As a former patient I am very satisfied with my experience. The staff is great with making appointments fast and very efficient. I once broke a wire off and they had me come in the very next day which was a lifesaver. The overall atmosphere is very nice, and the view from the chair is gorgeous. I am very pleased with my experience and would recommend to everyone. A little bit of a drive from Minneapolis but totally worth it.

Highly recommend. Great nurses, great doc’s and great front office staff. My son was recommended to this office by our dentist. He went for consultations every 6 months for three years before they said he was ready for braces. All free. They also saw my daughter and said she did not need braces! (Like going to a car shop and being told your car was just fine as is – a wonderfully rare event!) After many consultations, they put braces on my son and have been easy to schedule appointments, easy to fit in for emergency adjustments. Good at making a painful process, both for the mouth and the pocketbook, as painless as possible.

This orthodontist is great! After growing up in braces, I hadn’t had my retainers adjusted in years. The office was very friendly and found me an appointment very quickly. The doctor adjusted my retainer, cleaned it and explained all of my options before proceeding to replacing my very old retainer with a new one. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Braces can be very expensive and Edina Ortho really took the time to work with our family in coming up with an affordable payment plan that worked within our budget. Dr. Steve and his team do amazing work and they always do there best to make sure that you leave satisfied! I went threw more than one round of braces as a child and put up a fit (mainly because my mother is the one that was putting them on I am sure…ha) they delt with me up until I had enough. The doctor was very professional and answered all my questions before the procedure. When I started, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. They also provide all the cleaning and maintenance items you’ll need and walk you through on how to use them. Their scheduling is very flexible and they’ll do what they can to accommodate your timing for each of your appointments. Overall, it’s a great place for orthodontics treatment if you’re considering it.

I couldn’t be happier with Dr. Colby and his staff! They are all always very friendly, caring, personable, and professional. I knew I could trust him after our consultation meeting. I came to him with research that I knew was done by doctors on their personal time with their patients, studies that were not federally funded, so I knew that my issues were not something that he could say would for sure be fixed by correcting my teeth. When I told him my findings he told me, I cannot tell you that this will fix your other health issues, but I have heard and seen it work for other patients. It will be a something that we can try and pray it helps you as well. When discussing my orthodontic plan, he did not want to pull and teeth and found that I was congenitally missing 2 teeth. In the past other orthodontists wanted to pull several teeth and never mentioned that I was born without some teeth. I knew he was the right ortho for me after leaving that day. Its been 2 years and the braces come off in a few weeks. I gave Dr. Colby a challenge and he more than succeeded. As for cost, being in Edina, I was concerned it would be on the super high end, but in the end it was actually much less then I was expecting, less than I had been quoted at other places. This was overwhelmingly pleasing because I would be getting no help from insurance. They also offer payment plans and discounts for various payment options. I would recommend Dr. Coby in a heartbeat!

Overall, I have enjoyed my experience at edina orthodontics. The staff have been friendly and did a very good job explaining what they were doing and how I should properly care for my teeth. Scheduling appointments was always a breeze, and the free wifi and waiting room area are very nice. I only have one small gripe. The last time I went in, I just had a quick retainer check up. I came in on time and ended up waiting a very long time though, about 20-25 minutes for something that only took 15 minutes. This was a little bit disappointing.

We have been very happy with our service. Both of our kids are in braces at the same time which is a lot to manage. Staff have been flexible and accommodating with scheduling. We have also appreciated their willingness to provide a payment plan system which made the cost of having two in braces at the same time manageable. Staff are friendly and nice and any time we have asked for updates from the orthodontists they have been more then happy to talk with us. The care seems well thought out and through. We have been extremely pleased and highly recommend.
