I truly have never had such a pleasant experience with any type of medical staff before. Every contact made with Dr. Das’ office, whether it was on the phone or in the office, was welcoming, kind, and informative. Every effort was made to ensure that I felt comfortable and understood all that was being done. I believe that you can tell a lot about a doctor by how well trained their staff is and how helpful they are in meeting your needs. Judging by the treatment I received, Dr. Das and her staff are exemplary!

Dr Das is GREAT and her staff is wonderful! They are fantastic, very accommodating, very friendly, very professional! I take my grandson here he wouldn’t show his teeth when he smiled. Now he has his braces his teeth are starting to straighten out. Now he smiles and shows his teeth. I absolutely love this place the atmosphere is so warm and friendly. I recommend this place to anybody that is thinking about having braces!

I’ve only had my initial appointment, but was recommended by my parents because of the great experience my brother has had. When I first walked in it was bright and inviting, and there was a sign to welcome new patients by first name. Dr Das and her staff do a great job at —well—everything. They have been working with my daughter to improve her smile, and I’m so happy with the entire group. The office is beautifully designed, the staff is warm and friendly, they worked to accommodate my daughters anxiety easily. Dr Das office was recommended to us by our sons dentist. She said it might be a little far for you, but they are totally worth it. She was right. From the moment we had our consultations each staff member has been, knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and personable. The BEST! I feel so lucky that I found this office after visits to a few other orthodontists for consults. Dr. Adelina Das was the most meticulous, professional, and kind of all three orthodontists I met with. Not to mention the most affordable! My eleven year old daughter enjoys her orthodontic appointments because the staff is so smiley and make it fun for her. I enjoy the office waiting room because it is beautifully furnished/ decorated and the staff has obviously had customer service training- top notch friendly communication and professionalism. I went for an Invisalign consult with Dr. Das and couldn’t be happier with my experience! Her staff is very friendly and well informed. Dr. Das and her team are very friendly and welcoming. We are relatively new patients and Dr. Das really took the time to explain things to us and answer questions. She saw us twice for consultation -once with me and my daughter and then a second time when my husband joined us – no charge and we hadn’t even agreed to her services. I visited Family Orthodontics for a consultation for my son based on a friend’s positive experience, and I was absolutely wowed by the modern, comfortable office, as well as Dr. Das’ professionalism, honesty, and most importantly her ability to connect instantly with my child (and we all know our children are the toughest judges of character!). Dr. Das welcomed us warmly, and understanding that we hadn’t been through the process before, took all the time necessary to describe what we should expect and made sure we both had all of the answers we needed to our questions. The exam seemed so simple and went incredibly smoothly, after which she gave me an honest assessment of the reasons why my son may or may not be ready for braces – objective advice that was so refreshing! I could tell that Dr. Das truly understood my concerns as a mother, and it was clear that she cares more about the well-being of my child than anything else. For these reasons and after seeing how my son gravitated to Dr. Das, I would highly recommend that any parent who is considering braces for their child check out this office.

My daughter was a transfer patient to Dr. Das. The first orthodontist we started with to have her braces put on was awful- every other day a bracket was broken or falling off. Both of our kids got braces from Dr. Das and we were super happy with the results. The office is very convenient to all Avon schools so it’s easy to take kids for morning, mid-day, or after school appointments. (Avon Middle School kids can even walk there.) Both kids’ braces were removed according to the treatment schedule. The price was very competitive for this area. There were no surprise charges. Our kids were very happy too. They liked being able to pick the color of their bands. It gave them a sense of control and involvement. I happily and confidently refer my friends to Dr. Das.

We love this office!!!! You can tell Dr. Das is a mom the way she cares so much for her patients and the amount of personal attention each patient gets directly from the Doctor! This is a boutique office and not a braces factory, where everyone seems to get individual attention, where the Doctor and the staff will form a bond with you/your kids, and you will leave knowing you chose the right place.
