I have been avoiding the dentist for too long and found myself in need of help, as a result. Dr. Pham and Tricia helped me through my consultation and made me feel right at home! The staff are all very nice and welcoming. This was, by far, the best experience I’ve had in any kind of medical setting – not just dentistry. Tricia and Dr. Pham helped me put together a plan for addressing my needs and are extremely supportive and helpful at every step. Not to mention, the facilities and equipment are amazing at this office. I was genuinely excited to get my teeth looked at by this fancy equipment I’ve never seen before. I can’t thank the team enough for the environment they have. It really makes going to the dentist so so so much better.

I have been a patient here even before Dr. Pham took over the practice long ago. Which was nothing less than an improvement on an already wonderful practice. I can’t say enough about this office. I left for a few years because of insurance (went to a practice that took mine) and I was so unhappy and ultimately stopped going. I just recently went running back. I’ve missed this place so much. Everyone is so nice and they work with you to accommodate your needs. The office is beautiful I feel like I’m at a spa. I cannot say enough about this practice … I am so happy to be back!!!

Dental 1/Dr. Pham and her staff/team are phenomenal. Dr. Pham has a loyal team who makes each visit seem like you are her one and only patient. They are friendly, professional, reliable, and honest, and the team clearly is an extension of Dr. Pham herself. Dr. Pham explains the what and why’s, and she always takes the extra time to be sure all of your questions are answered and understood. She is highly skilled and it shows in her work ethic and knowledge. Her office provides only the best tools and equipment with modern and up to date procedures. Personally, my ongoing Dental work has been very challenging, and what I have experienced is patience, persistence and perseverance throughout. When we had some unexpected setbacks, she went out of her way to make the situation as seamless as possible. The most important thing to me in a Doctor is trust, and Dr. Pham has earned it. There is no other Dentist that I would recommend, Dr. Pham stands out from the rest, she is a perfectionist. The office is not only beautiful but spotless. Dr. Pham is the best Dentist I have been to in my 50+ years and I highly recommend her and her awesome team.

Dr. Pham and her team are incredibly professional, the office is beautiful (recently renovated!) and tidy, they are beyond communicative and simply do a wonderful job at what they do. Unless you are looking to switch, do NOT read this review !!! You will really, really second guess your current dentist. 1.First there’s THE doctor! Doctor Pham…’Ai !!!’ At the out-break of COVID, I had an issue… I called the office and she called me back with fainted breath… Come to find out, she just had surgery herself! Her office was closed and she was recovering herself ! Need I say more? Well, I will… I just recently had two crowns done… Same day service! Super, super precise! Did I mention her filing repair was so good, I asked her how they are so close to porcelain veneers¿ 2. Then there’s the Patient Coordinators… Tam and Melanie!!! They are so welcoming and diligent, I just recently asked Dr. Pham to retitle them Patient Angels!! 3. Janice, the Hygienist! Woooow, she goes above and beyond. She’s so patient and knowledgeable, I actually asked if she’s a dentist herself. 4. Last and not least, there’s the place!! With most everywhere else, businesses are bunkering down… Not so here… Super modern, clean renovations. You gotta see it to believe it. TVs from ceilings, additional equipment to make sure safety is of top priority. I came to Dr. Pham roughly 1 year ago and I am glad I did. My previous dentists from Needham can’t even come close!!!

Dr. Pham has been my go to dentist and more than likely will continue to be as long as I continue to live in Boston. Everyone on staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend Dental 1 to anyone looking for a primary dentist. Staff and patient care aside, the update facility is worth visiting as well. TV’s mounted in the ceiling so that you can watch something rather than trying not to make eye contact with the hygienist was a pretty smart move. I can honestly say that going to the dentist is no longer a dreaded occurrence.

This was possibly the best dentist experience I have ever had. The office is so pretty, clean, and modern. While they clean your teeth, they let you watch tv on the ceiling with Bluetooth speakers! They spend a good amount of time and looked at minor details at my teeth. They are very upfront about pricing and took my insurance (that nobody takes!) Also, the main dentist was probably the kindest lady. She even gave me a complimentary electric toothbrush. You can’t get better than that! Totally recommend!!

I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Pham and the Dental 1 team. Ever since my sister referred me to them a few years ago, I actually get excited to go to the dentist – the whole team is very accommodating, kind, and great at what they do. I recently moved and drive over an hour to see them when it is time for my appointments, because I refuse to try anywhere else! On top of great routine dental care, Dr. Pham and her team also offer awesome miscellaneous services as well. My husband and I recently got the Zoom whitening treatment for our wedding, and were stunned by the results. We both received so many comments and compliments throughout our wedding day and beyond. This treatment really works, and is way more noticeable than any results I have gotten from drugstore White Strips. Highly recommend it to anyone considering!

