I use to be tariffed of the Dentist because of past experiences, but not any more. Dr Abdul and his staff are amazing and do great work. I never feel a thing when they are working on my teeth and they make sure of that. They also make sure to explain the coverage so you don’t have any hidden surprises. I also want to give a shout out to Melissa my Hygienist. She is awesome!!! I recommend Five Star Dentistry to all my friends and Family! I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

When my family moved to Bakersfield in 2013 this was our first choice. ITS SO AMAZING. The staff are great and one of the best I’ve ever seen. Dr. Abdul has been my dads best friend for YEARS and always amazes us with his kindness and patience. The lobby is very comfortable and it’s very clean. Love it love it LOVE IT!

Dr. Alas is not only an amazing human being but he is the best Dentist out there ! He truly cares about his patients’ well being and makes sure he meets all their expectations. He made sure I felt comfortable throughout the treatment and explained everything step by step. The Assistants are also amazing and make you feel every welcome and relaxed. ( Jessica, Leti, Maria, Abdul)! The office staff are all Amazing! You will be in great hands with Dr. Alas and his staff

This is by far the best dentist in town! Dr. Alas has excellent bedside manner and a very professional demeanor. My wife and I started treatment with him in 2014 and were so pleased that we started taking our children their too, even though they were only 4, 6, 8 years old. Dr. Alas was so gentle and encouraging that they loved him just we do. #bestdentistever

The office is clean and the staff is amazing. The doctor is so kind. I have a fear of dentists but they made me feel at ease. I would definitely recommend! I got my deep cleaning today and the hygienist is awesome. She made sure I was pain free and was so patient with me. I couldn’t be more pleased.

Truly five … great service from front desk till the dentist.. very honest and professional folks… especially hard to find in this town… a very quaint and unseemly place but it’s truly a hidden gem in this town…very intelligent and honest dentist who keeps your best interest first… for the rates they charge and the quality they provide they are the best in town… better than any upity dentistry here

Dr. Alas and his whole team is so friendly. I’ve never been to the dentist before and I had to get my wisdom teeth removed. I was super nervous but the whole team was so friendly and helped me relax. Throughout the whole procedure the team talked to me and made me feel comfortable. I absolutely love everything about the care I received! Thank you to the whole team!

I have known Dr. Alas for a year, I am very thankful, not only as an associate, but also as a patient, I am very happy with the dental treatment he provided me. Dr Alas exceeds expectations as an employer and as a dentist. He is a great professional, he has a good demeanor and is a great person to work with. Doctor Alas delivers very good dental work, he is very honest with his patients, as a dental provider he is among the best. He, also, has a wonderful team of people working for him Ginger, the manager, and Donica in the front desk, they are great at greeting people and guiding them with paper work and patient information as needed; the dental hygienists Anna, Melissa and Linsey, are very good clinically and very nice with patients; the dental assistants Jessica, Letty, Maria and Abdul are great, they help dr Alas with such a great attitude and are also very nice and respectful with the patients. What a difference this group makes. I highly recommend Dr Alas for all your dental needs.

This office is so amazing! Doctor Alas is so nice and he always has a smile on his face. He is very professional and friendly. He takes the time to explain every options. He helped me reach my goal and is working beyond what I imagined I could achieve without surgery. The dental assistants are also very friendly and professional. They provide you with everything you need, and they always do it with a smile. I now smile in pictures!! I truly recommend this office to everyone! Dr.Alas and his staff are amazing. Ive known them for a year now, and they never seem to fail me. They have been patient, kind, understanding, and most importantly reasonable. as a dentist I can admit that I was very picky when it came to trusting my oral health with another dentist. with Dr. Alas it was a great experience I have more faith in our profession now because of this find excellent Dentist he treats each case as if it was a master piece I admired his attention to details, the efficiency of his work and the quality through which he delivers any treatment whether small or comprehensive. the staff are wonderful and extremely nice you immediately feel the dedication to serve patients and make them feel as comfortable as possible. I would trust him with my oral health in a heart beat and I strongly recommend his dental services to everyone.

