I started my journey with Dr. Farrow in January of 2018. When I walked in the door I was immediately greeted and told what was going to happen during my appointment. When I met Dr. Farrow he was very pleasant. He told me his plan and made sure that it what I wanted. Now, over a year later I am beyond pleased and trusting not only the process but I am trusting Dr. Farrows’ word because he stayed true to what he said in the very beginning, and that was “I am going to get you to love your smile”.

I am extremely pleased with this establishment. Customer service is EVERYTHING to me and they definitely get five stars. The receptionists are welcoming and friendly. They go above and beyond to make sure my experience and visit is easy breezy. I recently just got my braces put on the end of August. Getting adjusted to them has been a little challenge, however, they’ve accommodated me in coming in for emergency appointments. They even allowed me to come after hours during the Labor day weekend. I am truly pleased and I know I will be pleased with my smile when this is all said and done 🙂

I came to Dr. Farrow for a consultation back in 2013 and fell in love with his office. The inviting atmosphere, friendly staff and impeccable service were all factors in me starting my Invisalign treatment here. Dr. Farrow took the time and walked me through the process explaining every step of the way. And Liz was nothing short of amazing in handling the financial piece of things. They accommodated my need for quick lunch time appts, a minor setback in treatment with not wearing my retainers and personalizing my payment plan! Long story short, I completed my treatment in 2015 and have since been very happy with the results. My smile is now perfection! Dr. Farrow and his staff are great. Ms. Liz will work with you in your price range to make your payments affordable. There is a discount if you pay upfront, but also a 24 month pay program to pay for the braces. I attended the Wadsworth office, I received my first braces in 2009 and since then have been back for retainers for the 2nd time and Invisialign ( I didn’t wear my retainers). His staff has Saturday appointments for us college students who live far away such as in Pittsburgh. The staff is always pleasant, the wait is never abnormally long and veryyyyyyyy clean spotless!

DON’T LOOK ANY FURTHER! You couldn’t possibly pick a better orthodontist. Dr. Farrow and his staff on Wadsworth Ave are so nice and pleasant. I willingly and happily drive 60 min to get there for a 15-30 minute appointment because of the service his office provides with a SMILE. The office is very clean.
