I’ve been a patient here since I was 6ish I believe. I’m 25 now. My daughter is a patient there now. It used to be over booked. Now it’s a pretty normal wait time. I can’t complain. Everyone knows me there now. They know my siblings and mom too. I’m happy with their services. Prices are decent too. Definitely recommend this place.

Excellent dental care for adults and children. all members of my family have been patients of Dental Planet for the last 7 years or so ever since hey have been in the old location. The new office is amazing with I pads and games and TV’s on the ceiling. But the best part is the people here- the doctors and the staff- very friendly and caring. I send all my friends here and naturally they can get busy at times but for my family its worth a wait because we know that we get the best treatment and prices are always fair! Besides walking inn to a kid friendly environment. Staff is curtious and acknowledge that you exist. I never feel obligated to do certain things. I am made aware of an issue or one to soon happen and advise me on my options to correct. I feel Dental Planet takes the coreect procedure to keep both parties happy, they verify your insurance is going to cover a treatment before proceeding. Ive gone to other dentist where they make you sign something that says if your insurance doesnt cover you are liable to pay instead of making sure your insurance cover.

I consistently have a very good experience at Dental Planet. Bring my whole family here for years. Very good place for dental work. The dentist’s are very nice and gentle, listen to your needs. They can be busy sometimes but I never had to wait for more then 10’min for my appointment. Pretty good for doctor’s office. They text you with reminders, very convenient. Once a I had to cancel and it only took one text to reschedule. Highly recommend.

Never disappointed in Dental Planet. The whole family has been patients for a while now. Best pediatric dental care for both of my children ages 3 and 8. We were referred by our friends when my son was 3 and no other dentist could handle him. Yes, he was not easy and 3 other dentists refused to see him. Dental Planet continues to be an amazing place. Came here years ago because my baby was only 2 years old and traumatized in another dental office. Dr. Lana was truly wonderful and kind. My daughter is 7 now and we didn’t have any single problem with the work that was done 5 years ago. I myself had a root canal and crown done 4 years ago here by Dr. Hamer and the tooth feels like my own if not better :). Wonderful staff, keep your great work. We are not going anywhere else.

Absolutely the best!!! Been coming to Dr. Hamer for years now. They cater to kids dentistry, but they are excellent with adults. It’s the day before Mother’s Day and I’m preparing my house and food for nearly 100 people when my front porcelain veneer breaks. About to have a panic attack that I’ll look like a hillbilly, I quickly call their office for some emergency work. The place is packed with people when I arrive, so I really start to worry that I won’t be able to accomplish everything in time for the party the next day. I try to bribe the girl at the front desk with $100 to get me in as early as possible but they refused to take my money. No special treatment even with my offer… totally legit people here!After a couple patients were called in, they call my name (thank you baby Jesus). Dr. Hamer quickly gives me a temporary fix so I look alright for my event and they have everything ready for a preauthorization for my insurance company to replace the vaneer (crossing my fingers). I am so thankful they were able to accommodate me. I was in and out of there within an hour or so. Dr. Hamer truly is great… has a great bedside manner (can that be said about a dentist?) and does fantastic work. And his staff are really awesome. Thank you Lizette and Evelia (sorry if I misspelled the names)! Oh yeah, and Juvo too… he put me at ease about my predicament.

We are the only office in San Fernando that has a full time Pediatric Dentist on staff. We also provide dental services for the entire family. That includes very young children, teenagers, adults and senior citizens. That makes us one stop dental office for the whole family. We have been serving the community of San Fernando and surrounding areas for over 15 years. We see patients of all ages. Our office is very children friendly and that stars with I-pad and wall games in the reception area, separate play area for children, wall art, overhead TV's with the latest children's shows, balloons, stickers and other goodies for children, the staff that specifically trained to attend children etc. All that helps them to reduce the stress associated with the visit. However, we also provide high quality dental services for parents and all other adults. Dr.Larry Hamer recieved his DDS degree from USC School of Dentistry in 1996 and has been practicing in the San Fernando valley area since then. Dr.Larry Hamer truly enjoys his job and provides treatment in all areas of general dentistry from fillings and crowns to cosmetic procedures like veneers, Invisalign treatment and dental implants. He is married to Dr. Lana Hamer and they have 3 beautiful daughters. Dr. Lana Hamer received her DDS degree from USC School of Dentistry in 1996. After successful completion of Pediatric Dental Residency program at USC and Children's Hospital Of Los Angeles in 1999, Dr. Lana established Dental Planet and has been practicing there ever since.
