I had my braces from early 2012 to August 2013, so I can only speak about my experience from that time frame. However, I remember feeling extremely well-cared for at Dr. Pham’s office. Prior to being a patient at Dr. Pham’s office, I was a patient at Lotus Dental Specialists for about a month. I maybe saw the doctor for a minute or two and that was about it – it didn’t seem as if he cared about me or his other patients. That’s not the case here: the staff at Dr. Pham’s office are incredibly kind, and both Dr. Pham and his assistants take the time to get to know you as well. Not only that, but they spend as much time as necessary for each appointment to make sure that your treatment is perfect. I never had a bad experience while I was still a patient here. Dr. Pham was also the only orthodontist I consulted with (I met with at least seven orthodontists) who said I would not need extractions and that he would be to fix my slight underbite and misalignment within two years – he accomplished all of this in about a year and a half. He is good at what he does and so long as you listen to all of his instructions, the completion of your treatment should not be delayed. Yes, that means you wear the rubber bands in all day even though it’s hard to talk with them on and they look super lame. But you’re already wearing braces, so who cares right Bonus: they play the Disney channel here. What more can you ask for? I would highly recommend going here if you’re in need of braces.
