Dr. Dallas is an outstanding dentist! I came to see Dr. Dallas a while back with my wife. He is our dentist for life. He has a wonderful and professional staff. His bedside manner is unmatched. It is very important for me to have a dentist whom I trust which is why my wife and I come to Dr. Dallas. As an aside, “Anna S.” is probably someone with poor dental hygiene who spends her time chewing on rocks and neglecting her teeth between dental visits. I should know because we can smell our own. Who blames their dentist for “let[ting] [their] teeth decay”? Brushing your teeth is preventative care. Take responsibility for your mouth and brush your frickin’ teeth “Anna S.”

I had been to four dentists in five years and am so pleased that I was finally referred to this practice. Dr. Dallas and Debbie beautifully corrected some enamel chipping on my front teeth that the others could not accomplish. I have also appreciated the warm welcome and treatment from Lei and Cynthia, and Amy who I met today for a cleaning and check-up appointment. Thanks to all of you!

I’ve been going here for over 10 years. Everyone in this office is absolutely amazing! Lea (front desk) is warm and friendly and Cynthia is spot on w/ her estimates. Dr. Dallas and Debbie are a great team. You always know when the shot to deaden the area is almost over because Debbie gently pats your shoulder as if to say, “hang in there”, which is very comforting to me. And Dr. Dallas takes his time with you…if you need him to stop for a second, he does so and never makes you feel rushed and my crowns blend perfectly w/ my natural teeth! The hygienists are thorough and very sweet. I wholeheartedly recommend this office!

My daughter initially started seeing Dr. D for a Maryland bridge (referred by her orthodontist) and we immediately switched to Dr. D as her main dentist. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Dr. D is so personable and always goes above and beyond. When my daughter’s tooth was knocked out in a soccer game in San Antonio on a Saturday we called him and he met us at the office when we arrived back to Austin! He has covid-killing air filters in all the exam rooms and my daughter always loves the music they play which helps to make the whole experience pleasant. We highly recommend Dr. Dallas!

This office staff is wonderful! I began experiencing some discomfort in a tooth and was scheduled to leave town, and the front office rearranged their schedule to accommodate me to see Dr. Dallas that same day! Not only does the office staff “rock”, but Dr. Dallas eased my concerns after examining the tooth I was concerned about! This office has always been nothing short of professional with excellent care for all of my dental needs. Thank you, Dr. Dallas and your awesome staff!

Dr. Dallas, the dental hygienist, Joy, and the entire staff are far and away the best in providing safe, state-of- the- art care! I could not be happier with the dental care I have received. I needed an extensive procedure which included a dental implant due to a molar cracking down to the root. The office is kind, reassuring and extremely gentle in providing compassionate care. My smile is very important to me and thanks to Dr. Dallas, I have excellent care.

I had an 8 a.m. appointment to have a permanent crown installed at Dr. Krommenhoek’s office. At 8, the dental technician, Bobbie Krause greeted me and led me back to the examination room where Dr. Hobson joined us. After a few minutes of prep (anesthetizing, etc.) Bobbie removed the temporary crown. Dr. Hobson then returned and together they installed the permanent crown, a very natural looking ceramic tooth. The whole process was painless. efficient, and great fix. It was an excellent team effort. I have never had less than great treatment (from administrative personnel to medical personnel) as a patient at this practice, including the thirty years before Dr. Kroemmenhoek replaced Dr. Hanle, the previous principal. I highly recommend this practice to anyone who wants first class dental treatment.

Dr Dallas is awesome. He has done everything from basic cleanings to crowns for me and has always done quality work. He has even done some cosmetic work and I’ve been impressed. My kids actually look forward to our 6 month appointments. He has a great bedside manner. He is the best dentist we’ve ever had.

I have followed Amy Cunningham (hygienist) around the greater Austin area since moving to Texas. She and the staff at Dr. Dallas office are cheerful, professional and I feel like I am coming to see family during my visits. Aside from general cleaning, I have recently come in for an chipped tooth. I was impressed with the amount of time Dr. Dallas spent repairing my tooth. When he asked how does it feel? I said, OK. Well…that was not good enough for Dr. Dallas. He didn’t let me walk out of the room until I deemed the tooth’s look and feel as perfect. I left that day with a level of confidence that he would approach all of my future dentistry needs with the same precision.

I used to go to this dentist office before I moved to Dallas because I worked at the animal clinic across the road and it was very convenient. This dentist office was far beyond my expectations. Lei and Cynthia have amazing customer service skills. I always loved talking to them and I felt like family every time I came in. Dr. Dallas and his assistant Debbie are also wonderful. Everyone is super professional and knowledgeable and what I loved the most is how happy everyone always is to be working there. I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone in Austin!

I am writing this to inform all folks who are searching for a dentist office with superb customer service that their search is over! I cannot express enough our gratitude to Cynthia Flores, Lei Labin, and Debbie Krause for treating us with the utmost courtesy and attention. These ladies are so personable and professional, as well as, extremely attentive to every patient’s needs. Rarely does one find that type of work ethic. To experience it again and again shows consistency and the drive to provide unparalleled customer service, each and every time. In looking back at each visit, I cannot think of a single thing that could have been improved upon. All experiences have been exemplary from the word go. Dr. Dallas Krommenhoek & Dr. Arlen Hanle’s professional service is the reason we will continue to stay with this dental office. It is all about the high quality and dependable service that make the difference and keep us coming back.
