I have been a patient of Dr. Patel for 4 years now at the Laguna Niguel office. I have had 5 implant surgeries with Dr. Patel. I have bad teeth like my parents and implants have just been great for me. Dr. Patel did an excellent job. I have had zero problems. One implant is on a front tooth. The tooth and the color looks great. I’m so happy with my teeth (…). Dr. Patel is an excellent dentist.

I was first introduced to Dental 2000 from my friend Narat & they advertise in the local newspaper. I was looking into getting a implant for myself & my fiance. Dental 2000 has a wonderful staff! Doctor Patel really took his time to thoroughly explain the entire dental implant process. He is very knowledgeable and his staff is the best! The entire office really goes above and beyond for you. I have had a wonderful experience with Dr. Patel at Dental 2000. I go to his clinic for my routine dental checkups, and when I had a dental emergency in August 2012, he was able to fit me in after regular office hours and fix my chipped tooth and knocked out filling. I haven’t had any issues since. Dr. Patel is a compassionate and highly skilled professional who offers unbiased advice while putting his patients at ease…great dentist and I highly recommend him!

I have been currently going to this doctor for many years now, and I have been amazed of the customer service and the helpfulness of all of the staff members. Their hygienist especially made me feel welcome and taught me about the ways of good dental hygiene. Out of all the other dentists that I have been to, Dr. Patel helped me and did not regard me as another money maker. Overall this dental 2000 is a must.

I would just like to say that I hate the dentist. Nothing about going to the dentist is fun. You know you are going to have to sit in some chair while the assistants and dentist do their work and it most likely will be painful. That was my experience with every other dentist exam I have had in the past. Recently I went to Dental 2000 and right away Ellie greeted me with a perfect smile (that.s a good sign at a dental office) and provided me with water and magazines while I waited. Dr. Patel saw me on time, again this is a rarity in my previous experiences with dentists, and he was very cool, calm and collected. My cleaning and whitening process went quickly. This atmosphere made for the opposite of what I was expecting, it wasn’t bad at all! I was actually out ahead of time and I would definitely recommend Dental 2000 to anyone else. Thank you again!!!

Was a little nervous going to see Dr. Patel based on a referral, last time I did that I had a lot of pain and I have my own dentist in LA, but my toothache was so bad I needed to see someone quick! First off , I have had a lifelong phobia of going to the dentist , regardless of the procedure. I always inform the staff of my condition wherever I have had an appointment. Most of the time it seems like my fears fall on deaf ears as I don’t feel they take me serious or try to ease my anxiety. This was the case at every dental office I had ever been to until I visited Dr Patel’s office in Irvine… From the minute I walked in I was treated with respect and made to feel very comfortable throughout my procedure. I have to give a special thank you to a young lady named Bridgette who was very hands on and so integral in making me comfortable and relaxed and made it the least unsettling dentist visit I have ever had. Dr Patel was also wonderful and I recommend this office and there staff to anyone looking for a dentist in the area.

I was referred by my friend who had his dental implant in this clinic 2 years ago. I have a very positive impression during my 1st visit especially with Bridgette who is in charge of the amount I need to pay. Great office and friendly staff. I lost a back tooth awhile ago. A implant was really needed due to not being able to chew. Dr. listened and took into consideration my fear. Gave me medication to make the visit easier on me. I had quotes from previous office. For all my services received, it was a beyond great price! Even got the CT done in office. Dr. Patel, is the best dentist I have ever experienced in my life. I usually hate going to the dentist, as does my husband, but he made it an enjoyable and informative experience. Dr Patel uses the very latest technology and techniques. This saves a lot of time and money. After shopping around for an implant I was skeptical that his prices were so much better than my old dentist. Went back for X-rays and turned out as I feared I needed some major work done. DR. Patel took special time to make sure I knew exactly what I needed done. Root canal went very smoothly. He initially put in a temporary crown while they ordered the final crown. They were able to match the color of my other teeth perfectly. I recently visited Dental 2000 and I had a very pleasant experience at this Dental office. The Dentist and staff are amazing. They made me feel right at home. They answered all of my questions and I felt no pain at all. After my severe dental work, I was able to continue with my daily activities without any major pain whatsoever!! The staff is quick and courteous!! They are a modern office with computers screens up in every room so that one can monitor their own 3D X-rays. Dr. Nimesh Patel was born and raised in Orange County. His higher education began when he graduated with honors from UC Santa Barbara. He would then move on and become a Dean's honor graduate of the University of the Pacific in San Francisco, whose school of dentistry has trained some of the best doctors in the world for over a century. Dr. Patel is certified by the Boston Implant Institute and specializes in Cosmetic, Implant and Sedation Dentistry. Dr. Patel is also a distinguished member of the American Academy of Implantology, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, California Dental Association, American Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Patel enjoys getting to know his patients, and educating them on preventative care.
