Dr. Fay, and his entire Staff are extremely Professional, and caring. Their work is top notch (extremely good) , they use the latest technology in tooth care to provide you with the best care possible. This translates to his Patients having less problems down the road. Every suggestion I have received from them has been with the idea to prevent them having to do work on me down the line which is fine by me. I like going to the office and seeing everybody ,but lets be honest less is more when it comes to going to the Dentist hahaha. I liked them so much I brought the whole Family with me to their Practice.

Meeting the girls at the front desk was a relief because I was very nervous since it was my first visit. They were very helpful in getting started and very friendly. The gal that took me for my x-ray was very nice also and the hygienist, Kevin, was just great! He understood about my hearing problem and explain what he was going to do and was very helpful. I can’t say enough about Dr. Moeller. He was the nicest dentist I’ve ever met. He listened to my problems and made suggestions on how he would try to fix them. He was very knowledgeable and very friendly. I came into the office afraid of what I might hear and instead I got ANSWERS to my problem. Thank you all

We are new to Delaware and had difficulty finding a dentist who accepted our insurance and who provided the level of expertise and care we had been accustomed to. We knew from the moment we were greeted by the front desk that we had found our dentist. My husband sees Dr. Fay and I see Dr. Moeller. We couldn’t be happier with the care and service we have received from these two doctors. We also appreciate that the front desk staff as well as the dental assistants are all friendly, cheerful and helpful. Everyone we have come in contact with in this office is professional, kind and courteous.

I am so pleased I found Dr. Fay. My original dentist in Dover greatly reduced his hours and dropped the insurance carrier I used. Dr. Fay is up to date on all new procedures, accepts numerous insurance carriers and very pleasant in general. Have been using Dr. Fay’s services for over a year as my previous dentist retired. This visit was for a crown. The procedure went very smoothly, and I am totally satisfied with what they did. Dr. Fay is a total professional with an outstanding staff, as well. Would HIGHLY recommend him!!! Michelle and Amanda are both assets to his dental business. Fantastic. Both my husband and I saw Dr. Moeller yesterday, we were thoroughly impressed with the practice. Everyone from the front desk to the hygenist and technician to the dentist was great. A thorough exam with the dentist was a welcome change from our previous practice even if we have “good teeth”. Dr. Dan Fay has overseen my dental care for 3 years. He does a thorough exam and oral cancer screening (that’s when he pulls out your tongue) each visit. His office runs smoothly. I am seen on-time and finish on-time. All the cleaning / sterilization procedures are top-notch. Each of his hygienists (Mary, Stephanie & Penny) has been pleasant, caring and informative. I have had 1 tooth pulled prior to coming here. I came here because I was having really bad pain. I had a full dental plan. I have to have all top teeth removed. Now when I came in here I thought I was going to have some problems getting one tooth pulled but come to find out I needed 2 pulled so I was very scared as the one prior I had pulled before coming to this office I had very bad anxiety bc they tooth pull hurt and my BP was up and It was a mess. So before he got started Dr mohler numbed me up waited about 2o mins then number the roof of my mouth near the extraction site. Never had that done bor was ANY of the numbing that was done was NOT AT ALL PAINFUL unlike at other dentists. Before I new it he was done with both. I had no idea he had taken the first one out and I thought when he got up he still had one left nope both were out! Dr. Mohler did a fantastic job. I was shaking at first and then everything relaxed I didnt feel anything other then what I was suppose to be feeling. Unlike the last dentist I seen Dr. Fays office was filled with nice and understanding professional people. I HAVE NEVER IN MY 28 YEARS SEEN A DENTIST OFFICE THAT RAN THAT FANTASTIC! WORTH EVERY CENT! They even gave me in my dental a detailed list of the year in which every thing can be done for my insurance to cover how much was going to be coming out of pocket. What I should have done first and what’s going to be done last. THIS US THE BEST DENTAL OFFICE EVER! I wouldnt waste my time anywhere else!!! Dr. Mohler was amazing! I would recommend anyone go here!! I even told my mom to drop who shes seeing and go here

Being new to the area, I researched doctors and dentists to be accepted as a new patient. However, after a dental emergency, I called Dr. Daniel Fay’s office ,and explained when I had my initial “new patient” appointment, Amazingly, the receptionist talked with Dr. Fay directly, who upon hearing of my predicament, agreed it was important I be seen ASAP, so he was willing to work me in. I don’t know what I was more impressed with, his working me in or the excellent and professional treatment I received upon arriving. I was greeted warmly by Amanda upon checking in. Shortly afterwards, Tina escorted me to the treatment room and proceeded to examine me and take X Rays. Her knowledge of dental care and happy demeanor immediately put me at ease. When Dr Fay came in to follow up, I was immediately convinced I had found the right place. I found him to be knowledgeable and wise beyond his years. His patience and simple explanation of needs and options painted the picture I needed in order to make an informed decision on the direction to go. The entire staff made me feel like I was their favorite patient of the day. I am happy to highly recommend Dr. Fay and staff as a competent and professional practice to anyone looking for an excellent dentist with an award winning bedside manor. It was a fantastic experience.

I called around to 6 or 7 places before finding Dr. Fay’s office. The other offices either didn’t take my insurance, was not accepting new patients, or could not see me for a few months. I needed to be seen as soon as possible for a tooth that had such a large cavity it ended up being pulled. The staff at Dr. Fay’s office were wonderful- professional, friendly, and put me at ease immediately. Dr. Fay explained everything to me thoroughly and personally called me the day after my tooth was pulled to make sure I was doing ok. Highly recommend!
