From start to finish my experience with Dr Fiorillo and his staff was top notch. I was greeted warmly, seen right away, and even when there was an issue with my insurance they saw me anyway. Dr Fiorillo was warm, welcoming, and answered all the questions I had before I had my cleaning. They were even able to fit me for whitening trays on the fly. I would highly recommend this dentist office for all your dental needs.

I was referred here by a coworker and I hope to return the favor soon. They are great, they did a lot of work on me in a short period of time and helped me resolve insurance questions, worked with me to schedule appointments when it was convenient for me, and took me in for emergency unplanned visits. I had my first appointment with Dr. Fiorillo a month ago and the experience was absolutely great! To preface this review: I am someone who needs a lot of dental work due to unfortunate genetics causing me to be missing 5 adult teeth thus needing 5 dental implants and have been seen by several dentists to consult about getting them. With that in mind, Dr. Fiorillo actually cared about not just getting the gaps filled with teeth, but cared about making them look good, real, and stressed the need to make them last a lifetime since I am only 25 years old and they (hopefully) need to last me 70+ years! After brief stints with other dental places (Gentle Dental, thumbs down), I am so happy I found Dr. Fiorillo. The exam and consultation that Dr. Fiorillo gave me was more informative and honest than any other dentist I have consulted regarding this and it showed he cared about my overall happiness with the results. I went back for 2 fillings a couple of weeks ago after my initial appointment and it was completely pain free and a good experience. Dr. Fiorillo ensures his patients are comfortable while he is performing any procedures. I would 100% recommend him to my friends and family.

I would never go anywhere else! The office is very professional and inviting. Dr. Fiorillo always makes me feel comfortable and I trust his judgment implicitly. He always gives you his undivided attention and never leaves you in the chair while he helps with another patient. He has never made me feel bad or embarrassed about any bad habits I’ve had. (and I’ve had many) The staff is very accommodating and makes your needs and concerns their number 1 priority. From the televisions on the ceiling to the protective eyewear and the lip balm they give you on the way out. I love Isabel, she always remembers me and asks about what my children are up to now. I can say that I look forward to my visits now. I have never had an unpleasant experience. In fact, I have never been so relaxed about dental visits. If you hate the dentist and/or haven’t been for a long time you have to check this Dr. out.

I just had my first appointment at Fiorillo Dental and was very pleased. Everyone was extremely helpful and Dr. Fiorillo explained in detail, the dental work we discussed doing moving forward. The estimated costs are very fair. The reason I switched to Fiorillo Dental is because the prior dentist seemed too eager to do work that may have been questionably needed. Also, my original dentist this fall had me sign a waiver that the crown they put in would only be guaranteed for one year. It felt like it was at a factory. At Fiorillo they actually really care and don’t seem in it just for the money!

Dental work always used to freak me out and I’d avoid it as long as possible. It’s not a big deal to me anymore. Dr. Fiorillo is not only personable and skilled, but he is also incredibly talented and has an eye for detail. He makes dental work as comfortable and non-stessful as possible and the environment there…from the staff to the office decor…also help to acheive this goal. Dr. Fiorillo takes pride in his work, and in 6 years of going there I have never been disappointed. You’d be fortunate to have him as a dentist, whether it be for routine maintenance or the big stuff.

I’m not a big dentist person (who is?!) but my visits to Fiorillo Dental have always been great. Hands down the best dentist I have ever been to. My hygienist, Kristel is super gentle so I never walk away bleeding or with a sore mouth. She is also very conversational – and not the typical kind where you’re asked a question but can’t actually answer because their hand is in your mouth. She timed everything perfectly so I felt like I was having a normal conversation the whole time. There are TVs on the ceiling to give you something to look at other than the ceiling tile. I was also very impressed with their honesty when it came to a problem tooth… another dentist had told me I needed an implant and 4 veneers. Dr. Fiorillo did an x-ray and said that was absolutely not necessary – that the tooth looked healthy, and that if anything, a root canal would be the most appropriate procedure. Saved me $10k. And then the bonus is that the front desk staff is extremely nice and it’s very easy to make an appointment. You can also opt into email and/or text reminders, which makes it easy for scheduling. Would highly recommend to anyone in the Boston area

