Dr Syed and his are team are the best! Unfortunately I had to have alot of work done on my mouth, they all were very kind and understanding with no judgments. I am an extreme baby when enduring anything done in my mouth but they made me feel comfortable and calm through the entire experience. I needed to have my top teeth pulled and have a denture in their place. Needless to say I was very worried about the whole thing. But they walked me through it and helped in anyway that they could. They took extra steps to ensure that my denture was the best that it could be. I appreciate everything that they did. If you need any work done from the regular visit to complicated this is the place. Would never recommend any one else. Top notch. Their kind and knowledgeable manner speaks volumes which you will learn when you go. Thank you Star Dental!

I cannot recommend this office and Dr Syed enough. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The hygienists are awesome and knowledgeable. Dr Syed is great at helping me feel at ease and provides excellent care. Seriously, I am not a fan of going to the dentist and as a result, did not, for far too long. I am happy to say that I no longer dread going, even for fillings lol and wish I had known earlier in life that the anxiety and less than stellar care are not normal or at least don’t have to be put up with.

My entire family sees Dr Syed. Dr Syed takes genuine interest in his patients and is not only extremely knowledgeable but also deeply compassionate. He and his staff make you feel like family. I know that if I ever have an issue, even if it’s a “non-issue “, Dr Syed will address my concerns -even if it’s after hours. I am the worst patient to have-a teeth grinder with a Type A personality and extreme anxiety that will question EVERYTHING, but Dr Syed just rolls with it and never makes me feel like the pain that I am. I highly respect him as a professional and love him as a fellow human and consider him a valued friend. I would recommend Dr Syed to anyone who wants impeccable dental care.

Another phenomenal visit. Today I had to receive my temporary crown which I know doesn’t seem like much, but as someone who is terrified I can say they do everything in their power to make you comfortable. Woke up dreading today’s procedure and left realizing I was silly for that because I was in great hands. I would recommend them 100xs more and they really should have more reviews!

I have had the good fortune of having Dr. Syed as my dentist in Newark, Delaware for over 10 years. He has done root canal and crown, fixed broken tooth and replaced fillings…you name it! I trust his work and advice completely, and all of his work has been outstanding. I recently retired and experienced extreme difficulty in finding a new dentist for an appointment under my Medicare program. I called Dr. Syed’s office and they were able to see me the very same day. He explained my options in details and was willing to work with me to make an informed decision regarding my dental needs. Great Staff…very helpful!!

Dr. Syed and his staff are top-notch! I have never been there when I wasn’t greeted warmly by whoever was at the front desk. My hygienist is very personable as well, which helps to make the time fly. Then, when Dr. Syed comes in, I always feel that he is happy to see me and interested in my life, asking questions and engaging in conversation. I have been a patient here forever and the staff has always been amazing. They remember you and treat you like family. Due to insurance changes, I was unable to go for a few years and I was devastated. This year, I was finally able to return and couldn’t be happier to see Dr. Syed again. I feel that Dr. Sattar Syed is definitely a 5 star Dentist. His dental work is like art on a canvas. He constantly is going to classes to stay on that cutting edge. He also takes interest in you on a personal level and remembers to ask you about things you’ve talked about the next time he sees you. He takes care of four generations in my family. I guess that says it all.

I love this office so much. Everyone is extremely friendly and calm. They seem to know when I am nervous and how to make me laugh to calm my nerves. From someone who hadn’t been to the dentist in 17 years and had to get an awful root canal, they made it as pain free as possible and they were so patient with me. Such a great place and I’m so thankful to have found them.
