I am extremely satisfied with Dr. Chung. She is a great dentist: truly caring, skilled, knowledgeable and helpful. My teeth have never looked so good after a regular cleaning. All issues have been properly identified, addressed and taken care of. She masters many new techniques/ procedures for dental work; embeds very well technology and takes the time to study and discuss the patient’s insurance coverage. Her dental office is very nice and well equipped and the experience of dental work is always pleasant (you may also watch Fiends on TV when she works on your teeth!). I strongly recommend her

I recently had a change in dental coverage and for a brief, albeit terrifying few minutes, I thought Dr. Chung’s office wasn’t covered. Luckily I found out that wasn’t the case, and in my sigh of relief felt prompted to write a review. Dr. Chung and her staff are top notch. There’s no other way around it. They’re all incredibly friendly and welcoming and, dare I say, make going to the dentist a less than terrible experience. If you live in the DTJC area don’t even consider going elsewhere. I’d give them 50 stars if I could.

I have been terrified of dentists for as long as I can remember. Dr. Chung is the nicest, sweetest and best dentist in Jersey City- HANDS DOWN!! She took the time to explain everything to me. She is gentle and always told me what she was doing every step of the way. She helped me calm down and was just all around wonderful. The staff is also friendly. They’re welcoming and funny. Highly recommend!!

My first appointment with Dr. Chung has been a great experience. I was very pleased with her strong work ethic, professionalism, knowledge, confidence, empathy and understanding. The office staff is very competent and courteous and made me feel comfortable throughout. I was amazed by the meticulous dental cleaning job which, first time in my life, was painless! This is a great practice; I highly recommend Dr. Chung and her staff!

Dr. Chung is a great dentist and the entire staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. They explain everything to you so there are no dental-related nor billing surprises. The office is clean and bright and cheery. Another fun bonus is the TVs in the exam rooms; it’s really nice to keep your mind off whatever is going on in your mouth. I had a dentist in the city I really didn’t trust before Dr. Chung, and now, I wouldn’t go anywhere else in the tristate area. Highly recommend!

The Dentists and entire staff are kind, professional and patient. They always do their best to accommodate us for not only routine visits but dental emergencies. Their Covid 19 screening procedures are thorough and the office is very clean. My husband and I are more than satisfied by the dental care we receive at the Dental Studio of Jersey City.

I am so happy I went with Dr. Chung! I haven’t been to a dentist in ages – and seldom at all over the last couple of decades. She was so gentle and kind in addressing the work that needed to be done without making me feel bad about it. Also, my teeth actually LOOKED whiter after my cleaning. Really happy with my visit. I’ll be back in 6 months for my next cleaning.

Have had a consistently high quality experience with the team here. Always friendly, always committed to doing an awesome job. They also seem to be especially passionate about using the best tools and techniques which I really appreciate. Easy to recommend to all my friends in the area!

I saw Dr.Chung for the first time in 2018 (Fall). She helped address some major dental issues of mine. Dr.Chung provided a clear dental health plan  of action to help me sort out years of neglect. Dr. Chung is very professional and very thorough in evaluation/assessment and implementation. If you need crown replacement, root canal, deep cleaning, fillings, alignment, go see Dr.Chung! Her office is centrally located in Jersey City. They are extremely efficient and have you in and out of the office with ease.

Christine and her team at Dental Studio are incredible to the point that I am willing to travel from Philly to Jersey City! They are extremely flexible, caring and professional. More importantly, they guide me through ever step of the process so I am aware of what is going on. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dental Studio!

Dental Studio is fabulous. We’ve been consistent patients of Dr. Chung for many years now. She’s gentle, knowledgeable, and thorough! The Studio itself is SPOTLESS and everyone is super friendly. Appointments are always on time, billing is super easy, and they’re generally a pleasure to deal with.

First time going to the office but everyone was so friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns. They take all the necessary COVID precautions to ensure everyone is safe. The staff was great and so was Dr. Chung!!! My appointment was smooth! Look forward to continuing with you all and with Dr. Chung!

I was encouraged by my son to give DSJC a try. Being a creature of habit I was reluctant. I tried to schedule my appointment with my dental hygienist but was unable to get one in a timely manner and decided to give DSJC a try. All I can say it WOW!!!! The care and concern I received during my first visit was better than the treatment in the 20 years I’ve been going to my dentist. I’ve NEVER been treated that well. The entire staff is amazing and treated me like I was their most important patient. My son did not exaggerate in the least. They are a 5 star staff and I’m eternally grateful for them. Thanks again guys!!!

Dr. Chung and her team are incredibly friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I honestly enjoy going to the dentist with her team. Best part is that they play Friends on the TV in the background so you get to be comfortable while getting your teeth cleaned. The dental studio has evening and Saturday appointments which is very helpful for a working professional. Appointments can be made online in zocdoc, which makes it easy! Thanks

This is the best dentist office I ever been to. Dr. Chung is hands down the best  dentist I ever met and the staff is incredible as well. Laura the front desk is a gem, everyone you meet there has a such a great positive energy that you forget you’re at the dentist for a visit. They really think of their patients here.  I highly recommend Dr. Chung and her great team.

Best dentist ever!! If you’re like me, I’d rather be anywhere then at the dentist, but Dr. Chung changed that…she is awesome! She takes her time to explain everything, breaks down the services you need, shows you the breakdown of your insurance coverage, & has a variety of flavors of toothpaste to choose from! She took digital pics of my teeth, and showed me what each looked like on the big screen tv! yikes! Afterwards, while she worked on my teeth, she had New Girl playing on the tv for me to watch. Going to the dentist has come along way since I was a kid…that’s for sure. Haha. I highly recommend going to Dr.Chung. Take your children too…she has such a calming disposition that your kids will not fear the dentist..even as an adult. (Too bad she can’t clean my dogs teeth..I’d give her 10 stars if she that was possible!)

Dr. Chung is super professional and she made my daughter feel comfortable immediately. We walked into a neat, clean office that smelled of fall, with the nicest receptionists at the desk. We came in a little early, so the wait time was completely my choice. As we waited, my daughter played with their Lego wall and at 6:30 on the dot, the Dr. came out to start the exam. Sophia the First was playing on the TV screen when we walked in the room and Dr Chung walked us through everything that she was doing. On our way out, in addition to the normal teeth cleaning goodie bag, my daughter was able to pick a toy out of a treasure chest (probably b/c she was a new patient). Overall, I loved everything about our visit and will definitely bring my daughter back (maybe even myself).

I LOVE this office and everyone in it. I travel from south Brooklyn to Jersey City every 6 months for my regular appointment, and it’s absolutely worth it. I’ve had so many bad dentist experiences that I usually wasn’t keeping up with them. I had two horrible dentist experiences in Manhattan- one gave me bad fillings and another tried to extort $2,000 out of me by telling me I needed a specific treatment for my gums. Thankfully, a coworker recommended Dr. Chung for a second opinion. The staff is all friendly and very calming, they play Friends or New Girl while you’re getting cleanings or procedures done, they’re always timely, and they NEVER try to overcharge you or convince you that you need to spring for expensive treatments. They’re a super honest, very helpful, affirming place to get your dental needs handled! I recommend Dental Studio to everyone I know. I used to hate the dentist, but now I look forward to my trek to Dr. Chung’s office.

Dr. Chung and her staff are attentive and professional. I went for my cleaning in July 2020. Prior the the appointment, I received timely communication about protocols. All the paperwork was completed online before going to the office. I felt safe and comfortable the entire time.
