Cute Smile Dental knows how to treat its patients right!! Dr. Akraa is wonderful at what she does. Of all the dentists I’ve had in the past, she is by far the best. She makes going to the dentist not feel like a hassle or a chore. I’ve been going here to get regular check-ups with my family and they’re always on top of it when it comes to great service and treatment. They have lots of services to provide, including Invisalign scanning and applying! One thing that you should know, though, before coming is that parking is a bit difficult outside of the office. It’s valet and the lot is usually sort of packed. This shouldn’t stop you from going though! Check out Cute Smile!

I’ve been a loyal patient for over 9 years absolutely love Dr. Akraa. She’s the best at what she does. wouldn’t go anywhere else. She just always makes the process pain free fast & easy. The staff is amazing, have toddler who has not started school an the staff was always kid & friendly would watch over my 4 year old with no hesitation.

This review is long overdue. A dental visit/treatment experience can’t get any better than at Cute Smile. The dentist herself, the staff, the technology — all A! Dr. Akraa is always ahead of the curve when it comes to her craft. Continuously undergoing training and passing on her newfound learning to the benefit of her patients — like me! I also love that her clinic has convenience gadgets that help make one more comfortable during treatment. The staff is friendly and genuinely concerned about you; that’s how I felt. Plus, Dr. Akraa herself is really gentle and easy to talk to. One of the great things I left behind when I left California is the service I get from this clinic. Dr, Akraa has been my dentist for over five years now. She not only gets to know you but will recommend the best treatment for you. She moved to a new office several months ago and it is very clean, ample parking, and simply more upgraded then the last office. Office and back room staff is polite. I’ve done Invisalign there and every other treatment recommended for by the dentist. Thank you for five years of great service. I would recommend family and friends.

Dr. Akraa is a highly skilled dentist. She has a gentle touch, and is very knowledgeable. I have had root canals, crowns, implants, teeth cleanings, and routine fillings all with little pain and quality results. I would highly recommend her service. Also, her staff is very professional and skilled It is comforting to feel that you are in good hands.

I also have referred my family and friends to her and they love her as well. My insurance doesn’t allow me to go to her so I pay out of pocket but she’s worth every penny! I honestly don’t know where to begin with how happy I am with the service my family gets at Cute Smile. I went to a dentist years ago who told me I had 12 cavities. Clearly I was extremely concerned seeing how I have been told all my life how great my teeth are. I decided to seek a second opinion and was referred to Cute Smile by my boss. From the first visit with Dr. Akraa and her team I was instantly sold. She takes the time to describe what they are doing and gives me tips on things I can do to see an improvement in my teeth. I can’t honestly say I have ever had a concern about anything since switching. I don’t know how long I’ve been coming to Cute Smile but with that being said I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Honestly, they’ve set the bar high. Dr. Akraa is amazing. She’s makes sure and stays up-to-date on the latest technology and information within her industry. She cares for her patients or at least I feel that way and that has been my experience with her. The girls in the office are friendly and LOL funny. I enjoy talking to them not so much the dental work/cleaning. I’m forever grateful to the person who referred me to this dental office. I’m a big fan of this dental office. My friend referred me to Cute Smile and from the minute I called to when I first met them in person I was always treated with an upbeat and positive energy. It doesn’t feel like a cold, dreary, and scary dental office that my dad used to force me to go to as a child. ha ha ha… rather its bright and cheery. Really refreshing. I can’t say I like going to the dentist all the time, but in this case, I kind of do. I’m glad I found them. Be sure to ask them for the free smile make over pictures. They showed me a digital image of my teeth what it would look like if I did some cosmetic work to them. That part was an interesting experience they provided for me.

My family and I have been coming for over a decade ! My experience continues to be the same. My family and I are so blessed  to have such Dentist it is definitely not easy to trust just in anyone when it comes to yours and your families health. Therefore I’m extremely bless to have found the perfect dentist for my family, specially a dentist who knows exactly what we need and makes our dental visits easy not only to understand what’s going on as far as our dental treatment goes, but also to keep us calm during our dental treatment as well. Dr.Akraa is sooo amazing! Staff is friendly, very professional, knowledgeable, caring and accommodating. I recently called to schedule an appointment for my 15 year old son, although his schedule is crazy due to school, sports and what not. I called explained to staff was able to scheduled same day appointment within hours of calling. We are greeted by such friendly staff. I work for the public and I know what excellent customer service/patient care is.. Dr Akraa and team are amazing! They take time to work with every patient, impeccable work, always willing to help and work with patients. Office has short wait times and flexible with appointments. Makes you feel like you are part of the family. I live an hour away from the dental office but won’t go anywhere else. The best dentist and team!

Had my 6 month cleaning with Sophie today. She was very sweet and did a thoural job. She used the scaler and the ultrasonic as well. She’s chatty and great customer service. I was in and out even with seeing the Dr in an hour. Free parking and you wear a mask up until your service. They also have every other chair blocked off in the waiting room.

I am a new patient referred by a friend who has been going to this office for years.. The staff were so nice.. Daisy was very pleasant.. Dr. Akraa was patient in explaining the procedures that can make you look great  but most specially she makes you feel she will take of you.  Carol will provide all payment options to make it light on the pocket.. They make you feel calm and chill(specially for someone like me who is always all sweaty and nervous in a dental office)..  I will definitely be back Thank you ladies.. see you soon!

I was recommended to Cute smile by one of my co-workers years ago, only to find out my two sisters have been coming here for years, Go figure. They kept this hidden gem from me. Front desk (Lidia), is always helpful and greets u with a (Cute Smile) 🙂 . The entire staff is always professional, friendly and always welcoming. Dr. Akraa is excellent, professional and highly knowledgeable. She’s gentle and a perfectionist which I like.  I’ve had several cleanings, a crown replaced, and a several resin (white) composite fillings, I can say I’m very satisfied with Dr Akrra’s work and skills.  I highly recommend her dental office, to anyone looking for a new dentist in the San Fernando Valley who is highly regarded and qualified.  Dr. Akraa has a winning Team.

The best service ever. Friendly staff. Great to work with. They are terrific. Carol was amazing as she offers you water while you wait and even ask you for anything to make you more comfortable. Words cannot even begin to say how amazing this office is! From the second you walk through the door your greeted with smiling faces and a warm hello. Each and every single time I go there not a single person walks by without saying hello. Aside from the staff Dr. Akraa is not like anyone you will ever meet. She takes time to truly know each of her patients and regardless of how busy the office is she still takes a few minutes to sit and talk with you. I’ve had extremely bad experiences with previous dentists and to say I was anxious my first visit would be a vast understatement. Every time I go there she makes sure I’m comfortable before anything even begins. I highly recommend everyone to this office if you want a quality experience with a true professional. Dr. Akraa & all members of the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Usually you feel scared or dread coming into a dentist office, but not this one. They make you feel comfortable the moment you step in at the reception area and when they perform the dental procedure. They have high-tech facilities and the location is convenient as they have free parking at the back.

Great service from Dr. Akraa and the ladies in her office (special kudos to Maria & Emily!!). They are very hospitable & caring about their patients. Didn’t feel pressured to get any unnecessary service. They use high-tech stuff and Dr. Akraa clearly explains whatever is needed to be done so you don’t feel so scared about the procedure or about being ripped off for getting a service you do not really need.
