If you’re looking for an excellent dental practice, you just found it!
We were forced to change dentists, after our dentist of 25 yrs retired. We tried 2 other dentists and just weren’t impressed but then Dr. Eli was recommended to us…woo-hoo! She is personable, professional, skilled, and gentle. She just completed a crown for me and I was very pleased w/her technique (numbing was a breeze), she confirmed I was remaining comfortable throughout the work, and even personally called me (didn’t ask her staff to do it) the following day, to check on me. Her hygenist, Gina, is fabulous with teeth cleanings, very gentle, and has a sweet personality. ‘B’ who is the person behind the warm smile that greets you when you arrive, is so helpful w/insurance questions and scheduling appointments. Our family feels very fortunate to have found this dental practice and you will too!

(…)(The day of my appointment came and I was the first client of the day. As I waited in the very comfortable waiting room, Dr. Eli came in toting a load of Smart and Final goodies, but stopped and took the time to introduce herself. She could have done it 10 minutes later during the appointment, and I wouldn’t thought anything of it. But she didn’t.
The appointment was great!
She sings and hums when she works which is pleasant in and of itself, but it tells me that she is confident in herself and happy in her life. That’s good for me, good for her staff, good for everyone involved.
I won’t go into the specifics of the exam because that wouldn’t be interesting to anybody but me and possible her, but it suffices to say that I have a fair amount of knowledge about dental structure and anatomy and diseases of the mouth and rather than “blow me off” for not being a “professional” both she and David the hygienist spoke with respect, and incorporated my knowledge into the discussion of my future dental care.
Dr. Eli and her staff make “a trip to the dentist” a truly pleasurable experience! I have no idea how big their clientele is, but the treated everybody that came into the office while I was their like they were family.

Absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in the door I was immediately captivated by the serene ambiance and positive energy in the room. Dr. Eli and her assistant Betty greeted me by name almost immediately upon entering, and without a wait, guided me to the room and proceeded with a thorough examination. The interview process was pleasant and humorous. They showed a genuine interest in getting to know me and making me comfortable. The professionalism and thorough attention to detail surpassed all my expectations and they were very receptive to my every need. I never knew this level of customer service even existed! Seriously, were else can you go and listen to Pandora radio in a peaceful environment while your Dentist sings as she’s working? It’s not often I come across such caring people that put their heart and souls into their work in order to make a difference in people’s lives. Best dentist ever! I’ve had a lot of dental work done over the years, due to trauma to the teeth 20 years ago. Dr. Eli put veneers and a crown on most of my upper teeth recently, and they are perfect. I had an amazing experience with Dr. Eli and her wonderful staff! The office is beautiful and pristine clean. The staff is super friendly and welcoming and I did not have to wait for anything. B, the receptionist, is sweet and cheerful and will help you with any questions about appointments, insurance, etc. They do their best to make you feel comfortable the entire time. I got to pick what music to listen to and was also given a warm neck pillow! Dr. Eli is kind and extremely gentle and does excellent work. My cleaning was done by David, the dental hygienist, and it was the best and most painless cleaning of my life! He is very gentle and very funny! I would recommend this office to all of my friends and family and cannot imagine ever going anywhere else.

This post is long over due but I wanted to share my amazing experience with Dr. Jennifer Eli. I am probably the most terrified person of dentists to the point where it’s RIDICULOUS! I just have had unfavorable encounters with dentists and I am always In search of the perfect dentist and I found Dr. Eli through a friend that happens to be her dental hygienist, David. (Who is excellent at his job btw). Everyone in the office is so nice, caring and thoughtful. I felt super comfortable each time I visited which was several times or more because I haven’t been to the dentist in a long time due to my FEAR! But there was nothing to worry about. Dr. Eli was gentle and took care of what needed to be fixed.
I highly recommend Eli Family Dentistry as one of the BEST dentists I have ever been to and I have been to a lot! I am actually excited for my 6 month teeth cleaning coming up in June. Thank you to the staff and Dr. Eli for your excellent work and customer care!

