. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for competent and compassionate care.

I have been going to a popular Plano dentist for 18 years… I recently had a toothache and went to see my regular dentist, inquiring about how much it would cost since I no longer had dental insurance I was told that it would be $125 for the visit + $200 plus for an extraction and more if it needed other work. On my way home, I stopped in Crystal Creek Dental. I was greeted by Belinda (who is wonderful!) and told the consultation would be FREE, and they would explain all expenses before proceeding. Dr Nguyen was fabulous! He told me the tooth had a very deep cavity, so it needed to be pulled, it would be a waste of $$$ to fill it, it would cost $125 total, and could be done in 15-20 min. He also told me that he wouldn’t replace the tooth with an implant because it’s the last tooth and not used much for chewing!! My children (ages 12 & 17) both needed exams, X-rays, and cleaning for the year. When I took them to their regular dentist, I was told it would be $125 for the 12 yo and $175 for the 17yo, since she’s considered an adult. I told them that I receive lots of flyers in the mail advertising $59 exam, x-rays, & cleaning and could they match the price or give me a break since we had been customers for so long and didn’t have insurance. No! Again, CRYSTAL CREEK DENTAL saved us!! $59 for each kid! No hidden fees! The front desk staff, the hygienists, and the dentists are all so nice and so professional!!! Open 7 days a week from 7am-7pm!! We found our new family dentist!!! We LOVE Crystal Creek Dental!

It was my first treatment at this office and the experience was phenomenal!! Jeanny (hygienist) and Dr. Nguyen are awesome! The treatment was quicker than most of my prior dentists, but much more thorough. The staff is very welcoming and courteous when it comes to explaining the procedure and costs. Overall great experience. I will definitely be back again!
