The customer service was outstanding and I like the way the Doctor explained every step of the procedure and let me know what to expect..  I very pleased with the high level of concern and the flexibility of scheduling appointments. Everyone makes you feel welcomed. I highly recommend this office.

Discover dental has been my best experience with a Dentist office since I’ve lived in Houston (about 5 years now). They are honest and great at explaining procedures. What I love most is that I have never been left waiting for a long period of time. They are very quick, yet do a fantastic job. Love the location.

I’ve been using Dr Tran as my dentist for three years now. Excellent work at good prices. Takes most insurance and there scheduling is very flexible. I’ve come in at 5 and needed a crown. Dr Tran and his team stayed late to do it all so I could get my crown earlier.dr Tran also made a lower partial denture that was hard to fit. His denture was pretty perfect and delivered a week early. Staff is first rate and very good. Highly recommend Dr Tran and Discover Dental

I went in for a cleaning, xrays and an evaluation. The whole experience was a very pleasant one. I would highly recommend this dental office to all my friends and family. The Dr was very understanding! The equipment was very modern and not what I am used to. I will be going back to start my dental work.

I visited Discover Dental after heavily researching dentist on my insurance plan. Visiting the dentist is not a pleasant experience in my books, but Marcy and Dr. Tran went above and beyond to make the experience personal and comfortable. I was greeted at the door with a smile and Marcy was with me every step of the way. She has a calm demeanor and made sure I was always comfortable. There was very little wait time during my entire visit. Doctor Tran was very thorough in his initial exam and took care to make sure I was not in pain. He kindly answered all my questions, gave suggestions, and did not try to up sell any services. The cleaning was top-notch quality and my teeth feel great!

Best Dental Office in town. The staff is really nice and knowledgeable as they walk you through the entire process and procedure. They answer just about anything you can think of. They’re more than happy to help, Dr. Tran takes his time and makes sure you understand everything which for me is a big plus since I was always scared of dental work. Discover Dental has a modern feel to it so as I walked in my tension was released and once I got in the chair. The dental assistant made me feel super comfortable, I walked in and out in a matter of minutes. They did a great job and even went as far as to get me in earlier as soon as my crown came in, always keeping me updated with reminders and emails. Easily scheduled an appointment for a cleaning. Got in the next morning. Quick and easy to use iPads to fill out New Patient Forms (as it was my first visit here). The office is very beautiful, comfortable and in a great location. When I arrived for my appointment, the receptionist got up out of her chair to greet me and make sure I knew how to get started on the iPads filling out information and asked me if I would like any coffee/water/etc. The entire staff was immediately welcoming, very helpful, knowledgable and friendly from the front of the office to the back. The hygienist that cleaned my teeth was wonderful! She did a great job of being delicate and taking her time to make sure I was always comfortable. Dr. Tran was the same way as the rest of his office staff – a very pleasant, patient doctor that showed true compassion in his work and about me as his patient. He took his time and carefully listened to me and let me ask as many questions as I wanted, then he would respond in understandable terms for me as a patient. He showed me my X-Rays and pointed out different areas that he needed to explain – to me, this shows that he is very upfront and trustworthy. Can’t wait for my next cleaning visit! I met this Dentist Dr Tran over 5 years ago and if it wasnt for his will to keep finding ways to not let me give up I would lost every tooth. I never ever met any dentist that makes it his personal mission to try every aspect and thought of what the best outcome for my teeth. I have never met any dentist in my entire life that has the compassion he does to help people with Dental issues. I drive over 1 hr each way and I will keep taking that drive. When u actually find the 1 dentist that you can sit in his chair and not have that worry about being scammed and that feeling in your gut that everything is gonna be ok means your have found the rite 1.Thank you for everything..

Every time I’m seen in the office, it’s a great experience! The technology is unbelievably modern and they never force unnecessary services on me. Dr. Tran and his staff are very knowledgeable and feel super comfortable leaving all of my oral health needs in their hands!

Beautiful office, awesome staff, always have open appointments at all hours of the day. I’m glad I’ve kept coming here. My first experience was a bit stressful but it has since been really great. Just note, Dr. Tran is going to let you know all your options. He even states himself that he tends to be more conservative in his recommendations. With that however, he does a good job of taking the time to explain everything and answer any question you have. I’m pretty sure I asked him the same question about 3 times and he graciously kept explaining it in different ways til I understood the answer. I had to get a bit of work done and they were able to display the cost immediately on the screen as I sat in the chair. There were options to do everything in phases or do a payment plan so they are very flexible. They even were open to the idea that I get a second opinion if I wanted to. All in all, they are very transparent, pleasant, convenient, efficient, equipped with the latest technology and already kind of feel like family! A great add to the Heights!

Great staff and facilities! Patients can fill out information online, which saves time. Equipment is modern. I like that the office embraces technology. The entire process, including check in, patient information, x-rays and photographs, is digitized. Would recommend for anyone looking for great dental experience.
