Even though this location is in a bouji area, it’s a very affordable place. You get high quality service, friendly staff, a great office, and you win awesome prizes. It’s got a cute ocean-theme  and every seat is in front of a large window. Dr.Potter is the most easy to work with. As an adult, I really was hoping I would be able to do white ceramic braces – but I thought I wouldn’t be able to afford it. Because my siblings also go here for their treatment, he was able to work with me and and even offered my choice of Invisalign or white braces for the same cost. I chose ceramic because I wanted to also fix my overbite. I was a bit antsy with my braces and wanted them off as soon as possible, and he worked with me at every request. One time, after an appointment, I ate a cheesy snack that turned my fresh bands yellow. I asked if I could come in, even though it was just a few day since I got new bands. As silly as my request was, they made room for me in their busy COVID schedule. They also have a cool, free program called Potter Pennies. For every interaction you have with them, you earn these wooden pennies- either by following them on social media, going to an appointment, wearing your free Dr. Potter shirt  (either in red or blue). I gave my pennies to my siblings (because I’m such a great sister) and they earned enough to get free AirPods, which they really really wanted. After a year and three months, my braces have come off and I’m so so happy with the results. They even let me choose what type of retainers I wanted.

I am on my second child at Dr. Potter’s office and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the office to friends/ family. Not only Dr. Potter (who is amazing by the way), the receptionist, the billing personnel and the Yorba Linda office are all great.  Parking is easy, making appointments is easy, and they never take too long to get my daughter in and out on time.  I have made appointments months in advance and when emergencies occur, they have squeezed us in on a moment’s notice.  Very accommodating, and billing on a payment plan makes everything affordable.  Definitely recommended !

We love Dr. Potter’s office! I don’t know too many kids who enjoy getting braces but I can honestly say that, because of the amazing staff at Potter Orthodontics, my daughter is loving her new look! She actually gave one staff member a hug and said “God Bless You!” after getting braces on! In a short amount of time, with the help of a pallet expander and braces, my daughter’s smile has already changed dramatically! She is on her way to a beautiful grin! The office is clean and welcoming. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Potter knows what he is doing and communicates his treatment plan extremely well. We highly recommend this office!

Dr. Potter has been my children’s orthodontist for over 5 years. He is great with the children and is very knowledgeable about new orthodontic practices. He responds to emergencies right away. I also respect that he does not try and rush any job, he does what is best for the patient even if it means the treatment is extended (that is in the best interest of the patient…I’m not sure why parents try to rush it, your kid won’t be in braces for the rest of their lives). If you paid for the quality care then take advantage of the treatment and respect the doctors decision, after all he’s the one who went to dental school. Looking forward to taking my other two children there in the future.  His prices are fair and the saying “you get what you pay for” is true.

We have two children that currently have braces put on by Dr. Potter. His staff has been amazing and helpful. Jeri was extremely informative and made our family feel very welcomed to the office. Our son was originally seen by them over a year ago and instead of rushing to put braces on, Dr. Potter suggested us waiting to see if a missing tooth would come in. I really appreciated his honesty and the fact that he looked at what was good for my son, not his pocket book. We have been very pleased with our experience and would highly recommend them!

We are so happy to have found Dr. Potter. My husband and I had pray so much and God guide us to Dr. Potter. Other dentist said that my daughter need a a lot of teeth taken out and a big procedure done and we for scared and sad to know that all of this had to be done on our 10 year old daughter. But when we found Dr. Potter he made it very simple and easy with all his experience that we didn’t think twice and we decide to stay with him. We thank God to have found such a good doctor! Our first daughter began with Dr. Potter about 8 years ago and has a beautiful smile now.  Our second daughter has had a difficult case, but Dr. Potter  has always had patience with explaining everything every step of the way. Just recently was asked if there is anything special we need to have braces off by, SENIOR PICTURES this summer.  Goal is set! Next our son is in the process of getting started.  Wouldn’t have it any other way!  Everyone in office is caring and professional. You can call and ask any questions and someone can explain what you need to know!  Love that there is two offices-Fullerton and Yorba Linda! We only go to Fullerton, but there is that option.  Was so impressed first visit with our oldest when they talked about Harry Potter. Her anxiety went out the window! Thank you everyone!.