I moved to Boston about a year and a half ago and picked Dr. Fiorillo because of the good reviews and the fact that it is across the street from my office. I am so glad convenience worked out! Dr. Fiorillo is great- professional, honest, to the point. I’ve gone for regular cleanings and maintenance etc but also had an unfortunate situation where I chipped a tooth and they were quick about addressing it and being upfront about the cost (so much better than what I thought!) and working with your insurance. No more chipped tooth and no hole in my bank account either! Another thing I really like about the front office- they actually mean it when they will note and call you if there are any cancellations before your appointment. I travel a lot for work and so my time in Boston is limited and they called me five separate times before my actual appointment to accommodate me- sometimes several days in advance some times the day of. I really appreciate that they take the time and effort to give their patients the best care they can. 10/10 recommend!

Dr. Fiorillo and Dr. Liebzeit were both incredibly friendly and professional. Their hygienist Kristel was warm, welcoming and explained everything really well. The front staff and assistants were also a pleasure to work with – you can tell that everyone enjoys working with one another. They also do not pressure you to buy or upgrade to things that you don’t need, which has been an issue with other dentists. I especially appreciate the billing staff who proactively contacted my insurance company prior to a procedure to send me a quote. I have never had a dentist who’s staff not only could appropriately handle billing, but also proactively gave me an estimate prior to my appointment. The office is in a convenient location and is very clean, modern, and welcoming. I didn’t even get a chance to sit down in the waiting room as they were right on time (or early!) for my appointments. Highly recommend this dentist office.

Went to Dr. Fiorello this morning after going two years without the dentist– due in part to laziness and in part to hating my old dentist’s office (Gentle Dental on Newbury St.). I was taken early, which was great– Isabel, the office manager, even texted me to let me know I could come in early due to a cancellation. Shana cleaned my teeth and took some x-rays, and she was so friendly and nice the entire time. Dr. Fiorello was also friendly and knowledgeable. I was a little apprehensive going to a dentist who does cosmetic dentistry for a cleaning, and I thought maybe they’d try to sell me on some cosmetic services, but they just cleaned my teeth and gave me some tips for better flossing. This was really refreshing coming in from my old dentist’s office, who constantly tried to sell me orthodontic services that I didn’t need (Invisalign, braces, gum surgery, you name it). Also, they emailed paperwork beforehand which saved some time before my appointment

Dr. Fiorillo is HONEST, personable, and unbelievably knowledgable in his field. I’ve never been to a more beautiful office, perfectly located right on Boylston St. at Berkeley. The TV on the ceiling is so smart! He filled a few cavities for me, tossed my ill-fitting retainers and made me new ones, and cracks jokes while drilling your teeth. He’s handsome to boot! Fantastic dentist. I was immediately impressed with how friendly his front office assistant was, and the doctor himself is very personable, charismatic, and takes the time to listen to you and explain his thoughts about your current dental situation and recommended treatment plans. I was also very impressed with how well integrated technology is into his office – there are flat panel displays everywhere (including on the ceiling for when you are laid back in the chair!) and he took some pictures of some of my problem teeth that he was then able to put on screen to discuss with me. I will definitely be going back.

I generally hate going to the Dentist. Dr. Fiorillo and his staff are changing my attitude. They are all uniformly professional and pleasant to deal with. I recently had what might have been a dental emergency and they slipped me into an early appointment so that they could take a look. They took me on time and with a minimum of fuss and bother. Dr. Fiorillo offered me an easy fix which was completely covered by my insurance. I’m a happy new return patient. I’ll be back for cleaning and regular dental work.