This office is awesome! I’m looking forward to my next appointment. To start, Nicole helped look up my dental insurance on the insurance companies website. She was very friendly over the phone and also in person. She couldn’t get me an appointment right away because they were fully booked, but she put me on a cancellation wait list. Later that same week, Tam called me to let me know they had a cancellation, so I got my appointment very quickly! The dental hygienist did a thorough job and it was quick and painless. (I think her name was Amanda, but I’m not sure…) Afterwards, Dr. Pham gave me a very detailed consultation about why my teeth developed the way they are based on my bone structure. She took the time to go over any issues I was having with my smile and potential solutions to those problems. Then, Nicole helped me find an office for my wisdom teeth extraction. The only downside is the construction outside, but it doesn’t really matter. The office was clean inside.

Wow, am I grateful. After getting a filling elsewhere, I was still in pain a couple days later. My normal dentist couldn’t see me for almost a week, so I reached out to Dr. Pham’s office. They scheduled me for 7 AM the next day, and what a wonderful experience. The office is incredible. Beautifully decorated & the attention to detail is obvious. Dr. Pham had anticipated just adjusting my tooth, but quickly realized there was much more to it. She replaced two fillings & did some work on a third tooth that had been damaged, all while juggling her regularly scheduled patients. She is kind, communicative & empathetic, and clearly takes pride in her work. Happy to have found my new home for dental care!

I dont’ like write reviews, i’m only make comments when i was super dissatisfy on something or super satisfy on something. I’m very glad i found a Great Dentist in the area of boston ma, thanks yelp for the reviews. Dr. Pham is very caring, friendly, thoughtful, professional and words can’t discribe how much i like her. I walked in with couple minutes awaiting, then I took x-ray, she explains all procedures, and possible outcome with the costs. I had crowns in her office, she did wonderful job, I’m very touchy when i told her I’m very scared of dentist, and the machine running noises. My hands and feet were very cold, nurse gave me blanket and noise blocker head phone for me to listen songs, every little step she do, she explain and inform me before she do it. i have bad and unhealthy teeth, she did not judge my teeth when she see me. after i did crowns in her office, there is a front desk staff called me next day to ensure i’m okay and if i have any concerns. One thing i love it is ONLY ONE visit for the crowns. I highly recommend patients to go there.

I honestly don’t know why I haven’t written a review sooner. I went to Dental1 for about two years before switching to another dentist place because of my dental insurance plan. However, I switched back over to Dental1 because I didn’t realize how good I had it there! Lauren does an impeccable job with my teeth cleaning. Not only is she very personable, but she cleans my teeth with such great care and detail that I had to come back just for her! Getting my teeth cleaned by her feels like I’m just catching up with an old friend. Additionally, since I’ve been back to Dental1, I’ve noticed a huge upgrade to their decor and technology. The waiting area and receptionist area are extremely aesthetically pleasing to look at. It feels as if I’ve stepped into an interior designed home. The dentist rooms even have TVs on both the wall and the ceilings! They really just cater to you here and I literally have no complains about this place. It’s more than what you expect for a dentist office. They really go above and beyond. Lastly, although this is a small gesture..it’s makes a huge difference in the experience here. For the typical dental goodie bag, Lauren even asked me if I use an electric toothbrush or a manual one because she would give me an electric toothbrush head for the specific brand I use. I don’t use the manual toothbrushes anymore so I was pleasantly surprised by this. It definitely added a nice touch to an already amazing experience.

I just became a new patient here and I already love this place. When I made my first appointment over the phone the receptionist was so nice and helpful, and was able to give me a reasonable date when other offices were giving me appointments that were months away. She was just so sweet and welcoming and answered all my annoying questions. When I got there I felt like I walked in to an HGTV / ikea showroom, if it wasn’t for the dental one signs all over the door I would have thought I was in the wrong place. I have never seen a dentists office or any office for that matter look so nice and warm, I want my living room to look exactly like their waiting room. All the staff were very nice and welcoming. I believe Lauren did my teeth cleaning , I despise that metal pick thing, but she made me feel so comfortable, and did an amazing job on my cleaning, and she was funny, I felt like a friend was doing my cleaning. This place has all the up to date gadgets and you can tell they care about your experience and not just your money. I highly highly recommend. Update: I met Dr.Pham at my last appointment and she’s literally the sweetest. She told me what was absolutely necessary for my teeth, she was very honest. She knows dental work can be expensive and insurance doesn’t cover certain things and she considered that when coming up with a plan for my dental care.

