I really need to share about the experience I had today at this dental office. I haven’t been to the dentist in quite a few years, so I was a little nervous at the start. I told my hygienist, Leah, how I was feeling and she right away made me feel better in our first conversation. That definitely put me more at ease. Unfortunately when we started, the anxiety still came over me and I had to get up and walk away. I was SO embarrassed.. but Leah was so so nice and understanding and didn’t make me feel stupid at all. In fact, She shared some of her own experiences with anxiety and talked me down. She so quickly read the situation and handled it with care and ease. She was just so kind and I’ve never had a hygienist be so sweet, calming, empathetic & understanding. Then the dentist came in and she was the nicest dentist I have ever encountered! I am literally in awe at how I was treated by both of these wonderful ladies. The dentist didn’t make me feel bad at all about the situation and we had a wonderful conversation that left me feeling so much better. I highly recommend coming here, they truly care about their patients!

I always have a wonderful experience with all the employees. It is nice to be greeted right away in a very friendly manner, and everyone is usually smiling, laughing and chatting…just very friendly and welcoming. Ashley, RDH is a very personable, caring hygienist. She has always explained things clearly, and gives direction/advice in a helpful way. I have had some anxiety in the past during a procedure, but Ashley and the dentists always made me feel comfortable and got me through it. Instead of feeling awkward and embarrassed, they made me feel at ease and made sure I was ok before proceeding again. I was offered a coffee or water before leaving. I’m sure that is not a big deal to many, but I thought it was a nice touch, and was a kind gesture. Thank you to ALL the employees at Elmbrook Family Dental Office!

Absolutely wonderful! My family and I have been seeing Dr. Brunner for about 10 years now. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They are professional, knowledgeable, and up on the latest technology and education. The hygienists are so personable and are very, very good with kids! My son was so scared for his first visit, but they made him feel totally at ease. I trust the staff here and that’s why I recommend Elmbrook to anyone looking for a dentist to stick with.

tldr: Friendly staff, top quality work, hi-tech equipment, and not left in the dark about anything! They do a great job educating me in a friendly manner, and I am confident my teeth are in good hands with Elmbrook Family Dental. I’ve had a couple multi-hour appointments with Dr. Plecas, and each time I visit, he makes sure to focus on quality work and not be hasty, even if he’s running a tight schedule. Quality work is important to me, so I really appreciate his commitment to care! The whole staff has been so friendly and helpful when I ask any questions, I feel much more well-informed here than I did at my last dentist. They are happy to explain their processes and the reasoning behind their conclusions, even sharing the relevant diagrams and pictures of my teeth if I’m interested! I love learning about everything, normally it’s so hard to know what’s going on when you can’t see anything for yourself. Great experience every time I’ve gone, keep it up!

My family and I recently moved to Wisconsin and we selected Elmbrook for our family dental needs. Since then, my entire family has had appointments and the consensus is everyone was extremely happy with their experience. Elmbrook has every facet from appointments to the actual dental worked covered. Very professional and caring attitude. Another reviewer mentioned that “Their facility is state of the art ” and I wholeheartedly agree. If you select Elmbrook for your dental needs you WILL NOT regret it.

Everyone at this business is extremely friendly. They are very thorough and give you all the information as it is, but without pressure to do what is recommended. I have had cavities replaced and 2 crowns installed and the experience was very good. My wife is very nervous about going to a dentist. These people make her feel more comfortable then any other dentist she has seen.

My experience at Elmbrook Family Dental was AH-MAZING! Super friendly staff. Dr. Miller And her assistants were awesome, super knowledgeable and efficient. Had to have 2 cavities filled and was in and out with minimal residual numbness and no pain/discomfort. Went here because I needed a new dentist after moving, will definitely keep coming back!

Dr. Brunner is simply amazing. I broke my jaw when I was 12 (yes, that was a while ago) and I have had major major mouth repair over 40 years. I don’t like going to the dentist as I still recall all the pain I have gone through. However, this dental office gives me much peace. It still takes some mental effort to go, but truly without the caring staff & Dr. Brunner, makes the anguish go away. Their office staff is welcoming & friendly. The environment is clean!!!! Today I had two cavities filled – had a massage chair (yes its true!), a hot neck roll (yes true!), TV for the viewing of my choice and top it off with a Strawberry Lemon Ice from Culvers (they have them there – I didn’t need to find a Culvers). Additional appointements are speedy & efficient. You receive emails, texts etc. I highly highly recommend this fabulous Dental office & its staff.

I have been a patient at Elmbrook for a few years now and am happy to say the quality of care has always been excellent ! I am a VERY nervous patient because of earlier poor experiences and the staff does it’s best to make me feel comfortable and secure. The office staff is thorough and easy to work with. Dr. Schwartz has a sure touch and lowers my anxiety level considerably by being quick, proficient and kind. The technical staff, including Carrie, Ashley and others are talented, positive individuals whose attitude and ability to relate to their patients make for a positive experience. I am always apprehensive going in, but leave feeling well cared for and happy every time! Thank You Elmbrook ! 01.22.13 Another successful appointment, crown replacement. Dr. Brunner is caring, efficient and fun. He and the staff take the stress right out of the mix by being proficient and professional.