(…)I had an issue with a tooth for almost 5 years. Originally one dentist filled it then 2 years later another dentist crowned it. Both dentists could hear what I was saying but neither of them listened to me nor did they want to swallow their pride and do the work over. When I went to Dr. Eli, she listened to everything I was saying and suggested it might be the filling under the crown causing the problem since my bite had already been adjusted numerous times. She removed the filling and put on a new crown and voila`, I could chew without pain on the right side of my mouth for the first time in five years! She is awesome!! She is also great with kids and does beautiful cosmetic dentistry as well. My kids love her and she gave me two very natural looking veneers on the bottom front that match my other teeth beautifully. So grateful to have Dr. Eli as a dentist and I recommend her to everyone I know.

This review is long overdue. Sorry about that. Anyway, this is one of the best Dentist I have ever been. Dr. Jennifer Eli is so fast and sharp (diligent). It is the first time I had a crown replaced so fast and so accurate. I did not need any adjustment. Even my temporary lasted well over 3-4 weeks (since I could not make the next appointment due to family crisis). it felt like the real thing. My Hygienist, Brenda, helped me with my teeth-cleaning habit. She treated my teeth as if they were her teeth! She is a real motivator. The receptionist Miss. B makes you so warm and welcome. Acutally even after the first visit they already know my name as if they have known me for years. it is a real ‘Family’ dentistry. I moved here about a little over a year ago from Murrieta. I used to drive back to Murrieta since I was afraid to change my Dentist for 30 years. I am so lucky I found Dr. Eli. Now I don’t have to drive to Murrieta. Thank you Dr. Eli.

They provide an immaculate, friendly, and comfortable atmosphere where you can have confidence that you will be well taken care of. The receptionist, B, is delightful and she even offered to bring me a warm pillow and a blanket while I waited. David, the hygienist, gave me the best dental cleaning I have EVER had! They really treat you like family here, and not to mention are extremely quick and efficient in getting work done. I had a filling and was in and out within like 40 minutes tops. I saw the Doctor and she went over my health history, took x-rays, and began my cleaning. She explained things to me in a way that actually made sense. She offered great answers to my questions about better cleaning habits and general dental concerns. Dr. Eli . also discovered a few minor fillings which she fixed the following week. A family member referred me to Dr. Eli. It’s difficult to find a dentist one can trust and feel comfortable with, but Dr. Eli was friendly from the beginning and answered all of my questions. She listened to my concerns and provided me with tips for better brushing so my lower teeth and gums stay healthy. Her staff was also patient and made great effort to ensure my small mouth did not endure pain during the x-rays. The office was clean and felt very calming. My husband and I recently had to change dentists because of insurance. I was ok with our previous dentist, but glad we had to switch. Dr. Eli has a wonderful staff and I love the feel I got while I was there. My visit over all was very relaxing, educational, and fun. Yes, I said fun. They play whatever music You want to listen to and had me relaxed the whole time. I was lucky to not need much in the way of scraping because I use a Sonicare toothbrush and I actually floss. Anyway, I would recommend calling in for an appointment with the wonderful people at Dr. Eli’s office.

Jennifer Eli, DMD received her dental degree in 2002 from Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. She furthered her education in a one year General Practice Residency at St. John's Mercy Medical Center in St. Louis, MO. Dr. Eli moved to California in 2004 with her husband , a local orthodontist, to bring her love of dentistry and people to the city of Lake Forest and surrounding areas. Jennifer Eli, DMD has been practicing dentistry for over ten years. This office a new location for Dr. Eli, and we are accepting new patients at this time. We look forward to building our family of patients in the wonderful city of Lake Forest and surrounding cities of Mission Viejo, Foothill Ranch, and Laguna Hills and other surrounding cities. Our business specializes in general dentistry for the entire family.