The first time I went to Fiorillo Dental I had to have a cap replaced in my mouth that had deteriorated. I found the entire staff, from the receptionist to Dr. Fiorillo himself, to be be extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and highly accomplished in their individual responsibilities! Dr. Fiorillo immediately puts you at ease and explains everything in the vernacular so that there are no questions left unanswered. I have been returning ever since for my cleanings and any other dental work I’ve needed done….every visit being as enjoyable as the first! I have since recommended Dr Fiorillo to my daughter and son-in-law who have also become regular patients and are equally as pleased with the practice. In addition, I have also recommended Dr. Fiorillo to the children of several of my N.Y. business associates who have needed dental work done while attending college in Boston. I have had a top notch experience with Dr. Fiorillo, his hygienists and office staff. Dr. Fiorillo does not push cosmetic procedures (which I was originally concerned about after having that experience elsewhere). I have recommend Dr. Fiorillo to everyone in my office and its no surprise people keep going backl From the moment you walk into the office the entire staff is friendly and warm. The receptionist always remembers your last conversation which I continue to be amazed by. The hidden gem though are the TV’s on the ceiling! It really does take your mind off of the visit and it flys by! It’s also nice to be able to catch up on a little daytime TV every now and then! The doctor himself always makes an appearance and you never feel rushed through like some other places. They really care about their patients and its evident in every detail of your visit. The goodie bag with a toothbrush, floss and toothpaste is also perfect for leaving in the office for those after lunch brushing session they are always reminding me about.

Awesome dental service, with amazingly nice staff and convenient location. When I first called in, I hadn’t gone to the dentist in a long time because of a bad experience at my prior dentist (right down the street) so I was nervous about coming in and getting a cleaning. Isabel, at the front desk, was so nice and friendly and quickly booked me an appointment and sent me all the necessary paperwork ahead of time so I didn’t have to come in and wait to see the hygienist. I’m sure they’re busy, so my appointment was booked in a month, but I was seen a week earlier because of a cancellation which was great! The office is small but really well kept. The entire process was quick, helpful, and really what I was looking for again after leaving my favorite dentist office back home in California. The hygienist, Shana, was so knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I felt bad that I didn’t take better care of my teeth recently because she really wanted to help me and make sure that I finally, at 23 years old, was able to start flossing (which I have stared for 2 days now). A quick and painless cleaning, while making sure I was comfortable at all times (and a TV on the ceiling so I could watch during the cleaning). Finally, Dr. Fiorillo came in to check up on my teeth, and I am so glad I chose this office. He was super honest and taught me things I had never learned before about dental health. I value that he was honest with me, because the last dentist I visited seemed to just want my money and booked numerous exams for routine procedures. Dr. Fiorillo talked me through his thoughts which is awesome because I better understand his process and what he’s looking for while getting me back up to speed on my dental health. Truly could not have asked for a better appointment, which is lame and corny for a dentist, but I really do appreciate the help they’ve provided and comfort that I will always go back here for years to come. If you haven’t seen a dentist in quite some time, or are looking for a new one, I would hands down say this is the place to go!

I moved to Boston two years ago and had been avoiding adult responsibilities of finding a dentist till last week. Through a friends recommendation I made an appointment with Dr. Fiorillo for a month out for a basic cleaning and check-up. Of course 2 days before I was supposed to be going out of town and 3 weeks before my scheduled appointment I woke up with the most intense pain in a tooth and called their office right away. Not only did I have the most pleasant experience with his front desk staff but they were able to squeeze me in THAT DAY to get me looked at before I hopped on my flight. I’m so grateful for them doing that for me and was able to enjoy my trip, pain free! I still have my next appointment lined up with them for a cleaning and now I’m not even nervous about it. Coming from someone with a lot of life anxiety but EXTRA when it comes to going to the dentist, you need Dr. Fiorillo in your life. I trusted what he said, felt at ease with his wonderful team and can’t wait to get my smile back to healthy. 10 STARS IF I COULD!