We have two children under the care of Dr Potter’s office (one out of braces and one being prepped now for braces).  It is hard to believe our oldest has been out of braces now for 2 years & the process was truly seamless!  His appointments and course of treatment were always met with caring professionalism.  Appointments and appointment changes were easy to make and full of grace when life happened and we had to change last minute (or forgot due to an unexpectedly hectic day).  Our daughter is now under Dr. Potter’s care and we are so grateful for the staff and Dr. Potter for their continued care & consistent, genuine support! We’ve been going Dr. Potter for the last 18 months and  couldn’t ask for a better orthodontist. Beginning with the initial consultation, Dr. Potter and his staff were courteous and professional. Dr. Potter explained the process clearly and his staff provided us with the fee schedule immediately. There is never a long wait time when we arrive for appointments and the office seems to run very efficiently. Everyone is very friendly. So far the results seem to be on target. We are anxious to see the final result later this year. I can only hope the outcome is as good as the experience thus far. Would highly recommend Dr. Potter!

(This is an updated review.) So far I’ve undergone 3 invisalign trays, currently wearing my fourth one, and everything is running smooth as ever! Actually, I’m two weeks ahead of schedule. The process is still the same every time you enter the office; just go straight through the door, you’ll sign yourself in, and then wait for one of the assistants to call you to a chair. At first I was reluctant to follow this type of unconventional “sign-in” but I got over it really quick. The trick to not having to wait so long with other patients is to simply schedule your appointment to come in right after the office’s lunch hour. That way it’s nice and decently quiet without that many patients around at all! Being around teens can be so awkward.. Anyway, besides the two things which I complained about in the past in regards to the awkward waiting process and the far drive from where I live, I’ve honestly gotten over all of those little problems because the service at the office is wonderful and balances it all out. Dr. Potter knows what he’s doing, and the journey to straightening my teeth goes on!

All of my kids and myself have trusted our smile to Dr. Potter. From the point of consultation with Geri, to Dr. Potter’s bedside manner, which includes patiently taking the time to get to know his patients not only at intake, but throughout their entire orthodontic process, to payments and scheduling appointments, as well as kind and gentle staff that have worked here for years.. We recommend Dr Potter without reservation!

I am a 48 year old and just got my braces off. I am SO HAPPY! My teeth look amazing! Dr Potter is an excellent orthodontist and would certainly recommend him. Chirs is the Ortho assistant that predominantly took care of me for the year and half while getting adjustments, She is super kind and was so accommodating.  As far as the comment about a “cattle call”, I have to disagree. I have two daughters that went to another Ortho some years ago and it was the same there. Lots of kids and some adults coming in for adjustments. I would expect to wait. The staff has always been kind to me. Vivian, the insurance coordinator is so nice and enjoyed chatting with her when I made payments. The most important thing to consider is the outcome of my teeth and I am so pleased! Thanks Dr.Potter for my beautiful smile! Diane.

Dr. Potter and his team are amazing. I got braces when I was older (17 -18). Honestly, I would recommend 10/10 to anyone looking for an orthodontist. From scheduling appointments to check-ups, to perfecting your smile, tightening and making sure everything look great they did a great job. Most importantly, Dr. Potter not only cares about how your teeth are coming along, he cares about how your day is going and what your goals are in life.

Very clean, neat, welcoming place. Extremely flexible in all aspects. Doctor Potter, came from home to take care of my son, when I called, due to pain because of the braces hooks. They work together with you, making you part of the team. They have very nice “incentives” to keep kids interesting and looking forward to the next appointment. I been shopping around for more than a month in order to get the best doctor for my kids and the best deal; and, I got it! Check it for yourself!

Dr potter is very professional and  very nice to help.  My two daughters 11 years old and 9 years old have braces helped by Dr potter. The elder one , there was one canine teeth inside  which is the wrong direction beside nose.  I have been visited other dentist. They advise us to pull it out.  That’s the easiest way for dentist. but not the best way for patient.  That’s the strongest teeth in our mouth.   Finally we are lucky to get help from Dr potter. He helped us keep that teeth. Now this canine teeth comes out very strong and very pretty.  It will be straight by brace in next few months. Now I am also work brace with Dr Potter. Also the price is very reasonable. We all happy to be here and Thanks for Dr Potter’s great help.

After being a patient at Potter Orthodontics, my teeth have come a long way. Five years ago, my teeth were so crooked. One tooth was completely buck, and the one next to it was facing the opposite direction. I was referred by my cousins and have been receiving high quality treatment ever since. doctor potter helped my parents and I understand what needs to be done. The staff are very very nice to me. I loved potter orthodontics so much that I have referred 5 of my friends to their office. I 100% recommend.

These people are Amazing!!!! From Dr. Potter and Mrs. Jen all the way down the line. ( Ladies I don’t know all your name ) The receptionists and the assistants to Dr. Potter as well. Just has been an amazing experience for myself and my daughter who has the braces. If there is ANY one your considering for braces it’s this place. I would recommend this place to absolutely anyone. Amazing job guys!!!! My daughters teeth are coming out so outstanding!!!

