Finally taking the time to praise this place . Last Saturday I had an incident that I will not get into details and those guys have saved me. They serve me right away ! When I called – I asked If i could come – and they excepted me that moment. When I explained my problem – unlike other places – they went straight to the point ! No x rays (not really needed in my case ) and didn’t give my a price from their a$$! Service was nice – very nice place and fancy – dr Samira (I think it was her name) and Olga – her assistant were amazingly kind and nice and worked really fast and very profesional . Very updated place with a great service – will definitely come back with my husband and child ! You guys are awesome ! Thank you !

I decided to give this new dental office a try for my regular cleaning last month. I chose it mostly because the location was convenient and I could get an appointment at a time that was convenient for me. But when I got to the office I was really impressed. The office was comfortable and relaxing. All of the equipment was new and state-of-the-art. The staff were friendly and took their time to make sure I was comfortable. I definitely recommend this dental office.

Literally still here. EASILY the BEST care we have ever received. Staff is kind, caring, and accommodating, not to mention FAST. We will be returning for all our dental needs. (Affordable also!)

I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Sareen! She is an exceptional professional and has done excellent work on my teeth. I’m happy to say that after a long search for a qualified dentist – I have found the one! The doctor and team of highly qualified professionals are a joy to work with.

I had two wisdom teeth extracted here two weeks ago. I found them by looking up “wisdom tooth removal” on Google, and East Market Dental showed up on the ad banners at the top. They were running a promotion for new patients that do not have dental insurance. I was able to get all of the information I needed and make the appointment by email, never having to pick up the phone or go in person. The receptionist was prompt and kind in our email threads – she replied to all of my emails within minutes. For perspective, I reached out to five places and East Market Dental was the first to get back to me and the only ones that didn’t ask me to come in or call to give me more information or discuss prices. I like the pricing to be open, honest, and up front without hidden fees, and that is what I got; what I was told by email matched what I was charged. My final bill for the entire process (including every consultation, post-consultation medicine, etc.) for the two wisdom tooth extractions in one session was around $940 (your fees may differ because I did this taking advantage of the promotion). I asked to do the initial consultation/X-ray and extraction all in one go and the process took a bit under two hours in total. The office is located in a really great/calm area in Fairfax. Inside, the place is clean, new/modern, and organized. During all of my time at the office, I was surrounded by two or three people giving me full attention and listening carefully to my concerns/background. When I got to the surgery room, I was told the seat I was on had settings for heating and massage. They offered me juice since I had not had breakfast in the morning. It seemed that they had communicated all of my information and preferences in between themselves while I was not around and were already prepared when I arrived. The surgeon that did the extractions was knowledgeable, confident, and professional, so throughout the surgery I felt safe that she knew exactly what she was doing. During surgery, under Nitrous Oxide gas sedation (laughing gas), I felt relaxed – the gas makes you feel comfortable, and it wares off soon after the gas mask is removed, so I was able to drive back home. I was concerned about my gagging reflex since I tend to do this a lot when dentists reach the back of my mouth, but that actually never happened. I kept my eyes closed throughout most of the procedure, so I never saw any blood or teeth, and the extraction was gentle. After the surgery I was getting worried about the bleeding not stopping because it starts being a concern after 24 hours at which point you should call the office – but it ceased within ~20 hours. I was able to stop taking the pain medication (Ibuprofen) within 3 days because I did not feel any pain. Some stitches on my more troubling wisdom tooth side limited my jaw movement because they pulled my inner cheek, but my jaw movement returned within the week. They schedule a short follow-up appointment two weeks after the surgery to make sure that everything went well (it is included in the price of the removal so there were no surprises there, and since the appointment is short, they give you plenty of freedom to choose the exact scheduling time). Once again, I was treated with kindness, respect, and given lots of attention by multiple staff members trying to address every one of my concerns before I even asked anything. They will probably give you a syringe to spray/clean the stitches (note that the stitches will accumulate food and will start to give off smell should you not clean them – so make sure to do the salt water rinses they recommend and you will notice lots of leftover food coming out). Today, 16 days later, I am eating any foods I want to and having no problems at all, I am just about back to normal. Between the professional and caring/kind staff, the great amount of attention they gave me, the fact that I basically did not feel any pain at all, and the really great atmosphere, I cannot say enough nice things about this place.

So glad I found Dr. Sareen. East Market Dental has a friendly staff and the most updated equipment. I have a really bad gagging issue and they even have a gel for my issue. I am definitely happy I found them.

Wonderful atmosphere in the waiting room and in the procedure area. Employees are also very professional and sensitive to your needs. East Market Dental also grants the Groupon they have advertised. What was a little over $6,000 for invisalign came out only a little over $4,000 with the Groupon. I love this place! They also grant PPO insurance.
