I got all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed a week ago with Dr. Ellis. The surgery was over in around half an hour and my recovery has been pretty smooth. He was informative in my consultation with him. On the day, they were running behind but the team there was just amazing. When I got into the surgery room the anesthesiologist was kind and so were the nurses. I am so glad to have this over and done with, and I absolutely believe it is healing so well because of how talented he is.

If I could give this practice more stars I would. They are very efficient. From consultation, scheduling, to the procedure they were GREAT. Dr. Ellis explained everything to me which helped with my comfort level. I was very nervous but all the staff put me at ease. When my wisdom teeth extraction was complete Dr. Ellis checked on me in recovery and his dental assistant (I feel terrible I can’t remember her name or if that’s her title) stayed with me and explained after care instructions throughly she even helped me to the car. All around awesome practice. Will handle any surgical oral needs for me from now on. Thank you all so much!

Although the time wasn’t enjoyable given that I was getting my wisdom teeth removed, I really appreciated how friendly and comforting the staff was. The anesthesiologist called me the night before to answer any questions I had and he was super friendly the day of the procedure. One of the assistants helped me out to the car. Definitely will recommend this practice to those who haven’t gotten their wisdom teeth removed yet. Thanks!

Dr. Ellis and his staff were wonderful! I had my extraction done closer to home and when returning to Columbus I developed a dry socket. I called them and they were able to get me in 30 minutes after the call. He treated me 3 times over the next week and a half and didn’t charge me anything since I was in such pain. I would definitely recommend him and his staff!

They went beyond the level of average service and exceeded my expectations of client care and customer service. The administration working at the front desk were super friendly and knew my name after I came for my initial consultation. I never had a long wait at my appointment, even when I scheduled last minute, they were able to get me in within 45 minutes of my request. After the wisdom teeth extraction surgery, I had extreme pain and realized that it was a dry socket, on a Sunday of all days, but my boyfriend called the number they gave me on the care sheet and the recording gave us Dr. Ellis’ direct number where my boyfriend left a message. Within 15 minutes he had given us a call back and we were able to meet him at his office within 45 minutes during one of the worst snow storms we had this season. I was grateful that I didn’t have to deal with that pain until Monday or sit in a dental urgent care! I would highly recommend there services! They even included a Jeni’s gift card with my care package they sent me home with after my wisdom teeth extraction. It was an extremely smooth process from start to finish.

Backstory: I am 30, needed all my wisdom teeth removed, 1 impacted and 2 more complicated due to nerve placement. I originally chose Dr Ellis because my dentist recommended him and his office is just a couple of miles away from my house. When I had my first appointment I was blown away by their advanced xrays, it really made me confident that they had extra tools to ensure a proper surgery with no complications. Today I had my surgery and I can honestly say it was actually an enjoyable experience. Granted I will admit the waiting room could use some more entertainment, especially for those who have to wait while someone is in surgery. Once taken back everything was super quick and over before I knew it. They gave me some laughing gas to calm me, numbed the IV injection site so I didn’t even feel it when they put it in (seriously, just a small needle prick for half a second for the numbing). Next thing I know I’m waking up in recovery and completely done. They said it took about 45 minutes, super quick. Everyone was very nice, gave very clear after care instructions verbally and written, provided 2 different pain medications, antibiotics and an oral rinse. They also send you home with a nice goodie bag that contained a gift card to either Starbucks or graters (your choice), 2 tea bags to further help with blood clotting, and a really delicious smelling lip balm. They helped me to get up, put on and zipped my coat for me, helped me out to the car and even buckled me in. I really can’t say enough great things about this office and the staff. I highly recommend them for any oral surgery needs. Thanks for taking such great care of me and making something uunpleasant as good an experience as possible.

From the first time I spoke to staff on the phone I felt very comfortable with the staff. Dr. Ellis really made me feel like I was the most important patient he had!! I had an issue after hours and Dr. Ellis was on vacation but he had a doctor on call to answer any issues or to take care of an emergency if needed!! I really appreciated that.That is world class service!!!
