Having braces can be a difficult and painful process, especially when you wait until you’re in your 30s! Dr. Faust made every part of the process so easy and as painless as possible. Before I knew it the 2 years was up and after being insecure and self-conscious about my smile my entire life, I now get compliments on how straight my teeth are all the time. Can’t say enough nice things about Dr. Faust and the staff here. Very laid back and friendly atmosphere that would make me look forward to going for my monthly appointments. Can’t imagine it being any easier.

Elite Orthodontics has changed the way I see my face, yes, I said that- and the one thing that is for sure, is that you’re never too old to get braces! I was 29 when I started my treatment (I’m near the end now), and boy, it has been a great journey! Dr. Faust is not only an excellent orthodontist but also a great teacher when it comes to caring for your mouth. As weird as this may sound, I feel like I get the big-sister kind of care and, it’s so comforting to see her, every time! She and her staff never fail to exceed my expectations-from helping me with financial arrangements to accommodating my student and professional schedule. Well, this was my second round of braces. I worked in dental so I already know how things can go, the pitch, upsell, etc. I was so happy that it was an easy experience. For awhile I was looking for an orthodontist that I liked. After several failed attempts I found Dr.Faust. OMG she is the best!!! I have been going to her since March and I am still happy with my service. I NEVER waited more than a few minutes to see her. She is extremely patient, gentle on your teeth, and understanding of any issues you may have. She has great “bedside manner” if you will. The staff is professional and provides great service. Her rates are affordable and she is willing to work with you financially to meet your needs.The office is small but quaint. The only negative thing I could possibly think of is the building stinks. Its a very old building so it has that old moldy book smell but recently I haven’t felted it so all is well.

Who knew going to your orthodontist would be such a delight! The staff along with Dr. Faust are always so pleasant. I’ve never had to wait to be seen. Appointments are very easy to make although they are open only on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. I highly recommend coming here for any form of orthodontic care. Everything was greatly explained to me and i felt so at ease about the whole treatment. Now i cant stop smiling and i am in love with my smile. 🙂

I have recently completed my orthodontic treatment at Elite Ortho with Dr. Faust, and I cannot recommend her enough for anyone who needs braces or wants a beautiful smile. I needed orthodontic treatment due to an oral surgery, and I ended up with Dr. Faust, who was recommended by my surgeon at the time as someone who was experienced with coordinating the ortho treatment with the surgery. The elevator in the building may be slow in getting to the penthouse, where the office is, but once you are there, you would feel welcomed. Dr. Faust is very patient and knowledgable, and the staff at the office is very friendly; it feels like you are visiting a friend instead of going for a dental appointment!! The fees are reasonable compared to other orthodontists in the same area, if not better, and there are no hidden fees. They are always willing to work out a financial plan and appointment schedule with you the best they could. Even after the braces are removed, Dr. Faust would continue to see you for a period of time to make adjustments to your retainer as needed and provide feedback on maintenance. All in all, if you are looking for hassel free and professional service, Elite Ortho is the place for you.

Reasonable and perfect service. Everyone who concerned about braces should come here. My previous dentist said my daughter’s brace probably cost more than $7000 because of her teeth but I found here. Total cost is $4500 and my insurance Cigna deductive is $2000, so $2500 total I have to pay and they have plan $250 per month. Dr. Faust and all staffs are so nice and explain honestly. My daughter’s braces just start. I have to take her here every month for 2 years. I am satisfied because I can see her beautiful teeth after 2 years.

Well, I can tell you getting braces isn’t exactly fun at any age, and I was no exception. But I actually looked forward to my visits to Elite Ortho. The staff, including Dr. Faust, are incredibly warm and helped calm my anxieties. I had been wanting braces my whole life and finally got up the nerve (and finances) in my mid-40s. I have a small mouth and had some pretty severe overlapping teeth as well as periodontal issues. Dr. Faust worked with my periodontist and actually gave me a beautiful set of teeth in less time than she initially estimated! Dr. Faust also works with clients to set up a payment plan to make that part a little less difficult. My only small complaint was that in the beginning of my treatment, I didn’t feel like I knew what Dr. Faust was doing, nor what to expect. So if you have questions, make sure to speak up. I have received so many compliments and feel I can smile openly for the first time in my life!

I was referred to Dr Faust by my dentist for braces to close a space between my teeth. I think my dentist wanted me to get actual braces but I knew I wanted Invisalign. I was skeptical initially that the Invisalign would do as good a job as the regular braces but I was determined not to have any wires. Well Dr. Faust did a wonderful job and guided me through the process and we were done on time and with great results. The staff is really friendly and accommodating and the billing was extremely clear and accurate. I highly recommend Dr. Faust for her expertise but also the entire practice for courtesy, warmth, clear billing, and just an overall great experience.

I went to Dr. Faust for braces. I had braces as a teen but my bite became misaligned over the years due to not wearing my retainer (wear your retainer, kids!) I have what I would consider high maintenance teeth, as well as some general dental anxiety, and she listened to my every concern with patience as we worked to fix my bite. We didn’t quit until I was completely satisfied with my new bite and smile. Also have to give a shoutout to her staff, who are some of the kindest people around.

Dr. Faust is a complete professional! Her bedside manner as well as the manner of her staff is comforting and assuring. I appreciate the time taken to show myself and my children the office space, and the transparency of her practice. Its a great way of showing that the entire staff is there to empower you with information, so as to hopefully ease your mind (or that of your children-wink). Albeit the idea of having to provide braces for possibly both our children, we could not imagine going through this process with anyone else.
