The staff was very quick about getting my husband in for an emergency visit. Once he was there the process of pulling the tooth became quite the challenge for Dr. Bhui but he treated my husband with care and compassion. After 2 1/2 hours the tooth finally came out. I recently moved to Vancouver and needed to find a new dentist. In my first attempt I found one, went in and felt right away like I was going through on a conveyor belt like George Jetson. They wanted to sell me a new head. I told my wife I would not be returning there. She found Elite and I am very happy with them. They told me what I needed without trying to sell me the Brooklyn Bridge and more importantly, what I did not need. I feel like a person in there instead of product. I highly recommend that if you need ANY work done, get a consultation from them, if only to get a second opinion. They are very professional without sacrificing their humanity.

While this isn’t a “kid-centered” office, he was very calm and assured with my tending to high anxiety child. She has had to have many appointments for medical things so any dr visit is high anxiety for her. She tends to get quiet and he seemed to understand she just needed him to chit chat at her and she would be ok. He was so good about pulling me out of the room to ask questions and listened to me when I asked him to ask her what she wanted/needed. We will be back

I called to make an appointment out of the blue and primarily picked Elite because accepted my insurance and are open on Saturdays which is a huge plus for me! I was booked an appointment right away for my wisdom teeth that had been bugging me forever. The receptionist told me he would do the extraction and everything that day, I didn’t really believe it as I thought it would take a lot longer but she reassured me again before hanging up. When  I got to my appointment I told the receptionist that I had some anxiety and asked they could use nitrous oxide and she said no problem. After I got xrays I sat down to wait and was really nervous. Dr. Buhi numbed me up and talked to me the whole time reassuring me that if I thought positive the outcome would be positive and that if I felt anything to let him know by raising my hand right away. Once he got started on my wisdom teeth it felt like it only took maybe 5 minutes and I didn’t feel any pain at all. Through the procedure he kept asking me if I was okay and making jokes which made me feel more comfortable. He is a great Dr. and I can see that he truly cares. The staff is great and I have been back for a second treatment and had the same experience. The assistants are sweet, funny and caring. I will be going back for all my treatments and am glad I found this Dentist! Dr. Buhi also went out of his way to fix my two front teeth, one of which was broken and the other just didn’t match. He did a wonderful job and I feel a little more comfortable smiling with my teeth now. 🙂

I cannot begin to express the gratitude for the care my husband received. After an agonizing night of tooth pain I called the office at 8:30 am on a very busy Friday. They were able to fit my husband in, between other scheduled patients, and saved his tooth with a root canal within a few hours of my call. Aside from their kindness of fitting him in on emergency, the staff gave us the best customer service. They often updated me on his progress as I sat in the waiting room, which they didn’t have to do. He’s now free of pain for the first time in weeks, on antibiotics and with a very reasonable price. I called in last minute and they brought me back almost instantly because I was in pain. I had to get two wisdom teeth pulled and a cavity filled. After the doctor examined me and gave me all the disclosures and risks, and my insurance covered the entire procedure. Luckily they were able to check my insurance even though it was past closing time . The procedure was a success; even though my wisdom teeth were deep in my jaw it and was a difficult procedure. They didn’t give up even though it was close to 9pm! I hardly had any swelling afterwards, the doctor gave me all the information and prescriptions to help me with a quick recovery. He checked up on me that night, and even the next morning and had me come in for a check up the next day even though they were closed! The staff there is extremely friendly and professional would recommend to friends and family.

Amazing! Dr. Bhui preformed a root canal on me. I do work in this field, but just because I do, doesn’t mean that I Don’t have anxiety about it. I hate letting people in my mouth, especially knowing what they’re doing. Dr. Bhui knew this, and helped to ease me through. I chose to have him IV sedate me. It went way better than I imagined! It was over before I knew it! I was a little sore afterwards, as I expected but Dr. Bhui called and asked me how I was doing and made sure everything was fine. I would definitely recommend him to someone who has anxiety, or anyone for that matter! All you have to do is tell him you’re nervous about it and he’ll go over different treatment options to help make it a pleasant and even mind easing experience.

I had alot of work to get done on my front teeth. I was about to lose my left front tooth due to a deep cavity. I walked in there and I haven’t been to the dentist in 15 years. From what I remember I hated going to the dentist. The staff was super nice and helpful. They did 4 fillings on my front teeth saving them in only about 20 mins time. They look absolutely phenomenal. Brand new looking. They also take state health insurance (Molina) if you have any emergency dental problems or cosmetic dental problems these guys are your best bet. It only took me about a week to get seen compared to month long waits at other places. All around a good Experience. I got my smile back and that’s worth a million bucks.

