This is truly an amazing “Family” Dentistry. From the moment you walk through the door and are greeted by the kindness and professionalism of Cathi and Eric, until the moment you leave you are made to feel like family. I have a large, crazy, busy family and I am often juggling multiple schedules on a daily basis. Cathi, always finds a way to fit the appointments into my life. She is also extremely knowledgeable about the insurance process and if she does not have the answer, she will research it , until she does! She is amazing!!! Her assistant, Eric is kind and is always helpful in scheduling reminders. The hygienists are gentle, but thorough. They are wonderful with children! Dr. Redmond, is exceptional. She is passionate about what she does, and this is expressed by her concern for all of her patients needs. I honestly have never met a more caring and lovely, dentist or doctor!! I really *hated going to the dentist (I’ve had such bad experiences)! My husband forced me to go and made an appointment to see his dentist which is Dr. Erini Redmond. OMGoodness, what a wonderful experience! I had a cavity filled yesterday and I almost fell asleep because it caused zero pain!! (…)First and foremost, Dr. Redmond’s work is EXCELLENT. The implant and crown are for one of my front teeth, so appearance was very important. For you dental nerds out there, it was tooth number 7. At the crown installation appointment, both Dr. Redmond and I both felt the color/shade match of the crown could use some improvement. Without hesitation, Dr. Redmond phoned the dental lab and arranged for me to visit the lab the next morning for a color/shade adjustment. Then Dr. Redmond altered their workflow to install the revised crown in between their other patients that same day. Five-star service! The finished product is extraordinary! My daughter had a filling without the shot to numb the area instead they used this drip system which made the whole procedure fast and pain free. Took the stress right out of going to the dentist. I love Erini Redmond. She is such an amazing dentist and all of the staff are so welcoming, thorough, and prompt. When I was a student they always were accommodating to my schedule. I cannot recommend this office enough. Even when I lived in Northern California I would come to Dr. Redmond for all my dental needs. She always keeps my teeth healthy and clean. The office runs on time and is great for accommodating crazy work schedules. I have had to reschedule a few times due to a strange work conflicts and they are always so nice to call me when there is a slot I can fit in. Dr. Erini Redmond is the absolute best and always has the best outfits. She makes going to the dentist enjoyable. If anyone is looking for a new dentist look no further Redmond is the best there is!

I will never forget the day my son’s front teeth were knocked out while taking an elbow to the mouth during a basketball game. They were his permanent teeth, so you can imagine how we felt. Life is just too short to spend time in places that aren’t enjoyable. Dr. Erini has an infectious laugh that is often heard prior to actually seeing her which is a testament to her close relationships with patients. But her staff is equally important with how they will accommodate your every need. Cathi is always there to streamline your visit without feeling rushed. And I couldn’t write this without the mention of Heather! She makes my mouth feel 20 years younger after she’s done with my cleaning.

I rarely write reviews, but have to assure anyone looking for a dentist in South Orange County – Dr. Erini Redmond and her entire staff (Cathy, Crystal, Debbie, Eric, Heather and Jasmine) all ROCK! They made what I thought was going to be a bummer (unexpected new crown) a fantastic dental experience. Start to finish it was fun, the office is immaculate and has a cool vibe, the quality of care was amazing and BEST PART they have a no needle anesthesia called the Wand…it only numbs the tooth they are working on, it was pain-free, the numbness was not my entire face! The hygenist’s are top quality, professional, gentle and Dr. Erini is a breath of fresh air in an industry that can be challenging to find a DDS that cares and is fun at the same time!! We’ve been going here for our dental health for more a dozen years or so. No preaching, just good service. They run on-time, and my hygienist is gentle. They do book up pretty far in advance, but if I need to change an appointment, Kathy at the desk is always accommodating. She will email me with last minute cancellations to try to squeeze me in. They’re also good at the insurance game. Highly recommended.

I started seeing Dr. Redmond after she was recommended by my daughter (who is in the dental field herself). At the dentist, I’m usually a nervous patient and have some medical issues and allergies. Dr. Redmond and all the staff have been patient, kind, helpful and on top of their game with my care. they are usually great at getting you an appointment promptly and seem to run pretty much on time.
She’s great at explaining whats going on, reassuring–and letting you know how much time is left till we’re done (a plus for me) and though she’s able to work quickly (another plus) she is amazing at paying attention to detail and being focused: Both in my comfort/bite etc as well as cosmetically. She also gives a good shot!
I like that when she is seeing you for your appointment–she starts and stays and gets done. Some other dentists seem to float between patients they treat simultaneously– which is not good for people like me.
Having their office close by and their availability makes keeping my teeth healthy easier–and driving home by the ocean isnt bad either!

Dr Redmond is nothing short of AMAZING!! I have always had anxiety about going to the dentist, but not anymore. Dr Redmond is HONEST. I moved a little further and decided to see another dentist. That was not good. The other dentist said I needed a major amount of work on my teeth. I felt uneasy and never went back. I saw Dr. Redmond right after and she examined me thoroughly. She very respectfully offered a different opinion and I received a great evaluation.
Dr. Redmond is CARING. I lost a crown on my tooth and the office was closed the next day. Upon receiving my emergency call, Dr. Redmond came into the office and took great care of me! She said it was her pleasure. I will never let anyone else take care of my teeth. PERIOD.

(…)Dr. Erini P. Redmond and her expert team took on a challenging case in my father. He needed a root canal and some serious crown and bridge work. I’ve learned through the years that cheap dentistry is an expensive mistake. Seeing what was being done for him at the clinics, it was obvious to me that he would never be happy.
Dad recently had his dental restorations placed. He is very happy and Mom says he looks handsome again. The power of a great smile. Dad is only concerned about function. He was concerned that his upper front teeth now overlap the lower teeth. I explained that this is normal and his bad bite before is what trashed his teeth in the first place.
I spent some time today checking out his new occlusion/bite. I’m very impressed by the quality of the restorations and the fact that a functional bite was able to be achieved.
The best part was that my Father tells me how much he appreciated their kindness, encouragement and positive reinforcement. Extensive dental procedures can be tasking for a man in his 80’s. What a pleasure to find such a professional group to care for the most important person in my life(…)
A WORD FROM YOUR DOCTOR
Dr. Erini has been practicing since 1993 with the same enthusiasm and commitment to excellence that she had the first day of her practice. Dr. Erini feels one of the best parts of her profession is the relationships she creates with her patients. With the philosophy that dentistry is a partnership, Dr. Erini educates her patients on good oral hygiene while allowing them to achieve optimal health. She believes that improving patient's smiles through conservative, cosmetic dental techniques has a positive impact on their overall appearance and self confidence. Dr. Erini is a Greek American born and raised in Ohio. After receiving her Bachelor of Science from Ohio State University, Dr. Erini also studied the field of Nuclear Medicine where she then worked for Cedar Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles. Her heart remained true to dentistry and left that journey behind to continue pursuing her childhood dream. Dr. Erini returned to school to acquire her degree as a Doctor of Dental Surgery. She was accepted to the University of the Pacific, San Francisco in which she graduated with honors and where she also met her husband. Outside of work, some of her personal accomplishments were running in three marathons which qualified her for the Boston Marathon. Some of her other passions in life are snowboarding, photography and most importantly spending time with her husband and two boys. Dr. Erini is actively involved with her church and is committed to serving her local community including Concordia Elementary Educational Foundation.