I’ve been going to this dentistry for 2 years and they took care of me numerous of times. Always friendly and professional. They would go above and beyond to take care of my needs. I had to get my 3 tooth’s filled and did it with ease and minimal pain. Also I recently got my wisdom tooth taken out. Let me tell you guys! My experience was a 5 star! I did not feel a thing and before you know it my wisdom tooth’s were out. Out of all the dentist places this is one of my favorite ones and I’m here to stay. Thank you Five star dentistry.

Incredible service! Me and my family have went for check-ups, braces, teeth cleaning, cavities & more. Every time we go, the people are welcoming and treat you like family. After going there after 2 years of braces, they finished off the rest of my time plan and made it easy & smooth. Hats off to the staff & for their incredible service. Clean during COVID-19, provided extra precaution for its patients.

I have posted before and will continue to do so. Dr. Alas is an angel of a dentist. I have been a patient of his for years and have NEVER had a bad experience. His office staff treats you like family. They acknowledge you by your first name when you enter and are always polite and pleasant. Dr. Alas has done an extreme amount amount of dental repairs and he is painless. I strongly urge you to contact him if you need dental care

I can’t say enough about the team Dr. Alas has put together at 5 Star Dentistry. I have had the pleasure of working with Linsy for the past 2 years. I ask a lot of questions, and she has always been very informative and helpful. My cleanings are pain free (even with highly sensitive teeth) due to Linsy going the extra mile! Thank you Linsy. Dr. Alas has performed two teeth extractions (wisdom teeth), and it was the simplest procedure I’ve ever had done. Was in and out within an hour and was fully recovered in a few short days. 5 Star dentist is a real 5 star dentist Dr Alas is the nicest dentist ever. I recommend them to everyone I know along with his staff which is so wonderful, I have to give a shout out to Melissa she is so awesome. I wouldn’t go anywhere else but there. My wife and kids go there also and love the whole staff. You can’t go wrong with this crew. Also have to give Ginger a shout out too even though she is gone, she will be missed but she moved out of state. Come back Ginger. 😉 keep up good work crew your awesome

i have been going to this dentist since i was about in 1st grade and have always been very happy with the service. the staff is very welcoming and does such a great job. so much love to every single one of them.their services are done very gentle and you will not feel pain at all . i did my braces here at a wonderful price and loved the end result. finally shout out to Dr. Alas for being such a wonderful person and doctor. i recommend anyone who needs a dentist to go here , you will be very happy for choosing Five Star.

My husband, 3 young sons and I have been going to Five Star Dentistry for a number of years. The whole staff is very friendly and professional. They have taken the time to get to know all of us and watch my boys grow over the years. We always feel welcomed and appreciated! Dr. Alas is not only very welcoming and friendly, he is also very thorough. He takes the time to explain things in an easy to understand way. I would definitely recommend Five Star Dentistry to family and friends. He was actually recommended to us by a family friend when we moved to Bakersfield. We have been extremely happy with the services we have received.

The staff at 5 Start Dentistry is absolutely amazing. We feel so welcome every time we come to the office. Everyone is so pleasant. Dr. Alas is the best dentist I have ever been too. I had a really bad experience when I was younger and have always feared going to the dentist, but with Dr. Alas, he definitely puts those fears at bay. I have been going to Dr. Alas’ office for four years and I must say that I am very happy going to Five Star Dentistry. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I am always greeted by my name and feel very welcomed. Dr. Alas and his assistants are very attentive as they always take their time to go over the procedure(s) beforehand. Moreover, it is typical to be in and out in about thirty minutes when going in for a my six month checkup. I would like to add that Dr. Alas not only meets his expectations as a dentist but cares about his patients. He does everything in his hands to accommodate to my busy schedule and financial situation.

Dr. Alas and his team are hands down the best dentist office team in Bakersfield! I use to be fearful of dentist work but with the help and professional care of Dr. Alas and his team they’ve come to make me feel right at home! I had fillings and extractions done and everything went so smooth! Very respectable people, take really great care of you and are transparent about everything they do. Highly Recommend!!
