Invisalign I’ve never had any orthodontic work or braces, and as an adult my teeth started to shift. After my free consultation with Dr. Crosby we decided to do Invisalign. Over the course of the treatment, my teeth did not cooperate as planned and he kept ordering me refinement trays until he made my bite and teeth look better. I still have a few tiny tweaks, which he is working on, and promises that he will make it all right before we’re finished. The Invisalign process itself was a longer process than I first anticipated, as we estimated the treatment plan at one year and it took closer to 17 months for completion. Dr. Crosby keeps working with you until your teeth are adjusted to that perfect position and he’s extremely patient. His office staff is extremely professional and he keeps very close to his appointment times with very little wait time. I highly recommend Dr. Crosby for your orthodontic work.

Best of Everything here. Not only do you get THE BEST quality of treatment, you have wonderful intelligent, educated, and board certified Orthodontist. They give you that “big beautiful Crosby smile” everyone wants. Dr. Crosby truly cares about you as a person and remembers things about you when you come in. Their team is SOOOOO friendly and happy all the time. Appointments are always fun with them. I love the smiles he creates!! If you’re questioning whether you should go in, Just do it! You wont regret it!

I love Dr. Crosby and his amazing staff.  The whole team was incredibly accommodating when I needed to change an appointment or I forgot to wear my aligners. I was so nervous to have my teeth straightened as an adult but I am very happy with the results and glad I did.  I traveled from Rockwall because I was told he was the best and couldn’t agree more!!!

Hey Yelpers!  Hey Girl, Hey Boy Hey Listen up.  Here I am writing to you 5 years after my initial set of invisalign.  My teeth look phenomenal and a few stubborn teeth are not PERFECTO so the crew here are so amazing that even though it’s been so long, we are getting even more perfect at minimal cost.  …as my first review said, cost was never my concern, it was having the best Dr and team work on my smile.  BEST DECISION I EVER MADE FOR MY TEETH.  I can’t even express how pleased I am with my results but what’s even better is that long term, the health of my teeth will be better because Dr Crosby’s work.  Do not choose anyone else in Dallas if you are considering this treatment.  BEST team EVER…evah evah–evah evah

I’ve been coming here for a little over 2 years now and have nothing negative to say about Dr. Crosby. The office was recently upgraded  and is located on Campbell about 2 mins from the old one. I like the layout of the office more now and it’s a little more relaxing. Some people may not like that there is no “privacy” but I don’t have a problem with it. I will say though, that I’ve never been to an office with an open layout like his. Dr. Crosby is very good at what he does and won’t stop until he gets it right. That’s a great quality to have for an orthodontist.  I love my teeth so it’s important to me that I go to someone who is passionate about results. Invisalign is not the cheapest thing but so worth it in my opinion. They also have great payment plans which is convenient.

Dr. Crosby has done a wonderful job with my Invisalign!  I was finished with daily sets within 6 months.  He did a few adjustments the last 6 months and I only needed to wear retainers nightly.  He took his time with me to explain the process and expectations.   He is willing to do whatever it takes to give you perfect teeth.  I recommend using him for Invisalign.

Treatment: Invisalign — Absolutely phenomenal experience! Dr. Crosby took the time to sit down with me in the very beginning during the initial consult to understand what my teeth are doing and to walk me through the entire treatment. Dr. Crosby is incredibly knowledgeable and patient in that he takes the time with every single patient, to explain the start of the treatment to the end in addition to what I can expect throughout the entire process. What an incredible Orthodontist and I couldn’t be happier that I have the opportunity to be a patient under Dr. Crosby.

Today was the second appointment our daughter has had at Dr. Crosby’s office. We drive an hour and a half to be seen at his practice in Richardson. We could not be more pleased. The staff is courteous and efficient. We are extremely happy with the care and service Dr. Crosby and his staff provide!

I got Invisalign here in 2013, and I couldn’t have been happier. Great staff. Dr. Crosby was super cool. I actually won Mavericks tickets during my time there. I paid them every month very affordable and free consultation with him. It was a great choice 100% recommend him. I still wear my retainer! Thank you.

The doctor and the staff are great. The place is very clean. My nephew had the Invisalign, and it was a quick and easy process for him. My niece has braces, and her process is amazing. She loves her smile even. I highly recommend anyone and everyone! �
