Going back to the dentist after my dentist had retired was a little scary for me. The minute I walked into the Edgewood Dental in Edgewood Town Center office I felt so much better from the front desk experience to the easy feeling I got when I was in the chair. I felt so comfortable and know that I am in the best hands.  I am so very happy that Edgewood Dental was recommended to me. Everything went so very easy and I will be happy to go back anytime that I need anything done, because I know they are amazing and will take care of me.  I feel so very lucky to have found such a great dentist office!!

Very well-run and convenient dental clinic next to Edgewood Towne Centre. I had my first appointment this month and they were very helpful with scheduling, appointment reminders, etc. They have Covid protocols in place to limit capacity but they communicate well to get you in on time and without having to wait outside your car. The hygienist was friendly and helpful in explaining my x-rays. The cleaning was pretty quick too but I didn’t feel like it was rushed. The dentist only spent a couple minutes with me and seemed. hurried (he was the only one on staff at the time) but I didn’t have anything major to look over. The office interior is clean and fresh.

No one likes the dentist in fact one could say that the dentist terrifies me. I have this memory of getting my first filling and kicking the dentist while in the chair and then fast forward later I met a dentist who didn’t know how to numb me completely and discovered that mid procedure. One can see why I have issues with stepping foot into a dental office but these guys are different. They know no one loves the dentist and they embrace that by trying to make you as comfy as possible. From the moment you step foot in the door and you notice they offer you drinks (of the non alcoholic type) and with little gestures like giving you their cell phone number after a procedure makes you realize that they care about you and not just your money. They didn’t sugar coat things for me but they also assured me that I was in good hands. I’ve never had a dentist allow me to listen to my headphones during the procedure or work with me to ensure that they could fit in my schedule. For the first time I have a dental office that I can trust and form a relationship with.

Always a great experience. Even during these times during the epidemic. Edgewood Dental sends a confirmation to your phone. You’re promptly responded to. The staff is great. From the front desk to doctors.. Everyone is so warm and welcoming. The facility is well kept and clean, from the entrance to the dentist chairs and everything in between. I’ve been going here for years and I plan to for years to come.

I’ve been going to this dentist for 10 years. I take my daughter here as well. The establishment is clean. Everyone is very professional and attentive. They do a wonderful job of educating and cleaning my teeth. Not to mention, I’ve never had to wait more than 2 minutes past my appointment time to be called back. I’m not going anywhere else!

I am so amazed at how amazing this dental office is!  They are so nice and professional and the office is immaculate!  The staff explained everything (including insurance coverage) thoroughly.  I didn’t need to come back for a second appointment – they took care of my cavity on that same day.  In the past, I’ve had an examination and then another appointment in a week or two to get the tooth fixed.  I am very pleased that I switched to Edgewood Dental.

I HATED the dentist… until now.  I found this place on yelp and It’s honestly changed my opinion of dentistry forever.  The staff is incredibly friendly, the parking is convenient, and the facility is clean and beautiful.  At my former dentist, my teeth would be scraped and scaled forever during cleanings – not here.  They have the latest tools to make even a mundane tooth cleaning pain free and very pleasant.  I’m recommending this place to everyone I know.

I usually hate going to the dentist, but everyone at Edgewood Dental is so kind, welcoming and friendly. I’m immediately put at ease. The hygienists walk you through every step of your visit and explain everything they are doing step by step. I never thought I’d mind getting my teeth cleaned, much less enjoy it. I recommend this practice to all my friends and neighbors! Thank you!

I have been a patient of Dr. Brown’s for many years. He is dedicated to continuing to learn and implement the latest dental techniques.  His office is modern, friendly, and convenient.  His staff is the best office staff I have ever encountered in any type of office anywhere!  They are second to none!

My family and I have been working with Dr Brown and his staff for over  ten years. For the last several years,Marcie has done a wonderful job handling my cleanings. Couldn’t say enough positive about their professionalism, wonderful service, courteous scheduling and state of the art facilities, never had to wait. When one of my daughters needed extensive work done, I didn’t hesitate to have Dr. Brown do the work and he did a great job. Finally, I have worked with many other dentists over the years and I would put the team among the very best.