The worst part was the numbing shots but after that it was totally painless. I definitely felt a little silly for being so scared. My daughter had to have all 4 wisdom teeth removed. She has never had so much as a cavity before so was very apprehensive. Dr. Bhui and his staff were excellent. He guided my daughter through the procedure expertly and compassionately. His speed was mind numbing yet technique adroit and within minutes had all four teeth out and her in relief.  She had never before had the numbing experience of Novocain. Dr. Bhui took the time to help her take her first dose of ibuprofen before we left the office and provided both written and oral instructions for post op care and a prescription for pain medication if needed that kept her pain to a minimum and healing without a hitch. No dry socket thanks to his guidance.  His follow-up contact to ensure she was recovering well due to her anxiety was so appreciated and showed a dedication to his patient’s experience that was exceptional. Without hesitation, we will be back if ever we need his services again and recommend his office without reservation.

The Dr. and staff at Elite are great. I had my first experience Apr. 2014, broke a filling and had just moved here and Dr. Bhui was able to see me the same day and repair the filling and my ins. covered it, Fantastic. Also broke my tooth in August, he got me in ASAP told me it needed a crown, and fit me with a temp immediately, then finished the job once the permanent crown was made. Also had a cleaning done recently and everything was great. The Dr. always asks if there is any pain during the procedure and if so will address the issue immediately. I gave them 5 stars because they deserve it, Emergency procedures done the same day on a brand new patient, twice!  and the fact that they are concerned about the quality of the visit and the outcome of the visit, speaks volumes about the practice.

I have a huge fear of dentists and unfortunately for me I had taken a fall which caused a couple of teeth to break.  I knew they had to be removed.  I did not want to return to the previous dental clinic I had been to, so I was in search for a new dentist.  When your dental insurance is pretty sad regarding coverage (don’t misunderstand I am grateful to have insurance) many dentist will not be participating providers.  The area of the broken teeth became very painful, so my search for a new dentist became a priority.  I called 25+ dentist and dental clinics to be told they are not a participating provider or never received a call back after leaving a message.  When I called Elite Dentistry I had this wonderfully pleasant lady say “yes we can schedule you an appointment”.  To my surprise the appointment was for the next day.  My appointment was yesterday (6/30/15).  Dr. Bhui made me feel comfortable and continually asked how I was doing.  He work very efficiently and from my experience quickly which I am thankful for.  The longer I have to keep my mouth open the more fear I will experience.  The staff was wonderful!  I sincerely appreciate that I was sent home with gauze so I have it to change the dressing and not have to go to the store to buy it after the dentist.  I sincerely appreciate the compassion, dignity and respect I received from Dr. Bhui and his staff.  Thank you

Dr. Bhui is knowledgeable, friendly, caring and all around excellent dentist. He explains things well and is very thorough. To be honest, this has to one of the best experience I have had with my teeth. Being the teenager I am honestly, anxiety is what breaks me down the most. I went into the office and saw the lovely atmosphere. The receptionist was very welcoming and did not make me feel as if I was in a dentistry office. I’m not a a real big fan on going to the dentist, especially when I was skeptical about getting my wisdom tooth pulled. I knew that would most likely would be the case, getting it pulled out. I called Elite Dentistry and got an appointment the same day. I wasn’t planning on getting it pulled that day because I had work the next day but Dr. Bhui made me feel so comfortable in the chair. He made sure I didn’t feel anything, and before I knew it he asked if I felt any pain and I said no, within 30 seconds Dr. Bhui said, “Your tooth is out.” I couldn’t believe it! Its the next day I’m at work now and I’m not swollen or in pain. Dr. Bhui and his assistant Jen are an awesome team! I’m actually looking forward to future treatment at this office. Finally, I have my teeth fixed! I just finished getting all my fillings yesterday. After years of delaying care while I tried to find a good dentist I could afford, Dr. Bhui helped me make plan to address my many issues: deep cavities, cracked teeth, and fillings that had fallen out. I hate being in the dentists chair; the longer I sit in the waiting room and “the chair”, the more and more anxious and fearful of pain I get. That’s why I loved how fast was in and out the door. I was seen quickly, numbed fully, and drilled’n’filled very efficiently–no messing around. Dr. Bhui and the staff are also friendly, compassionate, and want to make sure your needs are fully met. I don’t know if I’ll ever call going to the dentist “fun”, but this is the least unpleasant experience I’ve had… and when you’re talking about going to a dentist, that’s high praise indeed 😉
