I have been a patient of Dr. Sangid for about 7 year now and I have never had any problems with him or his staff. They are all very kind people who and always treated me and my family well whenever we come in, and giving us free samples after every cleaning. He is a great doctor who genuinely cares about his patients. My husband was having a lot of pain on the right side of his mouth one day, and when we called to schedule an appointment he was completely booked up for that day and the next but was kind of to see him during his lunch break.

Amazing stuff, they were very helpful. I called Dr Sangid for the first time with throbbing pain . I got an appointment early the next day . What I thought was regular pain because of an infection turned out to be a badly needed root canal(something I kind off New from before but ignored.)he showed me the XRays , explained everything to me in details and proceeded to do the work to relive the pain. He was gentle yet moved fast. The procedure took 30 mints . I need to follow up for completion and a crown , but without the pain and any discomfort. Few dentist in my lifetime have impressed me with their work and gentleness as Dr Sangid. I would highly recommend him. Especially if you have a fear of dentistry like I do(did). I’ve read some of the negative reviews of Dr Ronny Sangid’s office but my experience has been nothing but positive. I’ve been a patient of Dr Ronny for almost 20 years. I started out with the bother, Dr Maher. You don’t stay around that long if a doctor/dentist is providing poor service and has a poor attitude to boot. There are too many options out there to put up with that. I’ve never experienced rudeness from neither Dr Ronny nor Dr Maher. From the dental assistants to Jackie (she may be the office manager not sure), they all conduct themselves in a professional manner. They are polite, patient, caring, and considerate of your time. If I’m on time for my appointment, I’m not sitting in the waiting area too long before being seen. Did I mention that the office environment is kept tidy and clean. In the last 15 or so years that I’ve been Dr Ronny’s patient; his work has been/is excellent. I have no complaints nor have I had any problems after a procedure was performed outside the regular mouth soreness, which is to be expected. I can keep going on but I’ll conclude by saying Drs Ronny and Maher Sangid are outstanding dentists. They will even try to work out a payment plan for the dental work if your insurance doesn’t cover it all. Dr. Ronny Sangid is the best dentist I have every been to! For as long as I can remember I have had significant issues with my teeth. I have gone to numerous dentists! I have been with Dr. Ronny Sangid for almost 4 years! He is awesome. He is honest, helpful, and truly does a great job because he loves what he does-which nowadays I don’t see much. He always helps me as far as what issues I should take care of first as far as urgency as well as taking into consideration my financial expenses. He is so honest and has such great work ethics. I am very pleased with the level of service and patience that this office has demonstrated. I went to Dr Ronny Sangid because he was recommended from my brother (who also is a patient of his). I was very please with the professional service of the staff and Dr. Sangid. My crown had broken and I needed to have it replaced. The assistant (fedra) took my impression and explained the ENTIRE process to me(from start to finish). I haven’t felt as comfortable in a dentist’s chair as I have while in the presence of Fedra(she was amazing). I was pleased from the point of sitting in the chair to handing my credit card to the office manager (Jackie).My crown is a prefect fit/look and I can smile again. Dr. Ronny put the smile back into my life which is everything when your job is to work with the public. Overall I would recommend Dr. Sangid and his office to anyone that expect great service and a level of professionalism that is the expectation and not just the standard.