Dr. Potter and his sweet staff have my utmost appreciation for their wonderful service to our family throughout the course of orthodontia treatment for my two kids. What I love (and appreciate) as a busy mom/business owner is that they really show respect for our time and handle all appointments in a very timely manner. The doctor has an excellent rapport with his patients and even remembers the “little details” of their lives when he sees them again. I have referred numerous friends here over the years and heard only wonderful feedback each time. Another major plus is that there are no hidden fees or charges…the amount they quote is the amount you pay. My daughter has had some unexpected setbacks in her treatment and things are taking a little longer than we all planned but Dr. Potter continues his process without concern for additional money. I am most definitely a happy member of the Dr. Potter Fan Club!.

Our experience with Dr Potter and his staff has been exceptional. They take the time to tell you what to expect up front (procedure, cost, etc) and they truly make you feel comfortable to ask any questions. Dr. Potter takes the time to address any issues and will make any adjustments to accommodate your situation. We recently had braces placed on our son but didn’t realize what an impact it would make on his ability to play the trumpet for his school band. When we contacted Dr. Potter he took our situation and made us feel like we were a priority. He was able to make some minor adjustments and now our son is able to play the trumpet to a degree that he is comfortable with. We have only been a client with Dr Potter for about a week and we are truly satisfied with their service.

My daughter Olivia just finished phase II of her treatments so that means her braces are OFF!!! We are so happy with her results!!  Her smile was worth the total investment.  She has enjoyed being a patient of Dr Potter.  He is so great with the kids he treats.  She has been with Dr Potter for six years and she has had a great experience.  As her mom I really appreciate all the personal care that went to my daughter’s treatment.  I also want to add that all his staff is fantastic.  We highly recommend Dr Potter’s orthodontic practice!!

Dr. Potter and his staff are wonderful – I cannot recommend them enough. The process begins with a consultation that includes x-rays, photographs, and the financial details. All this is done by Jeri who is just the best at what she does. When your first encounter with a business is with a compassionate, friendly, wonderful employee who, you can tell, genuinely cares about your children and you, there is no question that the company cares about customer service. Jeri is all of those things! My oldest daughter, age 14, has had braces for about a year and I can see such a difference in her teeth and mouth. Because I was so happy with how her teeth looked, I knew I wanted Dr. Potter to do the same with my youngest daughter, age 9. When she went in for her consultation, I was a bit nervous because she has always been very fearful of new things. Jeri instantly put her at ease by consoling her and letting her know exactly what she was going to do and how she was going to do it (photographs and x-rays). It was determined that she needed to get an expander before braces. Dr Potter explained the process in detail and did not rush through it at all. Sensing her unease, he actually did the first step, of putting spacers between the back teeth, himself. His calm demeanor and sensitivity to her fear was so reassuring. With every visit, patients can earn Potter’s Pennies and earn very cool rewards, even an ipad if they get enough. It’s great incentive to take care of their teeth and come to every checkup. I would highly recommend Dr. Potter!

Dr. Potter has been good to my kids.  I have a daughter almost done with braces and a son in between an expander and braces.  Dr. Potter and his staff are polite, fun to be around and take the needed time to answer any questions I have.  Moreover I never feel excluded from participating in the appointments.  If you can imagine, I have two younger daughters eager to get started. Equally important is the ability to make appointments.  They have always been flexible if I needed to reschedule and in the couple of instances where I have missed an appointment they have never charged me a missed appointment fee.  Their hours of availability cater to kids and school.  Note they are busy and for certain types of appointments you may have to book 4 to 6 weeks out.

Dr. Potter and his staff are absolutely incredible. They all treat me with so much kindness. They are professional, and still clearly care about their patients and the what they do. Every time Dr. Potter sits down with me, he explains exactly what is happening with my teeth, and makes the necessary adjustments to get them where he wants them to be…which is perfect. I love this place. I drive all the way from Long Beach just to get the work done by Dr. Potter, and I’ll tell you it’s well the worth the 40 plus minute drive. My dentist recommended him, and she was spot on with her recommendation. For braces, Dr. Potter and his amazing staff are who you want to see. Hands down.

Went in for a consultation and realized that there was no need to continue to shop around. Jerry was very informative about what to expect and she had such a sweet demeanor with my sons. Dr. Potter’s bedside manner is impeccable! He is very polite and I loved the fact that he made my son feel very important! After introducing himself, he took much time getting to know my 10 year old son’s interests. He explained everything in great detail and allowed my son to be proactive in his treatment. I was informed that only he makes adjustments for the braces, which puts me at ease since he will definitely know his patient. My son is thrilled to get his braces!.
