Amazing staff and amazing results! I have been seen by both the doctors here and have been super impressed both times. Everyone is super friendly, they have the newest technology, and my teeth look whiter than ever! (Side note: I had my first cavity filled at this place, and I was so nervous about the grinding sound that the dentist gave me his headphones to plug into my phone and listen to music. Loved it!)

Great location, service and very professional. I didn’t feel like it was a sales meeting rather than a dentist appointment which I have found in the past. The office is very clean as well as my teeth after the appointment. They go the extra mile by giving you a teeth whitening kit on your first appointment as well as take pictures of every tooth and don’t charge for X-rays for new patients. They gave me lots of good advice while they were cleaning my teeth that I am already using and feeling great! I highly recommend them if you are looking for a new dentist in the area! 🙂

From my phone call prior my visit, I was totally impressed with the attentiveness of the voice on the other end. Upon arriving for my appointment, the entire staff was warmly welcoming. The office is neatly decorated and immaculate. Dr. Arthurs was personable and comfortable to talk with. The oral surgeon, Dr. Erik Unger, also put me at ease and explained to me and my husband what the plan was for my surgical procedure. Never in my life have I felt more welcome and comfortable at a dental office. Every single member of their team is outstanding in their customer service. Finally found my dental office that I feel completely connected with. Five out of five stars for each and every single one of them!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this office. Everyone is friendly and personable. The dental care is far beyond what I am used to. Procedures are done according to need, equipment is state of the art and charges are based on your care. The dentist even sent me a personal email checking on my progress after a procedure. I tell everyone about my excellent experiences at Waterfront Dentistry and I highly recommend it to everyone

I hadn’t been to the dentist in a really long time so I was very nervous coming in. Not knowing what to expect, I was surprise how well experience went. Nancy was really helpful took care of all my insurance, I didn’t have to worry about anything. I came in as a new patient,wanting a cleaning. I actually enjoyed my cleaning, wished my insurance covered more then twice a yr. They had this really cool digital camera that takes pictures of the inside of your mouth and teeth. Since it had been awhile since I’ve been to dentist I had a lot of cavities. When it was time to do my filling I was freaking out, but the dentist was so nice calmed me down and explained everything he was going to do. And during the process he walked me through every step. He was so gentle, I didn’t feel any pain and was able to go back to work right after. I should have called them a long time ago and not put off going to the dentist.

Excellent and personable service every time I visit. Hygienist Stephanie is the best I have had and the Dr. is always personable and willing to answer questions. Front desk is accommodating and they call to remind you of appointments. At this time masks and social distancing in the waiting area is practiced.

I have been to Waterfront dentistry several times now, and I am super impressed with the the staff and the dentist.  I also brought my mom to have work done on her teeth. She was treated with such care and respect. The dentist really took the time to make sure she was comfortable and he fixed some severe issues she had been dealing with for far too long.  My daughter was seen here as well and she was able to get a replacement retainer in a very short period of time.  I would recommend Waterfront dentistry to anyone. Definitely a happy patient.

Extremely friendly team, they will make you feel at ease from the time you walk in, to the chair, to when you say goodbye! The facility is clean, spacious and beautiful. And if you have kids, this is a dental office where you can be worry-free, as they are sure to keep them entertained and well looked after.

I won a free whitening kit at an expo in downtown Phoenix, and scheduled an appointment so I could pick up the kit. The office examined my teeth; took enlarged, color photos of my teeth and their less-than-ideal areas, so I could see what they looked like; and showed me how to use the whitening kit. When I checked-out, the office informed me of their dental care options for those without dental insurance. When my braces are removed this spring, I may consider having my teeth cleaned and whitened with this office. My only hesitation is the commute because I live in downtown Phoenix. I had no problem with my visit. The office was clean. The staff were polite.

So I’ve been to see Dr. Arthurs twice now and I have to say I’m impressed. The staff has been fantastic. Very prompt, professional, and has followed up on everything that I’ve asked in regards to insurance and appointments. More than I expected really. Dr. Arthurs is very professional, has great bedside manner, and has explained everything to me in plain English. He takes my comfort and safety as his number one priority. I have not once felt that they were too busy and trying to rush me through to get to the next patient. This is a great experience in my book.

Was the best decision for finding a dentist. Great Hygenist (Stephanie). Since I had bad experiences as a kid, I get extremely anxious going to any dentist. They take their time with their work. When it comes to the shots, drilling, or deep cleaning the teeth or implants I never have any pain. I have had all this done at his office so I’m speaking from experience. The atmosphere is very relaxing and I really like the way they work together. Thanks dr Arthur for turning my past dental experiences into a more positive one and less anxious one.