Beautiful, gorgeous, cozy space. I honestly felt like I was at home. Very clean, chic, high-tech place. They provide every client with wireless headphones for their flat screen tv on the ceilings. Didn’t feel like I was at the dentist. The dental chairs are so comfortable I almost fell asleep, even with the dental x-ray apron on. My initial appointment took about 2 hours. Everyone I saw was so thorough and truly cared about every aspect of their client. Dr. Pham is so passionate about her job. She has a very dedicated and amazing team. Melany, Daniella, and Kelsey were all so kind! This dental office puts their clients first and it shows. Invisalign was discussed during my visit and I’m usually very skeptical when it comes to providers “selling” me products or services. For the very first time, I didn’t feel like I was pressured to purchase anything. Dr. Pham reassured me that as long as I knew the benefits of Invisalign, she did her job. She taught me how to floss and told me to demonstrate it back to her to make sure I understood. She was never in a rush to leave the room and she was always patient. Dental 1 is an awesome group of skilled and very personable dentists! Headed by AI Phoung Pham, DMD, the care I’ve received for many years from her and her highly credentialed has been stellar. I have been to many dentists in- and out-of state who were, in a word, terrible! Under the care of Dr. Pham and Lauren, I have learned to trust and appreciate dentists. They don’t just take X-rays and clean teeth. They offer a range of services and advice that has helped me to improve the care and health of my teeth. I’ll be getting Invisalign soon and I am confident the results will be just what I need to not only correct my problem, but also save my damaged teeth. I always feel special and cared for by the Dental 1 staff, including the receptionists and assistants who are warm and welcoming and knowledgeable about costs and insurance procedures. Oh, and I enjoy conversations with Dr. Pham and technician, Lauren. They both put me at ease because they just outright care about you beyond your teeth. They even reach out to you for your birthday and holidays. By the way, the offices are cutting edge and Dr. Pham has a career in interior design, if she chooses. I’m not one to write reviews, but finding a dentist like Dr. Pham is one worth writing about. Dr. Pham and her team are AMAZING! I had my first appointment with them today and I was beyond impressed. Everyone in her office that I came in contact with, from the girls at the front desk, to the dental assistant and dental hygienist, were all so friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and kind. I’ve never met a more genuine dentist. Dr. Pham is the first dentist to ever take the time to really examine each concern that I had and showed me with her incredible up-to-date technology what she can do to help me. I often see requests on social media for dentists that specialize in patients with anxiety about dental procedures. Dr. Pham takes the management of dental anxiety to the ultimate level. From the moment you walk in the office you’re greeted with friendly, caring staff. The surroundings are serene and tranquil with video monitors displaying peaceful nature scenes, soft, mood enhancing music playing in the background and when your in the chair you have options of using sound canceling headphones with soft music. My most recent visit got me thinking that this experience reminded me of a spa treatment. Trust me when I say you won’t be disappointed !!!

Let me begin by saying I am terrified of the dentist. I had very unpleasant experiences as a child. I found Dr Pham for my mom as an emergency patient. Laverne got my mom right in. I initially came into Dental 1 to get new retainers as my previous orthodontist retired. Being that it has been three years since my braces were taken off, my bite has changed slightly despite wearing retainers consistently. Dr. Pham informed me of my options to fix this issue, and she was super friendly and not pushy! Ultimately, Invisalign is my best option. This is a particularly large decision to make, considering I had paid thousands for braces previously. I left the practice that day, and was given as much time as I had needed to make my decision, but about 10 minutes later I made up my mind, called right back, and decided to go for it. I did not consult my primary dentist, who is an Invisalign provider, or any other Invisalign practice, because of Dr. Pham’s friendly approach to my Invisalign case. This was probably not the most cost effective thing to do, but I do not regret it at the moment. Also, I typically do not make impulsive decisions, but because of the overall positive vibes at Dental 1, I was pretty confident in my decision. It is my first week of Invisalign so this may be a quick impression to make of the practice, although I feel confident enough to give my honest review thus far! TLDR: If you are nervous about going to the dentist, don’t be! Get a consult at Dental 1; you won’t be pressured to do anything and your final decision will be respected.

Best dentistry i have found! I have been to a lot of dentists but none as friendly and approachable as this! They renovated their place and it looks so cozy and super clean! I mean once you see the pics you will know what i mean! They even have tvs on the ceiling and give you headphones(if you want) so that u can watch your favorite show while they make your teeth look flawless! During Covid i went to get my cleaning and i can say that i didnt feel worried because i saw how clean they were.
