A neighbor recommended Dr. Whitfield at Dental House after I had a bad experience with another dentist. From the first phone call I was impressed with the professionalism and compassion of the staff. When I arrived, they had created a touches check in process to minimize contact while maximizing customer service (they should teach other businesses how to do this!). Dr. Whitfield was reassuring and quickly took care of the problem. I will be a regular patient from now on.

I really love this dentist practice and have sent a few of my friends over to it as well. I had a terrible dentist when I grew up and I was always nervous going to them until Aspen. They are so incredibly nice and do amazing work. I’ve gone there for 6 month cleanings as well as for some work-work (getting my amalgams replaced with the white stuff). Couldn’t be happier and will continue to recommend.

I went in for a cleaning and overall evaluation. I could not have been more impressed with Dr. Whitfield and his staff. They were courteous, personable, friendly, and very easy to work with. It was a first class experience all the way around. I am glad to have found my dentist in Dallas!

Dr. Whitfield and his staff are amazing!!! I’ve been a patient here for 4 years now and could not be happier. Here’s why. . . 1. Just like theirs, my time is valuable too & it’s obvious they respect that because they are always on time (obviously I understand that emergencies can happen, but I’ve never been kept waiting past my appointment time). 2. Dr. Whitfield is not only a medical professional, but I’d also say he’s an artist; when it comes to dental work, it’s obvious he cares about the finished product. 3. The entire staff is friendly and always smiling – you can tell they all enjoy what they do and enjoy where they work and it’s clear they genuinely care about me, the patient, and offer accommodations for my comfort. As long as I’m in Dallas, I’ll continue to be a patient of Dr. Whitfield’s and I’d like to thank you and your staff for what y’all do!!!

Dr. Whitfield is always fair and frank and professional. He cares about his patients and listens really well. I had a crown that broke off and he told me what needed to be done and his staff is great too. I have been his patient for about 5 years now. Why go anywhere else, when you can get the best care from Dr. Mark Whitfield? I recommend him and his protocol for these covid times is very up to date and professional. I felt safe and I was in and out in not too much time. Lovely restored house in Uptown was so pretty with the falling leaves all around. Ample parking.

Amazing caring staff and provider. They provide 5 star service! So happy to finally met not only a knowledgeable dentist such as Dr. Whitfield, with the state of the art equipment but that is honest, caring and compassionate. I had just moved to Dallas and my filling broke unexpectedly. They were able to get me in the next day! The staff was friendly and my doctor was patient and had great bedside manner. The filling was done quickly and I experienced little to no pain. It’s been a couple of months now and sometimes there is pain when eating with that tooth so will likely follow up to have the filling checked out.

So this happens to be my favorite dentist of all time. Dr. Whitfield and staff are the best around. I have had the pleasure of being his patient for about 3 years and it has been nothing more than phenomenal. The staff is kind and considerate and best of all competent. I was sent to Dr. Whitfield after having a dental emergency after receiving some not so great service from another office. Now I will not mention them by name but they are on every corner like a CVS. Anyway, once Dr. Whitfield gave me the worse news of my life he allowed me to be the big baby I am and cry it out. Then he came in with a plan to restore my smile and because he knew I was not able to do everything at once he and his office set the plan in motion so that I could get what needed to be done piece by piece using all available resources we had and because of that time and care they take is the reason for my smile and my loyalty. Also Dr. Whitfield has partnered with Dallas Oral Surgeons Dr. Wallace and there could be no better pairing. Both these offices represent what denistry should always be….I keep my fingers crossed that they dont go by the way of concierge …lol….The world needs more denist and oral Surgeons like these men. So if your looking for a dentist you really need to try them out you really will thank me. Lastly the offices sent me a thank you…Really I should be thanking them…Thank you Dr. Whitfield and Staff!

Dr. Whitfield is definitely a one of a kind dentist. Out of every dentist I’ve seen in my lifetime (all over Texas and out of state), he is by far the best around and his staff is exceptional as well– Pricilla is awesome! If you’re looking for a dentist who is companionate, genuine, thorough, personable, does amazing work, is professional, and has caring and friendly staff – then you’ve found the right person to go to. Who wouldn’t wall all those qualities in a doctor and his staff? Aspen Dental House does have all those qualities! A doctor and staff at that quality is super hard to find. It has always been a pleasant experience and I always know I’m in great hands. I recommend Aspen Dental House to anyone looking for dental services with extraordinary customer service skills and high quality work. They definitely deserve the maximum rating. I now live out of state in San Francisco, but am pleased to travel back to Aspen Dental House for dental services.

Aspen Dental House provides excellent service in a spotless environment. They have very comfortable dental chairs, individual TVs, and comfortable/quiet space between offices. When I first starting going to them it had been perhaps 5 years since I had visited a dentist, and I had had mainly negative experiences in the past. Having grown up with well water (not city fluoridated), and a sweet tooth, I have the fillings to show for it. The first time I went to Aspen Dental House, I had chipped a tooth into the gum line. I’d give Dr. Whitfield 10 stars if I could for the crown; he answers all your questions, gives virtually pain-free anesthesia, and takes time preparing and fitting the crown; he does all the work himself. The hygienist does a great job as well, taking her time with all your teeth, you don’t feel rushed or that she misses spots. You can pay less at another dental office, but in this case you do get what you pay for.

I had not been to the dentist since 2008, so my anxiety the day of the appointment was at an all-time high. Everyone at Dental House was so kind and patient. They truly help ease my mind and they were so gentle and explained everything. I am so glad I went in and that we have come up with a treatment plan. Plus, the office is in a beautiful house in an amazing neighborhood!
